Be nice. They listed what meats were on the menu. Meats are standard not great by any means but good.

We had our staff Christmas party last night here. Service and food were amazing. The manager herself came and poured our dessert liquor. She made sure we were well taken care of.
We have been to the other two Brazilian steak houses in Calgary and they do not compare at all. We also have been to the Pampa in Edmonton and the one here surpasses it huge.
We would highly recommend Pampa in Calgary.

I have been to probably all the Brazilian steakhouses in Calgary, and Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse is one of my favourites.

I used to think this was the best place in red deer but I feel like the last two times it's been slightly disappointing with the food quality. The flavours just aren't what they used to be for some cuts. We got there at 730 and they were out of a few things and didn't refill (for a Saturday night I just thought it was strange since they don't close until 9). Still good just not what it used to be.

The chef came out and put on a lovely show for us where he caramelized the pineapples with a torch. It was absolutely delicious and overall it was a great experience.

Had a very enjoyable lunch at Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse. The luch menu is reasonably priced and still has a great variety of meats on offer. The service was excellent and very friendly. Highly recommended!

The moment you step in, the ambiance is a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth, setting the stage for a memorable evening.

Compared to other Brazilian steakhouses I’ve been too, Pampa offers a salad bar, a vibrant display of fresh greens/vegetables, and mouthwatering appetizers. The variety is impressive!

Now, onto the main event – the rodizio-style service. The concept is simple yet indulgent. Gaucho chefs circulate the restaurant with skewers of perfectly grilled meats, from succulent sirloin to mouthwatering lamb chops. The meat is expertly seasoned and cooked not much to my satisfaction but a chef in particular made it his duty to get us well done variety of meat (I don’t like my meat still bleeding). The picanha, a prime cut of beef, deserves special mention for its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness but I was all for the bacon wrapped meat. I wish there were seafood options but I get that it’s a steakhouse.

For drinks I had the Shirley temple mocktail that was 5/5 and my partner had the pineapple-mint fresh juice.

Dessert didn’t have quite the variety so we skipped that. All around it was an awesome first experience & having thanksgiving dinner here. Would definitely recommend

Came here for our anniversary as we had a gift card. As far as a nice restaurant goes it is a very nice place. The salad bar and hot soups were very good, but the meat on the spits was mediocre. Found thay lot of the meat almost had a fishy taste, I guess? I'm not sure if it was an oil they used or just a boat load of garlic, but it wasn't super pleasant. The garlic bread had the same flavor that me and my wife and I weren't a fan of.the service and explanation of everything was great. But the food wasn't up to the tab.

Amazing.pricy but delicious and worth it. Easy to make weekday reservations. Best one in Calgary

From a decor and ambience perspective it felt like a higher end Brazilian steak house. The service was great and the food very good. It's improved since the last time we were here. If you plan ahead you can save 20% by picking up gift cards at the Costco!

If you want to spend good money for mediocre food, this is your place! If you want a meal that is worth the money spent, you will need to go elsewhere. Just barely above the old buffets restaurants from yesteryear. We only had 4 different types of meat offered during our time and one tasted so “gamee” I couldn’t finish it. Truly disappointed with this place and I do not understand what the hype is about. I do know I will not return and I hope this review will save at least someone the disappointment and the waste of money.

Wonderful experience overall, staff was attentive, friendly and the food was excellent. Atmosphere is open, inviting and modern. Would recommend this establishment to all, from fine to family diners.

Highly recommended! My wife and I went on a dinner date night to the Ellerslie location in Edmonton last Friday, and experience was just fantastic plus worth the money you pay! Super friendly staff, awesome service, great salad bar, and top the line meat (bacon-warped beef tenderloin is breath-takingly good). The caramelized pineapple with cinnamon brown sugar is soooo good too!

Simply impeccable! Impossible better! This excellent impression was mainly due to collaborators Natália and Leonardo who made our lunch unforgettable. Congratulations!

First time at pampas. It didn't disappoint. Good service. Excellent food. Great dining experience. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Brendan was fantastic. Hilarious, fantastic server. Food was terrific and every taste was succulent. Tons of gluten free options as well. Nice to get a great meal without feeling sick after. 10/10.

A disappointment. The stroganoff came without straw potatoes, it looked like soup. Almost no chicken and a few scattered mushrooms. The mashed potatoes were such a radioactive yellow that I doubt there were any potatoes in there, probably made from dust. Low quality cheese bread. The only thing I don't have to complain about was the pork.

Loved the Brazilian experience! The food was absolutely so so good! The picanha was probably my favorite meat, but it was hard to choose, as all the meat was equally excellent! Our server was fantastic as well! Overall, 10/10

2018 - Didn't get many meats our way but the waitress help get them flowing.
2023 - Variety of meats was very good, went at 5pm and lots of meats came by this time, service was excellent by our waitress and the meat carvers. Don't miss the roasted pineapple, had it for dessert, was actually my favorit. Value ok for what you get.

Fantastic food and great service. Signature salted steak, bacon wrapped pork, marinated chicken were favorites. All perfectly cooked and amazing flavor. Huge selection of offerings in a Standard salad bar. The service was top notch and we were never waiting for meat to arrive.

Great food, service was top notch, our server natalia was great! Super cordial and attentive.

Overall great place. The buffet has a great selection of food and very tasty. The cold and hot options are all good.

We went with the rodizio option and The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the meat cuts were very fatty.
