Incredibly knowledgeable staff who truly care about your well being! My first visit was for Osteopath therapy and was an excellent experience, I was greeted at the door by Michelle the owner and practioner. She quickly took me in (not waiting around) and her caring approach and knowledge of the body blew me away! The facility is the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen for a wellness facility. I am booking another treatment (massage) asap. Do not hesitate to try Otium, they are the real deal.

A truly great experience! The place is very nice, clean and peaceful.and Michelle is beyond wonderful! Very knowledgeable and attentive. She has been my massage therapist for more than 5 years now and I am so happy to have her looking after my aches and pains. I would give 10 stars but only 5 are available.

Michelle is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Whether it's general stiffness or recovering from injuries I've had from sports and the gym, I always feel way better after a visit. She also goes above and beyond by providing additional resources for things I can do at home to improve as well.
