This is our 2nd try at this location. We ordered half & half (rice + fries) with chicken and beef and a side of large fries. The half & half overall lacked flavour, lacking sauce and most of the meat was dry.
We ended up buying an extra packet of sauce to make it palatable. The workers that helped us were nice, restaurant was clean, although the washroom could've been cleaner.
Will not return, will stick to the more consistent locally owned chain (Jerusalem Shawarma/Deagla).
I ordered ln skip, they charged me $50.00 for a very flat small dry sandwich, and a chicken/rice also very very dry and tasteless. I ended up just disposing of both the sandwich and plate. I have nothing positive/negative to say about their staff except to avoid ordering OUT from here, as they will rip you off.
If you like soggy, wet and cold food this is the place for you. I was only a few bites into the wrap before it completely fell apart from how wet it was, impossible to hold together. On top of it all, the lamb was extremely chewy. Too bad as I was really excited to try this spot!
Some staff are very nice, especially the afternoon shift recommend ordering these times. Evening shift do not expect anything of quality nonetheless good food
Good costumer service and they meet all of my needs in a efficient and effective way they are very kind and give me free food sometimes and show me respect and care with full humility
Staff were very friendly. Ordered two beef wraps for take out. After arriving home less than 10 minutes later, the wraps were very soggy and dripping with sauce. We asked for everything, which should be fine in itself; however, there was barely beef to be seen! We did not order vegetarian meals here.the beef was also almost unchewable. It was like having rubber in your mouth. Spent over $50 and was really expecting something much better than this. Will stick to authentic places for shawarma next time. Will not return at this location.
Worse Shawarma I have ever had. Very small portions in chicken. I took hot flavour and found they use chilli powder with water rather then any sauce (tastes like) and I got sick, stomach ache after that. I gave 2 star for service and everything. But for food it should be 1.
First time, ordered 2 shawarmas and a chicken on the rocks [rice] everything tasted really good, fresh and tasty. I especially like the hot sauce. As well as the prices being 5 dollars because it is shawarma day, the slight bad thing was there was 2 bones in my wrap, which could be very bad. But all in all was really good. I would suggest the 5 dollar promos more often!
Lance, tess and saghar served us very well, they were so friendly as soon as we came in, the food was served really fast and their costumer service was amazing!
Amazing service and food. District manager was in gave me a free sample of falafel and hummus as a vegetarian option. Rice is delicious. Highly recommend.
A great place to eat Mediterranean cuisines. Staff is so friendly and the nature of service they provide is the best. All of them are friendly including Manager. Will recommend everyone who loves Mediterranean and especially the atmosphere.
I visited this place again last week and same the staff was very friendly especially Sherrylyn and Merly… Food as usual great and tasty.
Just disgusting.ordered a Philly steak wrap and went straight home to eat it. It was completely soggy. I couldn't hold it to eat without it breaking apart. There was so much sauce as if I was almost drinking it. Wasn't even provided napkins or anything.very disappointed
Love this place. We found it open after covid when we were looking for new eateries. Love their shwarmas! Lamb, beef, or chicken doesn't matter. Large portions and great staff.
