Been getting Massage, Ciro and Physiotherapy, literally went in broken and taking multiple pain meds. Barley need a Tylenol now.
Massage has been great, more of athletic massage, sore after, however few days later feeling great.
Physio has been great when pain first hit, some follow up on hard days, but dropped down in going now.
Ciro I do still once a week, I get knees, lower back and mid back. Went from 7-10 pain levels to now 0-2.
The orthopedist was awesome, I’ll be getting a couple more pairs of orthotics here.

Highly recommend.

Washrooms always clean. Parking can be tough close by, but massive lot to the north.

From very knowledgeable and caring reception staff to thorough and professional physiotherapists and chiropractors, you are in good hands.

Dr. Maahrukh is amazing! She is very thorough as my half hour consult with her ended up to be 2 hours. The treatments she has chosen for me have been helpful. She seems very dedicated to her patients in giving them the pain and stress relief that they need for their quality of wellness.

Dr Fares fixed my waking up with headaches every morning after a few visits. Highly recommend!

Merlin Philip in Trans Canada Optimum Wellness Centres has knowledge to figure out what's your problem and set a plan to help you heal from your injuries. She feels with her patients pain and works hard to make her patients feel better.

She's is the best.

Also, the receptionist Amanda and Merlin assistant staff are and well educated and trained to respect and support the patients. Excellent customer service.

I strongly recommend this place to whomever needed.

Great front staff, Dr. Fares is a fabulous chiro - very thorough, genuinely cares about his patients, always punctual. I literally drive across town to see him. Yes, there are many other chiros more conveniently located for me, and certainly good, but nowhere AS good as Dr. Fares.

Really happy with the service and the massages I've received from here in the last few months. Michelle is terrific. I will continue to go here and see her. In general, optimum wellness has many convenient locations in the NE.

Merlin, the Physiotherapist is such a miracle worker! Thank you for fixing my knee and helping me to walk normal again!

I’ve got into an accident that damage me mentally and physically. The staff at Optimum Wellness gave me the best treatments that help my recovery. I’m still recovering but doesn’t plan on moving to other clinics because the best of Calgary is within my reach. Thank you to all the staff!

Very friendly staff, follows all COVID restrictions/policies, direct billing and emails receipts to make it easier to submit claims online, when direct billing is not available.

Dr. Salem Fares at Trans-Canada is one of the best Chriopractors I've had the honour and privilege of working for.

Jiyun also knows her stuff and provides healthly authentic acupuncture treatments as well as advice

After my car accident I wasn't sure if I was ever going to be able to return back to normal. I have been to different places trying to heal and other places was a real band aid fix with no long term lasting results. However optimum wellness is amazing. At first you go in with what you think you need and then whatever that may be they will make a plan to get you back on your feet. I went in for massages at first and after being evaluated and having some home-care they suggested I try to see a chiropractor to help me with my healing. So I did and I started feeling so much better faster. Then they will work with you and try to make a plan where you are able to be self sustaining. It is an amazing experience and the staff care about one thing and that's to make you feel your best!

Doctor Fares is a bone wizard I swear, I went in my back killing me with a 6/10 pain scale and walked out with a nearly 3/10. Going into my second appointment with him was amazing he is well spoken and very nice. I've had pain in my back for 3-4 years now and it has been immensely better after just 2 treatments! Thank you Doctor Fares and see you on tuesday! Also the reception ladies are so nice and make you feel welcome when you walk in I could not reccomend this place more!

I rarely give a 5 star review. I had been experiencing cramping in my leg and had seen my family doc, who had given me some stretching exercising that just weren't working. I went to see Dr. Salem Fares, asking if he could help. After examination and an adjustment, he felt that he was not going to be able to help me and felt that I may have a circulation problem. He referred me back to my Family Dr.and told me to ask for a particular test to be done. My Dr.was very upset that a chiropractor was giving medical advice and referred to their profession as "quacks". I wasn't happy with those comments and insisted the test be done. He relented and I had the test done. Turns out I had 2 abdominal aortal aneurysms and a blockage limiting blood flow to my left leg to only 10% of normal. The result was a femoral bypass surgery to improve blood flow to my legs.

There are no physical signs of these issues. No associated pain or warnings. Had these issues not been discovered, I'm told I potentially could have simply suddenly "dropped dead". Dr. Fares spent a little extra time with me, watching my gait and listening to my symptoms. He could easily have sold me on a regime of continuing treatments to keep a patient. But he didn't.

I feel that Dr. Fares' honesty and superior diagnostic ability may very well have saved my life. I have thanked him in person, but he deserves a formal "pat on the back" so to speak. I couldn't recommend him and his staff more!

I would like to commend Dr. Jiyun Park for her professionalism and the patience she extended to me. She was never tired listening to my day and answering my questions regarding my acupuncture sessions with her. She made sure that I was okay whenever I stepped out of the room. Being a patient suffering with fibromyalgia, she went above and beyond sharing with me new found knowledge and researches. She is one of the best. You will never go wrong being under her care.

I've used this clinic a LOT in recent months after a car accident. Dr. Fares has provided chiro treatments and advised me in my recovery, and while I have some lingering injuries I'm continuing to improve. He's also helped me overcome an aversion to chiros after a bad experience years ago. Dinika Mascarenhas is a fantastic physiotherapist: very skilled, friendly, and effective. Terry Quach is an excellent massage therapist, and Cheryl at the front desk has been extremely helpful in helping me handle the complex and frustrating billing issues between my extended health insurer and vehicle insurance. I've been to four Optimum clinics in Calgary but like this one the best. It's a small clinic, but a few years ago I had physio at two major clincs in Calgary - large, gleaming facilities with posh exercise rooms and tons of equipment - and most time they just put on a heat pack and TENS, gave me a few exercises, and sent me home without any hands-on treatment. I'm getting much more effective treatment at Trans Canada and will continue to use this clinic after my accident treatment is done.

I've was struggling trying to find a good massage therapist. I found many carry the title, but don't understand the needs of the patient. Until I met Camilla! She's absolutely awesome! She goes beyond the normal massage to take care of anything that's causing you pain and to help you relax. I told her last time I was in that I find dolphins very relaxing. When I came for my appointment today, the relaxation music contained dolphins. Wow! She really listens to what the clients says. I would highly recommend her.

I drive from Cochrane to come see Dr. Fares and Camilla and it's worth the drive.

I've been getting treated by Terry here for the last 5 months, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He's passionate and informative, and cares about his clients. Coming from lifting and bjj, he's helped me recover from multiple injuries and strains while providing me with intelligent home care routines.

The facilities are also nice, and the staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Terry, and the team here at this location.
