Everytime I go in for a massage with Sarah, I leave so happy and feeling so much better. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a really good massage done. The staff are amazing too.

Today was my first time attending this clinic and I have to say I have left very satisfied with my overall experience. I had a massage from Navin today. He was very knowledgeable, professional and the massage was one of the best I have had. I would highly recommend this clinic and I have already made my next appointment. Also, the front end desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making this process so smooth and easy.

Dr. Lim has been fantastic in helping me with my chiropractic needs as well as giving me excellent exercises! Love that they are able to fit me in when I need and are able to take me early if need be. Would definitely recommend to others!

Love Dr. Paul. Best naturopath I’ve ever seen. The breadth and depth of healing modalities and remedies he is able to integrate in his practice make him a holistic practitioner, equipped to treat the entire person - not just the body. I’ve been seeing him for my daughter for a year and we’ve seen some great improvements in her health and outlook. I have started to see him since Nov and have had very positive results. I’ve been recommending all my friends and family to him.

Dr. Lim is absolutely fabulous as well as the rest of the staff. The Edmonton Trail location will be my only go to thank you Dr. Lin for all your help in my recovery.

I went to see Sophia for physiotherapy at Renfrew Optimum Wellness on the recommendation of a family member who saw her in the past. Sophia was amazing at treating my muscle tension related headaches. I'd never had acupuncture before, but it made a world of difference, as did the stretches she suggested. Would definitely recommend Sophia!

Very knowledgeable chiropractor! I see Dr. Julian Lim for my neck issues and he’s always able to set me straight! No pun intended. If you’re in pain come see him! He will adjust and advise and you will be feeling better in no time.

Sarah is the best RMT I've ever been to! As a runner, I like to get regular 'tune up' massages to ensure everything is aligned and moving as it should. Sarah takes the time to ask about any problem areas, and then ensures those areas are properly addressed. She also takes the time to focus on little details, like your forearms, hands, and toes - which is really a nice treat and feels amazing! The front desk staff is also always pleasant and helpful.

Everyone here is generous with their time and help. Dr. Lim is professional and efficient. The receptionists are very friendly. The location is accessible and they give discounts for students.

I occurred a vaccine injury after my Covid vaccines, was sick for my entire postpartum period and never got to enjoy motherhood as I was struggling just to exist. Modern medicine simply chucked it to postpartum depression and simply couldn’t figure out what was happening to me. Dr. Paul was referred to me by a friend and I’ve never looked back. After he cured my injury, I’m continuing to work with him to work on all my other issues. Absolutely recommend him! As a skeptics nurse, I’m completely a believer in alternative médecine now. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, hones in on the problem right away with his superior assessment skills and finds the right solution right away! An his wicked awesome sense of humour helps the appointment feel like a chat with a friend. Get your life back and go see monsieur Paul Thériault!

I can't say enough good about Dr. Paul Theriault who has been instrumental in healing my body, giving me the information I needed of food allergies and intolerances, which helped me to lose 130 pounds. He has given me my life back.

Today I am easily walking 10 miles a day if I wish and able to ride my bike for first time in 20 years and do 60 to 100 miles a week. Not bad for this 71 year old, very happy woman.

I've been a customer for over two years and have recieved physio, chiropractic, massage and therapy here. The staff, particularly Danielle Hilborn DC, have been instrumental in my recovery from Fibromyalgia, joint pain, depression and anxiety.

I have been a patient of Dr Lim for years and he knows exactly what to do to get me moving properly again. In a pinch, I've had to see other chiropractors but it has never been as effective as Dr Lim's treatments. And Rebecca has been awesome at getting me in for an appointment. I went to Optimum recently, I was in so much pain it was affecting my sleep.
'm really impressed with the results I received from the chiropractic, graston and shockwave therapy treatments.
After a thorough assessment, Dr Lim treated me and suggested exercises for stretching and strengthening, promoting quicker healing. I found him to be credible, knowledgeable and intuitive. Six sessions later and I have my life back. Thank you!

I am a young black woman new to Calgary that had never had any chiropractor work done. After years of university and working my back suddenly went into spasms. I was referred to this facility by My boss whom had been here before. The staff here were kind and patient and the doctor was clear and informative. In less than five days my body had recovered. It was a painful journey of realigning ribs and hips but so worth it! I feel empowered with the resources given to strengthen my body. I definitely will be back and recommend anyone here!

I’ve had a series of accident over the years but most recently December 3 my car was pushed sideways for half a block.

As a result I’ve been attending Optimum Wellness Centre however.

Dr. Lim at Renfrew location addressed my ankles which hit the break and also my right instep that was damaged.

Most important my right wrist was never addressed until he paid attention and attended to it. The fluids have gone down it’s normal looking now and I look forward to my adjustments with Dr. Lim in a way I’ve never looked forward for a chiropractor before.

I highly recommend this location.
