Osmow's Shawarma

My girlfriend had the shawarma platter and I had the largest wrap size they had. The wrap was a regular size at other places, the Osmow's brand of carrot mango drink we got tasted like metal and plastic so I asked if we could exchange it for the same kind and the staff and manager said that wasn't possible once opened. Both of our meals were supposed to be medium spicy and mine was soaked in the hot sauce and my girlfriends wasn't. What a waste of $35.

Just finished it. It kicked my a$$. I loved it.
My wife didn’t warn me bout the “special spice”, but she did say medium, and I mistakenly believed her, but I’m glad I defeated it, because while the spice level is REAL, the flavour was UNREAL. Exceptional shawarma, My Friends. Very well done, so please keep up the good work. 10/10 on taste, spice and presentation.

PS: If you don’t dig spice, you should still get it mild, but you’re missing out.

Love owsmows shawarma but this location is quite different than others in the city.no quantity and no quality. Ask for mild spicty with tahini and garlic but there was no souce at all and it was totally dry. They tried to offered me another one but had no time to wait for another as i was on break from my work.

Here's a place where the friendly smiles of the staff are as consistent as the sunrise. Waiting time? A little longer, like a suspenseful pause in your favorite show. The food? Solidly good. But the sauce? Now, that's a culinary roulette – sometimes it's a flavor bomb, other times, well, not so much. It's like dining with a dash of adventure!

Best chicken shawarma in this part of town and the foods always hot great customer service aswell

We order from here usually once a week. It’s upsetting how every time the order is prepared differently. The taste and spice level is never consistent. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap today and asked for all the veggies except for pickles and turnips. Paid for extra garlic sauce. And ordered medium spicy. The wrap only was filled with lettuce. It had 1 banana pepper, and 1 olive. That’s it.
No extra garlic sauce despite paying for it.
It was not medium spicy either. Sometimes their medium spicy is too spicy to eat other times it’s bland like today.
It’s not like it was crazy busy. I was the only customer in the store.

This place is amazing. The food is great, and the atmosphere is off the charts. I would strongly recommend

We tried the falafel plate and the falafel wrap. The wrap was decent but the falafel in the rocks was below average. Specially the rice was really not worth the price. It was bland and lacked taste.

Worst food prepared ever order flafel on the sticks got burnt fries with just garlic sauce
And ordered lamb shwarma also burnt
The employee working on the order should be trained or fired

Made the mistake of driving my family to this location with attached 15% coupon but staff would not honour it. One would think being the same company, they would be flexible about it but instead they dug in their heels and suggested I drive the 8km distance to the 170st location. Found this short sighted on their part. Apparently the server called the store manager too but he would not budge. This ruined the experience for me and is enough for me not to go Osmows again.

Randomly decided to eat here, and wow what a treat, had a chicken Shawarma and it was super delicious, their fries are one-of-a-kind too!

Will be recommending to all my friends and family

It was great experience, liked their Philly cheese Shawarma and Half and Half beef. 5Star for customer service.

Ajay served me & food was amazing. He recommended me to try several things and customer service was top notch! Came up to me a few minutes later asking me if everything was up to standard as well as if I liked it. It was a great experience, will definitely go back. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic Shwarma place, right beside the A&W. Tried their Chicken Shwarma with Rice and Greek salad. Excellent home made hot sauce (6 or 7 spice levels). Love that this one is opened closer to us.

The service is outstanding. Even though the speed of delivery not so quick, I don't want to complain because of the taste of their wraps. I would recommend falafel and shawarma chicken in their wraps

Wish I could give them 5 stars but I can’t. I came when it wasn’t rush hour. They messed up the sauces in the wraps. The worker told me specifically that there were napkins and utensils in the bag but they weren’t there. So disappointed

Worst experience we ever had, it was our first time to visit that place and for sure it’s the last time, I phoned the store asking for the manger to call me back because We had a problem and some family member was going to get very sick because of the food, no body care to call back, I gave them few days and I phoned back again to ask to speak to the owner of the place because the manager didn’t care to call back, she refused to give me any details she was super rude with me. Hopefully the owner of the riverbend square location see this message and get back to me.

I’ve tried a lot of Shawarma platters and I can’t seem to get enough Osmow’s Shawarma’s. Their hot sauce, no matter what level of heat you get, compliments their food so nicely. On top of their great food the customer service is top notch. Thanks for the great lunch guys.

It was great and the staff is also friendly and they were so nice to me. I got my food within 5 minutes which is not that bad.
