Great customer service. They stocked the part that we needed, which is a plus with businesses these days.

I needed a city-water connection valve and stopped at Outback RV. I spoke to the owner and it was some of the best service I've ever received! I'll be a repeat customer and strongly recommend these guys.

Sheila and Victor are very knowledgeable about RVs and very helpful. You are treated like family here.

Update: we have been working with Victor (owner) to ensure that our RV is in working order, he has given his personal attention to our concerns and has taken our feedback seriously, which we appreciate. Excellent follow up from Victor.

Terrible service! We bought a brand new trailer, we have had to call twice to get service help, they don't return calls, just have the receptionist take messages. Sold us the ultimate extended warranty package that doesn't include service calls when you need them. Batteries died within 11 months, they don't care - don't buy your RV or drop a dollar here, they are terrible!

Exceptionally the best dealer in Alberta, family owned and ran with the customer come first attitude. Not your big box RV dealer that is just about selling, the staff and owners are there to make your experience one of the best. Thanks for the great experience and coutinuing service for years too come.

Recently took my 5th wheel in for repair and couldn’t be happier with the service. I didn’t buy the unit from them, nor was it a brand they sell, however, they are close to my home and it saved me a trip to Edmonton. Service advisor and technician explained the problem and ordered the part and had it fixed in a timely fashion.

Customer service is not in the vocabulary whatsoever for this Service Department!

Take your RV elsewhere for service.

I brought my camper in to get it fixed and the service department did amazing work on it and the people at the desk helped me out lots and were able to answer all my questions

We were on our way to the Yukon from ON when our 3 way frig started giving us trouble on a Sunday. I called the service department and left a message. They returned our call on Monday. We were so impressed that on our return trip we stopped to get a cupboard hinge fixed and realigned. Victor looked after us and the repair was done plus he fixed the laminate without us asking. They fit us in and managed to complete the work within half a day on short notice! The Service Department is very accommodating. They really helped us out! They understand the urgency of customers needs traveling from outside of AB! MacKenzie at the Service Desk was very helpful and competent. Victor also recommended further steps once we get back home.

The people in parts and service are FANTASTIC! You don't see customer service like that anymore! I tell everyone about you guys now!

Sales team was great when we bought our travel trailer. When we needed warranty repairs the service and warranty people were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend Outback RV.

I stopped into Outback RV service dept.as one of my taillights were not working.the service dept.was booked until mid August but they said they can do a quick check at the truck connector. They found out there was no power to the right trailer tail light. A quick change of the fuse under the hood of my truck and we were back on the road. Thank you so much for the great service at Outback.

Saturday july 8th, we were on our way back from Jasper to Montreal after a great holidays in your contry.
On the road just before to passing by Edmonton, we got a broken sring on our RV (Fifth weel Cruiser Air).
I had called many RV dealer in Edmonton, nobody can fix the problem!
I took a chance to Outback RV, and Victor answer to the phone itself.he was honnest and he told me if i got the part, i will fix it!
So, we were very lucky for two reasons, he got the part and HE WANT TO DO THE JOB.even if it was saturday afternoon and a sunny 30 degrees!
I would like to emphasize his competence and his professional behavior!

We wandered around the yard looking at trailers with no idea which ones were trailers we had interest in. No one came out to talk to us. No prices in trailers. Eventually we made our way into the office where 2 people were sitting at desks who appeared to be doing nothing. Kind young lady at the front desk pointed me to a board with some pictures and prices. Not somewhere we would recommend to go. Low interest in helping us find a trailer.

Not only did the parts / service staff help us find the right propane connector hose for our propane firepit to connect to our RV propane quick connect, they installed the hose on the firepit, at no charge, to ensure that it would fit correctly.

SERVICE:
Asked for a round-about price for brakes. Agreed to have the work done and in the end the cost was almost exactly doubled. Staff replied with ‘Oh well. The work is done’. (in a quite rude way). Hmmmm. Not getting serviced here anymore.

STORAGE:
Stored my trailer there for about a year and a half. Got broken into twice. Once in the winter, and once just last week. The first time they called me to let me know which I thought was courteous. Just compartments opened but nothing taken. Not faulting them on this one but they could easily improve the situation with cameras or some other gesture of effort.
Second time (last week) no notice. A ton of damage to other trailers. I was lucky with just compartments opened again. I notified service staff at the desk and they told me it happened 10-14 days ago. Nobody told me. I welcomed one of them to come for a walk with me back there to see for themselves. Their reply was ‘Nope. Not our problem. We’re not going back there’. I asked for the owners number, left messages and never a reply. In short they could literally care less about your RV or you as a loyal customer.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY! Period. My trailer will never see that yard or their staff ever again.

Just watch and see how quickly this review is taken down. The general reviews are great! I can’t imagine there are very many happy customers at this point. So many damaged units and so little customer care.

I give Outback a 10 out of 10 on both their service and sales departments I have bought two units from Outback RV, a new 5th wheel and a few years later a Lance camper. Their service to me over the years has been fantastic. They are my number one service provider in both sales and service. Thank You to everyone at Outback RV

Victor and the entire parts and service staff always treat us great. Just had our rig in for some work before we head across Canada. We’ve been customers for 20 years and get ALL of our servicing done there. They are honest, timely and friendly. I would suggest Outback RV to any RV owner with any brand!
