Optimum Wellness Centres - Strathmore

I went there for a massage today, it was one of the best ones I had in a long time, I would definitely recommend going there, and the same with the chiropractor, I’ve been having a rotator cuff tear in my shoulder, since I’ve been seeing Bikrim for it, it really helped me a lot, I hardly have any pain, so I’ll be going back!

The massage therapists are all incredible and I will keep coming back!

This is my whole families 1 stop shop. Our family of 4 receive massage (2 different masseuses), chiro, physio, and recently, added psychology for our 11 year old. If I could give this clinic, it's many service providers, AND it's front desk 10/10 I would.

Optimum Wellness is a pleasure to visit, the staff is friendly and helpful. John has been a lifesaver for me, his care and vast knowledge is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!
