Nice quiet place, staff is pleasant. Rayna is my massage therapist, the massage felt amazing, I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would highly recommend receiving treatment at the Airdrie location.

Jamie and the entire staff are incredible. Definitely feels like they are looking out for your best interest. Would highly recommend.

Nitin Pillay is amazing! I thought I had golfer's elbow because my arm felt weak and achy when I moved it a certain way. I tried resting, physio, and working out through the pain, but nothing helped.

Finally, my wife suggested I try a massage, so I went to Nitin. I told him about my arm, and he worked on it for about 20 minutes. It hurt a bit, but it totally worked! My arm feels great now, and I can start working out again.

Nitin is also really easy to talk to, super down-to-earth. I'd recommend him to anyone dealing with an injury or trying a massage for the first time. He's awesome!

I was having some nagging rotator cuff issues and heard thru a FB post that Rayna practices RAPID (basically, a fascia release/technique close to active release). She was knowledgeable and provided a great treatment that truly helped release the adhesions that were creating my pain and tightness. Massage is a great option for most issues and I think RAPID is a game changer for realigning the layers of adhesions and injured tissue. Definitely recommend Rayna! Thanks again!

After suffering for several years due to a shoulder injury Doctor Cao use acupuncture to relieve the pain, inflammation and I have regained mobility and can sleep! In addition she found that my chronic sinus and IBS were being caused by excessive heat. She used a Chinese herbal formula to help me with this and the results have been amazing. She truly is a gifted Doctor, I highly recommend her, and look forward to Rebuilding my Health!

Con-Artists The Chiropractor Jamie owner of Optimum Wellness! The front staff are rude and obnoxious! The Chiro Jamie have you wait for longer time and when you get in the room for the adjustment he run a back massage over your back for around two minutes and then the so-called adjustment lasted may FIVE minutes and they are charging too much money for the petty adjustment, Billing the insurance company all kinds of money. Jamie hired Burhan in his pathetic place of business to do massages and Burhan is not doing proper massages. He takes Jamie clientele on the side and do house visits and making more money on the side. NICE JOB BURHAN! Jamie you are running a shady business and Burhan is stealing clients! GOOD WORKS BOYS!

I was very disappointed with the lack of effort to fix a staff communication error that affected my son. I booked and paid for a dry needling appointment, in advance. I was very specific. What my son got, was a brief consult, a brief massage with a massage gun (which we already own) and some suction cups, for $100. After contacting the business several times, I was given nothing but excuses. Such a waste of our time and money.

I see immediate results from my acupuncture visits to Dr. Duyen Cao. Highly recommend her to people who haven't tried acupuncture.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cao for acupuncture for less than a year but she has already addressed so many issues in such a short time! Dr. Cao is very professional and knowledgeable. If you are new to acupuncture or looking for a new practitioner, I highly recommend her. I first went to her because of migraines, which I don’t get anymore, and now I see her for acupuncture regularly as part of my health maintenance. I have had several massage therapists over the years but Rena is what I have been searching for as a therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She listens to you and addresses the problem areas thoroughly while making sure you are comfortable. Rena also does a technique called Rapid that helped with my treatment. Highly recommended.

Dr. Damen has been my chiropractor for over five years. Not only is he super friendly, fun and great to hang out with, he is the absolute best Chiropractor I have been to! He has been the best support for my physical health during different stages of my life including autoimmune illness, fertility issues, pregnancy/post partum and severe TMJ problems. I had a breeched baby from 32 weeks to birth and an appointment with Dr. Damen was the only thing that made me feel better and allowed me to cope with being very uncomfortable. When I developed severe TMJ, he took the time to work on my jaw and was incredibly gentle and was able to decrease the chronic pain that I was experiencing.

He has gone above and beyond to support me and family with a variety of different ailments. Dr. Damen will take the time to support any issue present. He is very knowledgeable in his evaluation/assessment and gentle in his approach. I would highly recommend Dr. Damen to my closest family and friends!

Optimal Wellness has been treating me for almost 2 years now, it is always my go to place for different treatments. The staff is awesome and caring. Lately I have been receiving acupuncture from Dr. Duyen and she has been excellent. I have been having important muscle issues and Dr Duyen is treating me doing dry needling and the improvement is really encouraging! Dr Mulholland (Chiro) also has been an excellent help for me! Great place. The staff are friendly. They have direct billing and I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment. The chiro Dr. Damen fixed my chronic headaches that I had for years before I saw him about it. Now we are working on a herniated disc and related SI joint pain that has been terrible pain for months. I’m only sorry that they were unable to provide services for so long due to the pandemic when I along with so many people needed their services.

Dr. Damen is the only chiropractor who's been able to get my shoulder pain under control. I had multiple appointments with two other chiropractors before coming here, but they didn't seem able to help. I appreciate that Dr. D takes the time to find the issue and listen to what I have to say. Anyone who's a skeptic should really give good chiro a chance.

Bookings and appointments are hassle free and easy, they usually have something next day and even same day if needed. 24h cancellation is needed to cancel appointments. The staff are amazing and professional! I love my massages

I see Taylor for Reflexology and in the first two treatments she has helped me relax, focus and feel more energy than I have had in awhile. I will certainly be coming back for more! She's informative and calm which helps achieve a lowered level of stress.
