Guy tries to get you out of the clinic as soon as possible and barely says a word, sometimes it looked like he was googling what to do.

WORST CLINIC EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My girlfriend went in for a possible reaction to pain meds she was prescribed from another doctor from a recent surgery. She was experiencing numbness n pain in one arm and hand.
Upon arriving at this clinic, Dr Muhammad Abufayed rudely entered the room without knocking n left the door wide open while people outside the room could hear everything.
He barely acknowledged her and immediately went to his computer n was not engaged in her condition at all. There was no examination or much for questioning to her during this brief 5 min visit. He then proceeded to write a quick prescription for some Voltaran cream n said, "Have a good day. "
Treating her like a number like this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Even the pharmacy we went to after said that the cream he prescribed will not be efficient for this type of reaction she's been receiving and advised this was a wrong approach.
Also, this clinic incorrectly entered her birthday, which made it difficult and time-consuming to pick up her prescription for the ridiculous Voltaran cream he prescribed her.
I would steer clear of this quack of a doctor and his clinic in general.

I can't believe how many people rate this clinic unfairly. Dr. Abufayed and his staff are one of the most sincerest and knowledgeable doctor I have encounter since I came here in Alberta, it took me 3 family doctor to find the right one for me that listens and cares about their patients. He maybe rushing sometimes but all family doctors and even ER doctors are, right? He's got so many patients to look after too, blame it to UCP if you dont get look after properly. Our healthcare professionals are overwhelmed and its not getting better. They are asking the government for solutions but always ignored citing, lack of funding. Blame your UCP not our doctors and healthcare professionals!

I used to LOVE this clinic. I have been to this place many times in the past when I lived in the area. I thought going there would be easier as I was already on file & so were my kids. They were always so nice and were always so quick to get you in and out. Yesterday I went there for possible Strep throat for myself & two of my kids. I got there at 10: 30 am as their hours said they were open from 9am-5pm. Get there. Door is locked. I looked at the hour sign on the door it said they were only open from 12pm-5pm. So instead of going all the way back home and coming back at 12 I did other things in the area to kill time while I waited for them to open up at 12.12: 00 comes around so I go back. Door is still locked. Then the lady at the front desk comes to the door and says (very rudely) "Sorry were not accepting walk-ins and the Dr is fully booked for today" Then she just closed the door in my face! I wasn't mad that they werent accepting walk-ins I was more mad that they didnt even bother updating their hours online so I wasted my time going down there just to be turned away. I ended up having to go to Hudson medical clinic. So what was supposed to be a 45 min max Dr visit turned into a 4 hour Dr visit. I won't be back to this clinic. Hudson Medical Clinic is where I will be going from now on. Dont waste your time coming here.

Horrible clinic. Waited over an hour and half and was told they are 15min behind schedule after booking an appointment. Do not recommend very unprofessional staff and no consideration for time. Told me to go get a covid test somewhere else with no recommendations for ease my symptoms or any treatment for any of my concerns. Waited almost 2 hours to be sent home with no answers and no support worst clinic and doctor I have ever been to in my life!

One of the best doctors and receptionists I have ever met in a clinic, they always find availability for me to come in even on short notice when I may have a crazy work schedule that week - the woman at the front desk is so friendly and sincere while the main doctor is just the same! Thank you for all your hard work

One of the most attentive, thorough and understanding doctors I have ever seen. This man is truly a gift to medicine.
