I recently had electrical work done for various electrical work such as adding a breaker, plugs, light, wiring for fireplace fan and fixing loose plugs in the kitchen and basement. The work was completed quickly and everything was neatly cleaned up. I appreciated that I was shown all the completed work and that everything was working. I highly recommend Our Electrician.

Vlad, Dasha and team have been so wonderful to deal with. They are fair, honest and very kind. They are professional, work hard and keep a clean worksite. I will definitely be hiring them for all of my electrical needs in the future.

This the second time we’ve used Our Electrician and once again the service was done on time and looks and works great. They did a fair bit of work on our garage, putting in heaters, new overhead lighting and some fixture’s. They were all done within a day and to the specifications that I requested. No corners were cut and they left the garage looking much better than when they came. Great to work with. Will use them again without hesitation. Thanks for the great work.

Our washer was acting up almost every time we used it. Called OurElectricians in, and Vlad told us that we had the wrong breaker installed from when the house was built. He didn’t have the correct one with him, but ordered one right away and contacted us as soon as it arrived and showed up that day to install it. Our electrical panel was also slightly unorganized for where the master key said the breakers were for certain things. Vlad was super friendly and rearrange the panel to what the key indicated, put in the new breaker and also tightened all the wires to make sure that there wouldn’t be an electrical fire. Highly highly recommend OurElectricians, they are very friendly and always on time. Easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to and communicate your needs and problems to from someone that doesn’t know electrical. If you need someone within the Calgary-Cochrane area highly recommend.

Unfortunately we won't be contacting Our Electrician again.
1.poor communication and confirmation of booking
2. For a follow up after the first visit left 2 voicemails with the number on the website, no call backs, couldn't find additional details for first visit as per number 1. Ended up texting the number and finally getting a response.
3. Recommended different bulbs because they cant see anything wrong with why 1/4 sockets in our pot lights keep frying light bulbs 2 months at a time.including them switching the bulbs to different sockets and not helping the cause.
4. The light bulbs they insist on using are no where to be found. We have now looked at, Rona, Home Hardware, Home Depot, Lowes, and a lighting store in Calgary and they do not have them. I have now paid for advise on lightbulbs I cant find anywhere while I only have 2/4 lights in my potlights working.
5. While the original estimate to come and look at the potlights was free, upon a return trip where our concern and issues are not fixed we were charged after not getting a response for nearly a week. I now have been told not to use the bulbs we have but cant find what they suggest. Without going to $125 + GST to replace each pot light for the ones they install. Yet its only on socket that has now killed multiple lights including what they changed around last visit to prove it was the light bulb.

Disappointed. You try to support local, support independent and get poor advise that upon return trip has now failed them (with moving the light bulb) and us where we cant find the recommend bulb to use.

Would definitely recommend Our Electrician! Their service was excellent, they were responsive, friendly, and timely.

Prompt, good value, cleaned up thoroughly after work was completed. I would highly recommend. We had a Hot Tub hooked up and Wiring for TV & Sound bar hidden.

Dasha, Vlad and the team have been amazing! Great customer service and efficiency. We recently moved into our new townhouse and the builder grade lighting is not exactly to our taste. Dasha has been wonderful arranging everything and responding to all my questions very promptly. She arranged for Vlad to come out with hardly any notice, to change out some sealing lights for us. Not only were we able to have him come out very short notice, the team also worked extremely efficienty and precisely, and left the home as clean as they found it. We are slowly chipping away on changing out all our sealing lights in the new house and will be sure to have this done through Our Electrician again. We would highly recommend this company.

I had the folks at Our Electrician help me with changing some of the existing wiring in my garage. Extremely happy with the service and result. They were very good about understanding, documenting, and confirming the changes I wanted to make right up front; they didn't have to ask me several times about the same thing. Everything was labelled clearly before they finished and they even troubleshot and fixed some issues with the existing wiring. 10/10.

Great service on a very short notice. We have reached out from out of province to have an ev charging outlet installed to our new house prior to our arrival. Vlad and Josh did great job installing extra outlets for a wall mounted TV! It was more complicated than we initially thought but they managed to deal with it no problem and kept their service fee very reasonable for us. My wife and I were very happy with Vlad and his team. He came out to our house in a timely fashion to get us a quote for installing our hot tub wiring from our panel to backyard, and I had a quote before he left the house. He made a phone call to get a price for materials and I had a quote before he left! That has never happened before. Usually I wait days for contractors to get me quotes. The install went well too and it was done quickly and professionally. He was able to accommodate my timelines for getting the tub up and running, and we are very happy how the job went from start to finish. Vlad is very personable, pleasant, and helpful. We got our Michael Phelps swim spa installed and Our Electrician staff was beyond helpful. They also did an amazing job hiding all the electrical connection. The installation was what we expected. On time, efficient, professional and fair price. We don't live in the city and no extra "travelling fee" was charged. Most places do as I have a rural address but pretty much live in the city limits.
