Called three times, in a row.
Each time a different event happened.
First, they answered said "Hello. How can I help. " then call ended.
Second, was a weird dial tone.
Third, was as if there was static on the call. (Like an old TV).
All in all. Not a place one would recommend to another.

I really enjoy my family physician Dr. Corrigan he is professional and kind no matter the issue you bring to him.
The missing stars are for the 10+ times I've had severe issues with the receptionists. More than one appointment missed because the times were recorded wrong, problems with appointment confirmations, being given improper information when being told to go elsewhere to access care.you name it. If we had the ability to travel to the other clinic our doctor works out of we would in a heartbeat.
Edit: Still the worst service by the receptionists. My wife has anxiety and is regularly afraid to call to book an appointment with out doctor- removed an extra star for this.

As a diabetic I was told my family doctor is booking into October and I am out of medication and too bad so sad. The pharmacy has faxed over a request and no response.
This place should be closed if they can’t do their job with the patients they have.

Interesting to see all the 1 star reviews. Love my fam dr but unfortuneatly i can never book w her anymore. They dont even have another female to replace her as i feel uncomfortable with men dr. Everytime i booked an appointment, i’m waiting over 30 mins in the room to be seen but when I called to say im running 15 mins behind, i was told they have to cancel after 10 mins late! I’ve never heard of this! I will be leaving when clinics are accepting patients. Front desk is rude and the dr’s seem to not be working

Love my dr, been seeing them for years, but the reception staff are abysmal, rude, and not at all helpful, had multiple questions for them over the phone, barely answered one then hung up immediately

I don't care how good the doctors are, the front staff is AWFUL. They are extremely rude, condescending and hung up on me. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much better clinics around the city.

My doctor is wonderful but the front staff are rude, short and never helpful. This clinic is garbage when you need a walk-in they won't see as all the doctors are booking months out. So for example an ear infection a fast visit to get a prescription they tell you go somewhere else. I wouldn't waste your time on this place because you wait months to see your doctor and deal with rude people

Dr Safranovich, is an amazing physician. He is kind and caring, and listens to each and every issue, and is not dismissive. He investigates each issue properly and does his best to find the most efficient solution. He is someone you can trust.

Always 5 Star service from Ottewell Medical Clinic for our family of 5. They've NEVER mixed up our appointments, our prescriptions ALWAYS make it to the pharmacy and our doctor, Dr. Safranovich is great. There are 5 of us in our household and we've never experienced a single issue with our appointments or prescriptions. Dr. Safranovich never rushes anyone and is very thorough in his diagnosis and testing.
Some of the other reviews are hilarious - no, they don't accept walk ins, as they're not a Medicenter. The receptionists at this clinic are extremely busy, I can see how some people could be put off by the tone in their voices, however having worked at a medical clinic, answering the phone to 100+ people a day asking if you're a walk-in clinic would make anyone not thrilled at their job. On top of not being a highly requested walk-in clinic, they also have had the same doctors for a LONG time, meaning no, they probably don't take new patients. Really though, good luck finding a GOOD clinic who does.
