At this moment, I am NOT at all impressed with Chev products, but I am impressed with Chev people.
Kent Fuller, in the service department, is EXCEPTIONAL. I have worked in customer service for most of my life, and I know top notch customer service when I see it. Palliser is extremely lucky to have this guy on their payroll. His people skills are at another level. Great communicator, professional at all times, and genuinely empathetic.

Honest and straight forward don’t try to just say drop it off and we’ll figure it out and end up costing you lots of money, highly recommend

This dealership has terrible service and the sales rep Chris was extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend, huge waste of time.talked to the guy over messages and drove an hour to come look at it. Only to get there and the vehicle have hail damage and various other damages all around (while still asking top dollar for a 10y.o vehicle) Complete joke.

Brought my truck in for repairs. They got me in quicker than anyone else in the area. Very happy with the service here.

Palliser fit me in when my truck had to be towed in. They had the part to fix my water pump and had me back on the road by the end of the day. They loaned us a vehicle so we could get out of the shop for a instead of sitting around waiting. The staff were friendly and fantastic!

I was just in for a recall on my truck. With my truck being a older truck there was clips that broke when they took it a part. They did not try to hide and made it right. Nice to find a good place have work done.

Absolutely terrible service. We will no longer ever use Palliser for any service work. Vehicle was there for 3 months and they fixed absolutely nothing, had excuse after excuse and then gave up. Ended up with a large bill for not a single thing fixed. Worst customer service ever.

I’ve been driving the 15 minutes from Red Deer to Innisfail for any work on my Trail Boss. So professional and none of that city attitude that I’ve experienced in Red Deer. There’s just something about the service that this smaller town dealership provides. After only a couple visits they great you with a smile and know your name. I’ve found Red Deer can make you feel like Medusa…like if they make eye contact they’ll turn to stone lol

I am surprised of your response, having attempted to discuss the clear non-completions of some important service inspection items with both your service manager and then general manager/owner, who both denied and then blew me off.

I stopped by to get James to look at the 3m on my bumper and he cleaned it up and did a paint touch up in no time.
