My experience has been and is awesome. I have been seeing Dr. Anu Porumalla for my physiotherapy for my knees. I woke up in pain, pain medicine was the first I took in morning for relief. Now I wake in morning without pain. I walk and use stairs without pain and my knees are no longer swollen. Anu ROCKS.

I started with and continue to see Dr. Nathan Frostad for my back problems. When I started months ago with Nathan I couldn't stand or walk without pain. After a months of seeing him. I now can do both. Nathan ROCKS is awesome at what he did and does for me.

great with your clients. She ROCKS.

Today I saw Dr. Frostad for a chiropractor appointment. I couldn’t even leave the house without taking painkillers, I had had days of constant headaches. After listening to my issues he did the adjustments I needed with extra attention to my neck area. Tonight for the first time in days I am totally pain free and loving every minute of life. I can’t express how happy I am as I watch and enjoy tonight’s Flames game in pain free bliss. Highly recommend Dr. Frostad and the rest of the clinic.

I live across the city from this location but because of the team here it's worth the trek twice a week. I've recently been dealing with a workers compensation claim and everyone at this location has gone above and beyond both in my treatments and dealing with the bureaucratic bull**** that is wcb. 10/5 would recommend.

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating for appointments. The clinic is very clean and Dr Jas has the room cleaned after every patient. Dr Jas is spot on with her diagnosis and gets to work treating the problem with confidence. I have been seeing her for 1 month and it's amazing how great I feel after months of pain and discomfort. Dr. Jas is always very welcoming and friendly. She has good tips on how to do certain stretches and exercises to keep my back and hips from hurting. Marites gives wonderful massages as does Vee. The front office staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I was SUPER nervous about chiro! I never wanted to even go and when I finally did, Dr. Jas made me feel so comfortable! She fixed my problems and now it’s one of my favourite places to go for an appointment. The staff is always so welcoming and lovely and I always leave there feeling amazing. 10/10 recommend

I go to Optimum Sunridge for Chiro and Massage. Both Dr. Frostad and V are awesome. If you want deep tissue I recommend V. She is wonderful and Dr. Nathan is awesome as well.

My wife and I visit here regularly. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are genuinely interested in seeing us get better and we appreciate them working and putting us in maintenance mode.

I have been having problems with my fractured foot not healing for months, tried everything with my podiatrist. Finally tried the laser therapy as suggested by Dr. Jas and had amazing results. I’m in my 5th session and my foot is back to normal. No more pain or swelling. I am super satisfied and happy. I can go back to work now. Love Cariza she's so cheerful and knowledgeable. Dr. Jas is super nice.super thank you for all your help.

"what is this magic, I wish I had gone sooner" is the text I sent my husband after my first appointment with Doctor Jas, I had been struggling with severe tension headaches and despite (embarrassingly) being a "non-believer" I accepted the appointment my husband scheduled for me not expecting anything and left completely blown away. It has been a few years since, the tension headaches are well maintained, Doctor Jas and her team have since seen me through my post-cancer recovery as well - they have truly changed my life. Doctor Jas is brilliant in her field, educates along the way and truly cares for her patients. It feels like family whenever we walk into the office - my daughter is a patient now too.

The administration staff are incredible and Realiza (one of the massage therapists) has been another vital part of my care and recovery, she is also absolutely brilliant in her field - I have nothing but the highest of praise and admiration for Doctor Jas & her team.

These people are the best at what they do! I have been a long time chriopractic denier and did not want to come in. I saw Dr. Cameron and she worked her magic on me and I have not moved so well in 10 years. All the ladies on the front counter always make me feel welcomed and part of the family. Dr. Jas is the best chiropractor/person EVER.been going here on and off for 2 years, I moved from the area but still drive 45 mins to come see her! All the other staff, reception to massage to laser therapy are amazing too!

My son had a football foot injury late last year and after multiple visits to his family doctor (and the injury not getting better) and x-rays. I decided we should ask his Chiropractor about it. After a couple of weeks working with Marcy the pain was gone and he was back on the football field (which made his day!). No one believed us when we said the chiropractor is who fixed his foot! I think a lot of us have a misconception that they only help with Back and Neck issues. But thankfully they can help with so much more! My son is so thankful for Marcy and looks forward to his monthly adjustments with her!

I have been visiting Dr Frosted since my motor vehicle accident and he has been an absolute godsend. He has been professional and he has helped my back pain. The front staff are awesome and very courteous. Vivian is an awesome masseuse and Dr Cameron when I did see her was awesome as well. Prices are reasonable and they can direct bill insurance.

I highly recommend this clinic! I have been seeing Dr. Cameron and staff for several years along with my daughter. In the last 3 years, I have been in 2 car accidents. I have received several treatments from this clinic that has helped me immensely. Treatments include: Massage therapy, chiropractic care, laser therapy, physiotherapy, and psychology. I highly recommend any and all these services to anyone else. The front of house staff are always amazing, and readily help you with working around a tight schedule. Without any of the services or any of the amazing and knowledgeable staff at this location, I would not be back as close to my previous 100% as I am now. Eternally grateful to these ladies!

I was having lower back issues and I was getting nowhere with the doctors I was seeing. Finally my daughter said are you ready to go see Dr Cameron, maybe she can help you. I have to say she's been a lifesaver and I have told her that many times. After a few visits she figured out what was wrong with me and we worked on the issue. That was years ago and I still see her for maintenance as I've never had that problem since. I have had other services done at the clinic and I have to say her and her staff are amazing. The girls at the front desk definitely know the meaning of customer service.

Myself and my family (husband and 2 kids) go there for chiropractic and massage. Dr. Jas is amazing! She helped me with my lower back and hip pain during my pregnancy and now she is helping me with my postpartum problem. Massage + Chiro combo is the best! I love how my wife can make an appointment for this place, and after she arrives the masseuse very rudely told her she couldn’t massage her since she was pregnant even though my wife only wanted her feet and legs massaged. Definitely great place to go if you want to be treated like you are worthless.

Dr. Cameron is a fantastic chiropractor, I felt better leaving and look forward to continued visits. The staff is very friendly, and lots of parking at Sunridge Mall.

Audrey and staff are AMAZING. I have been to a few other Chiropractors and treated me as a quick in and out patient. I have a desk job and sit for close to 17 hours a day and the concern is genuine from the staff. They do have the direct billing option to your benefits as long as your benefits accepts it, it is super convenient! Average Chiro visit is about $50 well spent. Very professional, clean, cozy environment. Haven't tried the massages but i'm sure they are amazing too.

We always see Dr. Audrey. She is always an AMAZING doctor and every visit is wonderful experience with her. She is so helpful and accommodating. However, the reason I JUST give 2 s is one of the receptionist there, specifically the Filipina. She is so rude! She just don’t know what it means to be a “receptionist” or someone to be in “front”. This happens not just once or twice but EVERYTIME we visit the clinic with HER! Just visited yesterday and she just ruined my day.
