Nope nope nope! I would give this place zero stars if I could. On first glance, we were unable to find any health inspection certificates posted in view of the public, nor could we find any qualifications for any of the techs performing the services. In a professional setting, that is something I look for, it gives me hope that I'm in a safe environment. With the exception of one woman who was very kind, every single person here was incredibly rude and unprofessional. During the massage, the lady made several awful comments about my body and aggressively judged me in front of other people. This "spa" doesn't follow any proper hygeine policies, and quite frankly should not be allowed to touch human beings. I did not witness clean tools used once during the mani/pedis performed on 4 different people. Also, during the facial, one bowl of water and sponge was shared between two faces. To top it all off, the manager loudly complained about taking a group booking in front of my group, despite telling my friend who booked for all of us, in writing, that it is okay for us to do so. Then, like many other reviews I have read, they tried not to honour our groupon. Luckily, my friend had in writing that it would be honoured. I have learned to do my research a bit better before visiting another spa.

Very friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable in "intimate" positions, such as Brazilian laser hair removal.

Well, needless to say this facility should be shut down. Here are the red flags I noticed during my visit for a hot stone massage:
- no paper work upon arrival. Just first name only.
- Bowl of pistachios with the remaining shells surrounding giant bowl
- Doors were only able to lock on the outside with a key
- Most uncomfortable massage table. Felt like you were laying on plywood
- No sheets. Just a ridiculous amount of bath towels. Which were taken off randomly throughout the massage
- A big crock pot of rocks.
- Covered you in oil.
- Massaged with their whole body weight onto neck so you can’t breathe
- Take off all towels unexpectedly resulting in a lot of nudity throughout the massage
- The person providing the massage clearly had zero training. In fact I don’t think she had ever had a massage. No license number to claim for benefits.
- Had difficulty differentiating ligaments vs tight muscles.
- The space between you ribs is a perfect nook to dig your thumb in.
- Time to work on your arms. Let’s pull as hard as we can backward and see if the client can scorpion.
- Like your breasts being slightly caressed? This is the place for you.
- Time to turn over? Make sure you hold onto all your towels. Because we don’t provide real massage table blankets.
- What I can only image was intended to be a scalp massage was really just fluffing my hair and rubbing oil through it.
- Karate chops to finish off the events.
Super “relaxing” and “healthy”. No way this is legal.
If you want to feel tense, dirty and slightly violated then this is the place for you.
Don’t. Even if you see or are given a Groupon.

Seemed great. Went with my sister and got mani pedis. Her fingernails started chipping within hours. Mine began to chip the next day.

The ladies were so nice! Unfortunately, my nail polish is chipped off and cracked in less than 24hrs. I'm super disappointed.

I went here when I was a grad student because there was a Groupon deal. Such a regret! I'm now spending more money to go to a decent laser place, and I'll never get the time and money I spent going to Pampers.

The staff are fine but incompetent. I booked an appointment a month in advance and the staff member confirmed the date. When I showed up to my appointment, they said that it was the week after. I told them that the staff told me it was today and that it takes me an hour to bus to this location. They told me to come back next week because they were fully booked for that day. No apology.

The owner, on the other hand, is quite awful. She tries very hard to upsell and is pushy to the point of rudeness. I had bought the Brazilian laser package and after 2 sessions, she asked me if I wanted to buy more sessions. I told her I wasn't sure at the moment, and she pointed out parts of my body that were hairy and could benefit from hair removal.

I did 5/8 sessions and when I went for the 6th, the owner said the 8 sessions had to be completed within a year. I had been traveling abroad for school so I wasn't able to go back for a few months (3). There was no indication of that on the Groupon terms nor did anybody inform me of that when I went for all my prior sessions. She honored the 6th one because it was still within the year, but informed me that I would have to pay for more sessions. She then told me she would give me a deal to renew the laser package at the same price as the Groupon price but only if I bought it that day. I told her I would be moving so I wasn't interested. She pushed trying to sell me the package for a bit more and then when I was firm, she was visibly annoyed and pretty much wanted me out.

Do not go here! Not even if they have good deals. It's not worth it.

Negative 10! Zero stars. Interesting how the review I had previously left has now completely disappeared!? ! Not about to waste anymore of my time on this business as to re-write the entire thing…. Just know that the owner is absolutely rude. She has no regard for her customers. The service was poor, as the staff are not properly trained. They were over 15 min late to start my appointment and cut it short at the end as well. Massage bedding was not clean. I could go on and on. But I am done with this place. Just disgusting that people run a business like this. And worst of all that the owner treats customers (her bread and butter) with such utter rudeness and disrespect. Buyer be ware!

Completely unprofessional unaware about the machine they’re using, can’t handle a customer

Paid for 7 sessions of Brazilian laser hair removal. After 6 she told me I didn't have any sessions left. All hair grew back within a month.

I purchased a 3-pack of Hydrafacials in 2019. I was informed (and it was provided in writing) that the package did not expire. I emailed Pampers about the package today and was informed that “you bought this 2019 and it is 2023. No expiry is for a year”. $320 for services that I was guaranteed, but Pampers will not honour. It was not a Groupon or special coupon, it was a package that I purchased directly from Pampers.

When I purchased the package way back in 2019, I explained to the employee that I didn’t live in Edmonton so I wasn’t sure how frequently I would be able to come in, but she assured me that there was no expiry on the package so I went for it. I live 4.5 hours from Edmonton, and at the time of purchase I travelled for work every other month. A global pandemic limited my ability to travel for almost 2.5 years, and I changed jobs so no longer travelled every other month. Regardless of reasons (because no explanation is needed, honestly), the “no expiry” 3-Hydrafacial package that I purchased for $320 will not be honoured, and I’m out all of that money. Absolutely outrageous.

Friendly staff, very courteous. Both my wife an myself had wonderful massages. They also made sure we were comfortable before proceeding.

0 stars (as are all the 1 stars). This place is a scam, starting with the world's most rude owner; her replies to the reviews are very telling of what will happen when you step a foot inside the place. I will never go back.

I go to Pampers Beauty for a long time having 3D IPL, teeth whitening and Microneedling. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and nice. They do their best to meet customers' needs. And their prices are much lower than others. I strongly recommend Pampers Beauty.

My friend and I wanted a day at the spa and picked Pampers. What a great experience! There's a little up-selling at the beginning, but everyone does as well so no big deal. The massage and facials were incredible. Afterward, we moved onto the mani and pedi. The owner checked on us often and made us feel at ease. Overall, it was great experience. Another friend and I went back to Pampers on February 21,2023. The massage is by far the best part. I was somewhat concerned that the cuticle nippers and metal push sticks were used on both my friend and I. I didn't see a sterilizer although it could have been in the back. As well, this time when I got my mani, I was nipped in two of my fingers that resulted in blood and now scabs. That was a little disconcerting, especially when I thought about the sterilization of the instruments (which I thought of after the fact). Again, a bottle of water after the massage/facial would have been more refreshing than the little paper cups we were given. So, a little more of a realistic review. I have dropped my stars from 5 to 3, because of the seriousness of the instruments.

I have been getting my laser treatments, it’s a miracle that i m getting really good results. I would recommend everyone to come to this place plus the manager is always there for all the questions you have.

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. I had such a terrible experience, first of all the lady took 4 hours. She applied the worst lashes I’ve ever had!
She knew the one was bad, booked me today to fix the mess and then cancelled last min. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is not certified and learned on YouTube. Buyer beware!

Great place to be at if you wanna get pampered. The staff is courteous and know how to make you feel special.

Avoid this place. They are slow, unprofessional and charge more than what they say upfront. We had bought one Groupon and said we would be buying others, they told us not to and that they would honor the Groupon price. LIES!
Also be sure to check out the YELP rating 1.5 out of 5. Wish we had looked into them more before getting ripped off
