Rick and his team are simply amazing. Very welcoming to beginners. No late draws! Easy to get free practice ice.

Over priced buckets, broken and out dated worn out wood tee boxes, no carpet left. Off the grass hitting is more like off the hard dirt. I won't be going back

Hands down the best curling club in the city. The Friday night league is the best winter activity. The club is extremely welcoming and everyone you meet is more than happy to teach you!

The staff at the Ottewell Curling Club are all amazing! The Friday evening league is a lot of fun and amazing value for how many games you get to play over the entirety of winter.

Your hometown local curling rink on steroid! Friendly staff, always ready to accommodate, a huge puppy (Jethro) as mascot and leagues for all level of curlers. I am curling there for over 16 years now and I will continue:)

This rink is special because of the people who own, operate and work at the Ottewell. The entire crew are there day and night making sure the leagues run, the bar is stocked and the curlers enjoy an evening of fun. You can find a league to match your skill and competitive level, and the ice will challenge you no matter your years of curling! We’ve had many seasons of fun at the Ottewell, and keep going back because the team of staff and management can’t be beat. If you’re a newbie curler or a grizzled veteran, it’s your own fault if you’re not having fun at the Ottewell!

I've been curling at Ottewell club for several years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are great supporters of high school curling too. Whether you're new to curling or an experienced veteran. Ottewell provides a wonderful atmosphere.

I play in Wednesday night open league, we just had our last game tonight. I must say that they are a very hospitable club. Always friendly and accommodating.
Our league has a nice level of competition, but all teams realize this is not the Briar and keep things in perspective.
Always enjoyable, and will be signing up again for next season.

Friendly staff, small town hospitality. There's an atmosphere of small community and everybody is here for some good curling.

The place used to be a terrible curling rink. Laughing stock of the city, but it has really turned around! The ice is clean, reasonably quick, the store is ok and the bar is alright, but the curling is great.

Great curling rink! I chose this facility due to its proximity to where I live when I started going to university in Edmonton and I'm super glad I did. The ice is pretty consistent. The staff are super friendly and easy to get along with. The atmosphere promoted by the staff and other curlers is fantastic. If you are looking for a club to join, the Ottewell is the place to be.

Love the Ottewell curling club. Staff is friendly and attentive. When I first moved to Edmonton I knew no one here. The manager was instrumental in helping me find teams and like minded players.

It feels like you're at home as soon as you walk through the door.
