HORRIBLE! Worker SPIT in my face and pizza! I orered three pizzas for myself and only 1 arrived! I DONT LIKE IT AND THE WINGS? PEE YOU HORRIBL 1/5 HORRID

I love this panago! So consistently yummy and they always remember my sauces. Leaving this review as my man went in to pick up our Halloween supper and got back saying “that panago is so wonderful! So clean and excellent customer service”. Thank you panago for working so hard!

Good food. Decent price. But when you person who gives it to you walks away muttering God knows what under his breath. These delivery drivers consent to work don't they?

Panago used to be a “top tier” pizza chain (pre-COVID) for me… but sadly my opinion was changed 2 days ago when I ordered two large pizzas (1 tropical chicken & 1 chicken club) from this location, and both were very undercooked and lacked flavour. The chicken had a strange smell and taste (like it was about to go bad). Very disappointing dinner.

I've eaten Panago since it was called Panagopoulos, but their pricing has gotten out of control. The pizza is good, but not twice as good as literally any other place.

We ordered a medium pepperoni and medium cheese pizza with 2 dips, and the total was literally $39. They're greedy enough that a cheese pizza off the menu costs $14.75, but a "make your own pizza" version of it is $13. Just constant gouging ($4.50 delivery charge? !) and no included dips anymore.

They've gotten way overpriced for what you get.

Pretty disappointing that when you spend $25 on an XL pizza you get an XL crust with a small pizza.

I've eaten here a few times in the past, but on the last two orders I've made here, I've gotten really sick. The most recent being 2 days ago. The pizza was under-cooked. I could kind of tell, but I was on a break from work so I wasn't in the mood to be picky. However, all day Canada day I was majorly sick and almost ended up in hospital because my blood pressure went through the roof.

The staff were fine, the delivery was quick, all that was good but food poisoning from under-cooked dough, I just can't order here again. It's also the fact it happened on two separate occasions just over a month apart. Still feeling pretty horrible today, not 100% recovered. Sorry but, never again.

Not happy with this location at all. Very loyal customer of Panago and love the pizza, but this location has poor service times and we are finding recently more often then not the quality we expect from Panago just isn't there. It isn't a franchise issue as the pizza panago makes in general is very good but more about the service from the particular location. Not very happy anymore.

I just ordered 3 pizzas for pick up just before 10 pm. The girl working tonight was very courteous and made sure I was happy with the pizzas before I left. Was also super helpful and hard working! She was wearing a mask so that’s a plus. Also the pizzas tasted liked they used too soo many years ago. Very happy experience. I don’t remember her name but give her a raise she deserves it.

Says "Open until 1: 00 am" What does that mean exactly? I called 12: 40 am on a Saturday evening. I waited on hold 5 minutes until it answered and click.cut me off. I tried back but on hold until closing time. Disappointing its a Saturday evening and I can't order a pizza past 12: 30 am. Last time Panago your cheap azz pizza isn't worth it anyways with the cheap ingredients and fake cheese!

I don’t typically write reviews, went in to pickup couple pizzas. An older white gentleman in a hoodie was handling cooked pizzas in the back without mask, apron, or hairnet. While carrying a pizza he then coughed without even bothering to cover his mouth. Clearly health regulations and hygiene are not followed at this location, AHS need to pay them a visit. Plenty of pizza selection in the area, avoid this place if you can.

Don’t get anything from this place if you want modifiers. Paid for corn, Parmesan and dip, specifically said to add LOTS in the instructions. The only request they got right was the crust, thankfully the pizza is okay. But extremely disappointed, tried calling the restaurant but it just directs to their call centre who seemed to not care, “just call skip for a $5 credit. ” Couldn’t care less about 5 bucks. I just want the cook to know they’re not doing their job well and pay more attention to the next guy. Will never buy anything from any Panago again! Never been so angry at any food joint.

Tried the vegan cheesy bread, it's the best thing ever! Keep up bringing delicious vegan options

Probably about 60% of the pizzas I get are not cooked nearly enough and are doughy and completely inedible in the middle.it's really a shame because when they cook it all the way, their pizzas are great, as is everything else I get (breadsticks, salads, wings etc). I have ordered through this location MANY times, and I consistently recieve undercooked pizzas from this location.such a waste of money because it's literally inedible. They're more concerned about getting your order out ASAP (according to their texts notifying me when the delivery goes out, it's often less than 10 minutes) than they are about actually cooking the food.the quality of what you're paying for REALLY suffers.

Ordered 2 dips.only sent one dip. Contacted online chat agent as wife was disappointed. Agent said only 1 dip was ordered, asked that I take a photo of receipt and send it in, and still claimed only 1 dip was ordered. Two different lines show a dip was ordered after I clearly remember ordering 2 dips. It's just a stupid dip man, you don't need to treat me like I'm robbing you. I woulda been happy with a free dip on next order.
