Delicious food, terrible service, looks like they are extremely understaffed. Front was managed by a single person that was as rude as they come. We were told that she was usually nice, which might have been true, but that was not our experience. Avoid, plenty of Italian restaurants to choose from within the walking distance.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this venue. We waited over 10 minutes to be shown to our table. Then once we’ve taken our coats off and sat down and made ourselves comfortable, a waiter came over and asked us to leave because they had made an error on the waitlist, and should not have shown us to a table …extremely appalled

Our group of 70 ordered ahead, costing $18 dollars a head. We arrived on time and they had one bowl of penne with very little sauce. Most of the group had to wait as the servers tried their best to keep up and we had to ask for cheese to go with our plain meals. The only other food offered was a bread bar, but no variety or options for dietary restrictions/preferences. 30 to 40 minutes after our arrival, they set up another station of the same penne. Very disappointed in the food and how management handled everything. Would not recommend bringing a large group here.

We came here on a school trip. Was pretty disappointed because it looked so nice on the inside, and it was around $22 per person (with taxes and stuff). The service was a bit slow, but it was fine overall. The food, however, was lacking. There was no variety. We were only served a pot of pasta, which ran out REALLY quickly. We had to ASK to get more because the majority of our group wasn't fed. On top of that, the pasta was bland and dry. The only thing that did have variety was the bread. The bread bar/grill was the only food related item that we could have a choice in. This is obviously a management issue, and I don't recommend this place (especially for large groups).

We had pre-booked a buffet style meal for 70 people. There was one bowl of pasta which ran out very quickly. There were only two servers to cover 70 people for drinks and to bring up more pasta.
At $18 per person all we were given was penne with a thin tomato sauce. We had to ask for shredded cheese. We had to ask them to refill the pasta.

My family has been here for dinner and it was good experience. The restaurant also offer “make your own bread” including to your meal. The Special Calamari was little overcooked and there were some fried batter around. However, their pastas were appetizing.

Don’t go here! Brought a group of 70. One bowl of penne with barely any tomato sauce was served on a very small table in the corner of restaurant. Had to ask for shredded cheese and didn’t even include a salad. Had to ask multiple times to have penne re-filled. Rip off for $18/person and very disappointing.

We came here for a trip for a festival. Very disappointing. 22$ per person for low end pasta, mediocre service. Extremely slow. Not the servers’ fault, the management hung them out to dry and were extremely unprepared. Great servers, bad management.

Food tasted like it came from a high school cafeteria. It was dry and very slow service, cafeteria ladies serve faster.

I went with my band class of 70 kids after a very long day. We reserved ahead, they knew that we were coming and should have been adequately prepared. However, my dissapointment was immaculate when I saw the spread; and by spread I mean the one item they offered. We got penne with a thin tomato sauce that I could do a better job of making myself. "All" of this was offered in a small pot that made it take over 40 minutes for everyone to get a meager first serving. It took us less time to do a clinic and learn and grow as musicians than it did to get basic "girl dinner" type food, not what anyone would expect from a restaurant. Cheese wasn't even given to us until we asked for it, and one of our wonderful teachers had to go around and give cheese because the two servers they gave us weren't even present. Additionally the inadequate amount of servers hampered out ability to get drinks. Additionally, we were charged extra for drinks which was not communicated to us before, a very unprofessional move on their part. And for all of this we paid $18 per person plus the additional drink cost which was more than if I had made 5x the amount for myself. We didn't even have a manager to check on us. Do not go here.

Went here on a school field trip: expected to get some high quality service and dishes, but got your average high school cafeteria food. Bread and one bowl of pasta is not enough to feed 70 students who have been busy all day at a music festival.

Booked for a school group. Restaurant knew to expect 70. They set out ONE small serving tray of pasta. Fed maybe ONE table at a time. Menu was overpriced for what we got (penne with tomato sauce - $18 a head. Ridiculous. Service was slow between having to constantly refill their ONE pasta serving tray for 70 and drinks. No management came to check in on us and see how we were doing. Took over 40 minutes for everyone to get a small first plate of food. When I talked to manager on duty they told me they’d set up a second serving station. Way too late at this point. No apology was given. At the end of dinner they tried to bill us for all the soft drinks that were included in our contract. Do not bring your groups here.

The food was good but absolutely not real Italian. Be honest, I’m Italian and this is a good Italian restaurant, over the average, to be in US/Canada but is not authentic Italian food.
I give 10 for the ambient and the price are not high

At the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, we ate pizza for lunch and a plate of mini steak and shrimp for dinner. They were both delicious. Steaks at steakhouses are too big and boring, so eating at a place like this is just right. All the clerks were friendly. In particular, the young man during the day was very kind and left an impression on me. I think the cost performance is also good.

Enjoyed the roasting bread station. Table side gas stove was delightful. Presentation and taste of entre's was good. The moose statue was great.

Steven is an incredible server and made my fiancee and our son feel extra special and taken care of! Don't mind spending money eating out when we get this kind of experience. Above and beyond, food service and atmosphere. Will return back.
