Pak Mail West Edmonton have Amazing service. They are always willing to provide advice on best ways to ship, how to save shipping costs and always do it in such a pleasant manner! I will never ship with anyone else and highly recommend!

Martha at Pakmail provides the best customer service that I could imagine! Today I missed my medicine delivery by Fedex. The door tag notice said I could pick up my package next day from Pakmail, however I must get it today because the medicine is temperature sensitive. So I called Pakmail. Martha picked up the phone, checked the tracking number and confirmed the package most likely would arrive tomorrow morning. I explained that this was my medicine that I was hoping to get it today. She collected my information and said she would call Fedex for me. Ten minutes later she called me back saying she was able to talk with the manager and have the driver to deliver my package to them later today. When she got the package, she called me right away and let me know. I got my medicine on time! She absolutely knows what to do, who to go, and how to resolve problems! Thank you, Martha!

Moving is never easy – moving because everything you know has changed because of global pandemic and economic mayhem is indescribable.

My treasures ended up sitting in boxes in a storage unit for over a year, and when it came time to ship my art, china, antiques, beloved mementoes of friendships, trips, and relatives across the country I was truly at a loss.

On a recent trip back to Edmonton, my sister enthusiastically recommended PAK MAIL at Terra Losa Shopping Centre in West Edmonton to me and my mother.

She said the staff and owner were really nice and did a great job. As it turns out this was the understatement of the decade!

From the first moment we went in, completely frazzled from a day of lifting boxes, shifting furniture and loading up the trunk, M. C.made us welcome with seats, water and caring hands that unloaded the trunk of artworks.

He showed us pictures of other jobs the outlet had done of packing china and art. His assistant Marcia was just as welcoming and ready to give advice. We brought in my precious memories and left them there knowing the team would care for them.
I didn’t realize the extent of their caring until the first shipment arrived.

My 5-ft giraffe from South Africa was encased in a box and support “scaffold” of pool noodles and Styrofoam engineered specifically for her – with a giraffe label on the box.

My very heavy hippopotamus who’d suffered a broken leg when transported to the storage unit arrived with repaired leg, a splint and bandage and her own engineered box, “scaffold”, and label.

Each box we opened in Ontario brought smiles and gasps of admiration for the care, artistry, and respect shown by M. C.and his dedicated team.
Not a single thing they packed was broken.

PAK MAIL is not the least expensive option you will find out there, but the advice they offer is sensible, honest, and fair. I received everything well within two weeks and although it took quite a while to unwrap, it was well worth it.

If we could award them 10 or 20 stars we would.

Pakmail in Terra Losa, at 9768 170 Street Northwest Edmonton is my preferred dealer. They are helpful friendly conscientious. They really know what they’re doing and provide a lot of information and wisdom about the packing and mailing industry.

I would publicly like to thank them for all of their help over the years. I drive by my local post office and other services like there’s because they are so good.

Wonderful stress free service that I have ever had! Their goal is to make sure customers leave with a confident smile! I am smiling from ear to ear right now! They do it all; packaging, and provide shipping options with all the companies. The only place to go!

Forget going the post office and courier outlets. This place has all services under one roof. Mailing and packaging plus shipping options - Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, DHL and they also rent mail boxes with after hours access. The manager MC and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a customer at this store for over 26 years.

Why are Pak Mail Employees so amazing? Between the friendly and SUPER helpful people at this location and Lance at the South end location, I am a HUGE fan of Pak Mail!

I wanted to recommend Pak Mail to anyone sending a package. I dropped a very valuable guitar for shipping to Quebec. I couldn't stay to watch the packaging but was assured they would take good care of it.

I was referred to PAC Mail by UPS because their computers were down. Fantastic service. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They saved me a bunch of money by sending my package through Canada Post. PAC Mail Terra Losa will be my first stop when I’m mailing packages.

This is the only place I go if I need to mail a package. They're extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fast, and go way above and beyond.

The guy that runs this store is one of the nicest guys you can ever do business with. He is kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable but the thing that stands out to me is that he genuinely cares about his customers. This place really goes out of their way for you with just the little things.

The staff go out of their way to help you. Karen even calls when a parcel arrives for me. Postage (esp International) for parcels is so much cheaper than Canada post which is a rip off.

If you need to send something by courier I cannot recommend Pak Mail more highly. The gentleman who works in there who I believe is the owner is an absolute lovely man who gave me a wonderful laugh today which was well needed. Go support your local small businesses and especially this Pak Mail.

This location is simply wonderful. I work in a business nearby which has had notorious problems with purolator picking up and dropping packages off. I have gone in a few times to ask questions about the postal service in the area and how I may go about addressing the issue. The lady that helped me (I can't recall her name) was extremely forthcoming with information in regards to Purolator and pointed me in the right direction as to who to talk to, as well as told me to inform Purolator to drop my packages off at their location if we were ever unavailable. This location has single handedly been the reason my store hasn't lost thousands of dollars in sales. They are always cheerful and so willing to help. Extremely personable as well! Thank you so much for the amazing service! I'd give more than 5 starts if I could!

MC the owner is the most amazing person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Everyone that comes in know him, he is fast, effecient, always remembers everyone's name, and things you talk about.
I've only known him for a year, but I already know as long as he is in business, he will have my support.
I never thought people would look forward to going to a post office, but everyone that comes in you can just tell they are so excited to visit, some people even come in just to chat.

Great Place to ship most packages. UPS/FedEx, Canada Post. They have most shipping supplies. Good place if you need a mailbox, or place to have parcels delivered in the west end / Terra Losa. Staff are very friendly here.

Absolutley horrible, I've never heard a voicemail that rude in my life, they tell me they left multiple voicemails that were never received, I checked my call log for the dates they insisted they called, no record of them calling, do not use this company, there are far better companies who know how to treat customers properly.

I go to this place for all my mailing needs especially at Christmas time. The staff is friendly and I just find it's actually cheaper then going to Canada Post

I have never experienced this level of service from a "post office". I am blown away. I needed to ship a computer component first to USA, then to China. They basically handled everything from start to finish for me, even accepting it back from USA and then sending off to China without having to come back in. They kept me in the loop and found me best rate. There is no reason to visit Canada Post or another courier, just go see them and they will get you best deal for your budget/time frame. There was one hiccup with customs, I just called PakMail, and they investigated and handled it. Thank you

I recently visited here to ship a laminated post overseas. Not only they got the appropriate sized envelopes but the staff here was very helpful & gave me a great price with shipping. Highly recommend it.

They offer, delivery service.as mentioned, boxes, puffy envelopes, regular envelopes, filler.oh and even mail boxes. This is as FULL SERVICE as it gets. They e-mail you your receipt and tracking and delivery notice. I will NEVER go elsewhere for this type of service. 110% recommended.
