Over the past few years the service has been amazing for me; operator always follows up with email/tracking numbers and anything else I can think of. I hate shipping and having to run out to the couriers themselves; this location definitely makes life a little easier.

Over the years they have always been helpful with shipping our business packages internationally. I recommend for Fedex shipment drop off.

The guy on the phone was rude and uncooperative. Very unprofessional in dealing with people.

Was in contact with the driver who said they had dropped off at the Pack and Post. Went all the way downtown only to find out they had taken the package back to Calgary and wouldn't be available for pick up until the next day. Very unorganized. Don't bother trying to call they never answer either. This is now day 3 of trying to pick up my amazon purchase.

Terrible service and rude. Owner followed me and listened to a personal conversation, then talked about me to someone I know. RUDE

Had an awesome experience here. They went above and beyond to get my package to the US the very next day and they even called me after I left to say that they found a more economical way to send the package. They did all the paperwork for me, and when I was able to return later that week, they refunded me the money they had saved. Excellent service!
