Got my first tattoo done here a while back and got another one today. Very happy with both. They were done by Coyote, who was an awesome guy to chat with and was very professional. Great place to go to if you want a tattoo.

Rocky did my face dermal and absolutely slayed it. He's very informative and very kind. Highly recommend

Amazing atmosphere from the first second I walked in. Everyone was helpful and understanding. Rocky did two of my lip piercings and he was amazing. Made me laugh the whole time. Very professional shop and sanitary. No matter if your an experienced or unexpected in receiving piercings. I recommend this shop.

Erin (@gloom.ruby.inkk) did a phenomenal job when I came in for a quick impulse tattoo. She did a small piece that was just line work, and let me tell you, these lines are crispier than the bacon straight out the fryer. Would highly recommend. 1010.

Was curious and checked if this shop did walk ins/ had flash available and they do/did so i i got a super on the fly flash last minute and it was a fantastic experience, thanks mac!

Got a decent sized sternum piece done by Mic! He was very willing to talk about each part of it and listened to everything I had to say about it! He was very considerate, gentle and a great person to get work done by. He has great energy and showed that he loved every bit of it as much as I did, takes a lot of pride in his work!

I just went in for my consultation today (they booked my consultation a few days after I messaged them on facebook for a tattoo which was very quick <3), and after my consultation the dude said "Let's do it today! " "Hell yeah! "

My tattoo artist was Mic, he was a super nice guy, his room was covered is very fun comic/cartoony art which I appreciate (as a fellow nerd). He was very easy to talk to and ask questions to, he gave back professional answers. I got a back of the neck tattoo and he showed that he cared for my placement due to possible future career problems. I appreciated it a lot! He gave professional advice about the size and details. I would say that I felt safe with his professional opinion.

This was a great experience. Mic obviously cares a lot about what he does and it shows in his work. (I cant take a picture of my tattoo right now because of the film, but I will try to remember and take a picture as soon as I can!) I will ABSOLUTELY be back. Thank you Orchid! Thank you Mic!

Although originally quoted a 10-15 min wait time, ended up being almost an hour. Given it was a very busy Saturday, the receptionist was still very attentive and tried to get things done as quick as possible for us. Rocky was very sweet and informative with my ear piercing and told me his story of being an owner of the shop, making for a nice personal experience. Upon learning it was my one year anniversary, he gave me a discount and wished us well, will definitely come back again.

Just spontaneously got a piercing done here, amazing experience! I already have a few piercings and they were very helpful choosing placement for a new one without making my ear look crowded. Definitely would trust them with future piercings:)

I went a couple years ago to get my first lip piercing and just went back to get 3 more done (2 more lip and an eyebrow). Rocky pierced me both times (4 piercings in total) and was absolutely amazing. Kind, professional, fast, knowledgeable and understanding. I needed a break between the second and third piercings (on my lip) and he stopped as soon as I asked and waited till I was completely ready to continue. He also noticed that my ring i had in my first piercing was far big and was chipping my teeth and gave me a bar to stop more damage from happening. The receptionist was very kind as well when signing and paying. Everyone was very laid back and open even tho they were quite busy. Thank you so so much I will definitely be back again!

Rocky did two helix piercing for me nine months ago and I had a great experience everything went smoothly and healed great I came back today for two more helix on the other side and again such a great experience hes friendly welcoming and professional. The shop is clean and sanitary. Always happy with my experience here. Rocky is a great piercer Highly recommend him.

Took my 6 year old to have her ears pierced after 2 other shops refused to do it because she was too young. Rocky did an amazing job with her! He explained everything he was doing and was calm and thorough. She felt very comfortable with him and had a great experience. I definitely recommend Rocky if you’re looking for someone to pierce your child’s ears.

If I could give no stars I would. I rate alot of businesses. Coming from away, having my native cards with my picture n all. Government issued with ID # on it, not expired n was denied service. Was made very uncomfortable by the man that was there. Also said I was from away, you know hoping to get some friendly service but I guess that's because of where I'm from I suppose. Anyway went to Dragon Fx n was able to get my piercing done n they were very helpful n determined to get me in. You guys didn't even try to help me out. If you would of looked at the id's you would of saw the id # but I was rushed out the door pretty quick. Definitely don't recommend going here at all. Maybe a bad day or something for them.

Amazing! I went in for a walk in piercing, to get double lobe piercings. Rocky asked me politely into his room and asked me to have a seat he had a conversation with me for awhile and was very careful to make sure my piercings were perfectly even on both sides. He was thorough with his work walking me through everything and asking about my day to distract from pain, overall an amazing piercer.

All staff is outstandingly friendly and relaxed. Very positive environment to get both tattoos and piercings! I did a walk in appointment at Orchid to get my belly button and nostril pierced with my friend. We got in very easily and the wait wasn’t too too bad. However the piercing experience itself was pretty brutal. We got pierced by Rocky who seemed like he was in a RUSH to be done our piercings, there was practically no communication and no preparation. I’ve had my nose done before but Rocky was really rough with how he handled my nose during the piercing process. It was very very painful (to be expected! But this was a bit more than I was prepared for as again, the most communication I got was to breathe in and out) He also didn’t bother to clean off the sharpie off my nose from another placement suggestion which felt a little neglectful. After he was done i didn’t even get the opportunity to see the piercing before he told me to lay down for my belly button. Belly button piercings are a pretty scary piercing to get so to be completely unprepared for it was very scary. Again it was done so quickly with basically no communication as to when he was putting in the actual jewelry or anything like that. At the end he gave me very basic instructions on not to swim and how long it’ll take to heal but there was NO other info given to me about the healing process. Luckily I know how to take care of it but for people who have never gotten pierced before would otherwise not know. It was an extremely rushed process with basically no time to recover between piercings, and the whole time I felt like an inconvenience to Rocky as if he had other places to be. My friend had a very similar (much worse) experience. I’m not trying to bash the company by any means I just hope you can learn from this and treat other clients with much more care than we were treated. I do want to say all the other staff were super super accommodating and helpful otherwise

I had made the last minute decision to get a piercing done on the day i leave back for my hometown. The lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful and booked me in for an appointment that worked for my timing. The prices are also very affordable for people/or college students like myself. Rocky did my upper lobe and was very precise and walked me through the whole process. He was very talkative throughout the whole piercing which distracted me from the pain and nervousness I was feeling. After the appointment I was left with a 2/10 pain and little redness and swelling. Today is the day after and I can barely feel anything. I am planning on either getting my nose pierced or my tongue and once I do I will definitely be planning on coming back!

I will never go anywhere except Orchid Tattoo! The front staff is incredible and welcoming. Rocky is amazing. Soooo sweet, so professional and so welcoming. I came for a ear piercing and it was painless and clean! I came back for a tattoo with Adam. I was so nervous at first but he made me feel so comfortable, he was humorous, fun to talk to, AND made my tattoo EXACTLY how I envisioned. I give this place 10 stars. Not even 5. I'll definitely be back. Look no where further but here!

I am really happy with the quality of service Rocky provided me with at the shop. He did an excellent job on my piercing's and helping me pick out my jewelry. Even the receptionist, Nadia, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this studio!

I came in with my friend as a walk in for a ear piercing and the lady at the desk was so welcoming and sweet. Rocky did a great job, he is super gentle, knows what he’s doing and it was a quick process. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

Rocky pierced my tragus and my friends noses, it was all very quick and professional. He even hooked up the aftercare for us, which was really nice.
He was also very funny and outgoing, made the whole experience really enjoyable! Will be getting my next piercing there fasho!

It’s/he is very clean, very sanitized, double checks and makes sure the costumer is happy with placement (got my nose pierced), it was quick and painless, I’m not very good with needles, he kept care of me when I wasn’t feeling well afterwards, Thanks Rocky you truly are amazing! Hands down the best place to go get your tattoo and piercing needs done I seen Rocky with my piercing that I unfortunately got done somewhere else because it got infected. He did and amazing job in removing it and instructing me how I can save my piercing. Now the infection is gone and my piercing is better than ever thanks to the best piercer Rocky

I have gone for 2 piercings now (helix and conch) and I love them! Rocky did both piercings on a walk-in both times and the environment was super clean, professional and welcoming. They were quick, painless and look amazing! I highly recommend Rocky for any and all piercings.

I had both my travis pierced a few years ago on whyte ave and had surgery in 2020 so had to remove them both for it. When I went to put them back in I could only get one in. So I booked an appointment to have the closed one redone at Orchid and Rocky was the one who did it for me. Let me tell you, that spot is NOT fun to pierce and it typically hurts a lot! Not only did I barely feel a thing but Rockys calm demeanour and his knowledge of what he was doing definitely put my mind at ease. I’ll absolutely be going back to see him for any others I want to get and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who asked.

Just got my septum pierced. The person at the front counter was friendly and knowledgeable. The room where the pricing was done was clean. The piercer was courteous and efficient. I loved the fact everything was so efficient and they accommodated me coming in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment.

I had Rocky and he was amazing. He pierced my vertical labret and made sure I was comfortable, let me see where he marked, and was overall extremely nice. I told him about how a different piercer did my lip and I could see and feel a huge difference. Definitely going back here from now on. I had a walk in appointment and I got in very quickly.

Ive had tattoos done in over a dozen shops done and this shop is legit. Mick did mine and his geniune interest in making sure it looks good not just when you leave but forever is commendable. Everyone is easy to chat with and it makes the tattoo experience fly by. Totally recommend and thank you again to Mick for being a bro!

I went in today as soon as they opened for a walk in, Rocky the piercer was there early to get some work done and usually starts at 12 but he was more than happy to get me in immediately. I got a tattoo done here and let me tell you believe the reviews and do not go here! My tattoo wasn't evenly done, once it healed the colours on the words weren't evenly done. He had done my other tattoo without my knowledge because it was in the same area and the tattooer ruined that too! Never again will I go here!

Went in for an eyebrow piercing and was really happy with the precautions that they had in place because of covid. Rocky was very quick and and friendly when giving me the piercing and when one of the balls fell out later in the week he wasted no time in replacing the piercing.
