This dental practice has the most caring staff. As a person with anxiety (worsening at a dentist office) it's terrifying to sit in a dentist chair. But everyone here makes my visits so comfortable and calming. Dr. Bhalla always explains what will happen and makes sure I'm aware. I feel like I'm heard here.and they make every effort to accommodate me. It's been 5 years.and each visit gets easier. Absolutely the best experience!

Worst dental experience ever. I used to go to the place because is near to my house, untill one time they suggested me to remove one of my wisdom teeth because it will became hard to brush and might get a caries was fine on that time, but the suggested. When the Dr. Prescott Addams removed, he damaged part of my jaw and left the splinter inside, I had horrible pain for days, also I called for an emergency appointment to discuss it but they said there was nothing to worry about, even the assistant was very rude to me, I went home not happy with the situation, until one day around 6 dsys later I was eating with a lot of pain and the splinter came out with blood, I took pictures and went to the doctor again and they just said that was normal and they didn't anything wrong. Finally I went to see my old dentist and they said that the splinter was already out and the wound will heel with time.

They'll promise preauthorization but be wary- they won't actually do it and they won't be flexible with the bill.

I have extreme anxiety when I go to the dentist. Recently I chipped my front tooth, and I was terrified to go in to get it fixed. My sister recommended her dental office, Panatella Dental. I was seen by Dr. Thorsen, and one of the assistants Sam. They made sure I knew what they would be doing step by step and let me know I could have them stop at any time if needed. Dr. Thorsen was wonderful. She did an amazing job fixing my tooth. I felt no pain and they ensured I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Thank you for understanding my anxiety and making this experience so lovely. I would recommend Dr. Thorsen and the Panatella Dental office to anyone is looking for a dentist.

Karen is an amazing hygienist and always does everything she can to minimize discomfort for me while she works. I’ve been with her for several years because I have had trouble with cleanings in the past with other hygienists.

Stay away from this clinic.
Pantanal clinic charges people for the doctors trials and errors.
After multiple visits which caused me to endure 4 months of pain and after spending more than $1300 Dr. Trask said it clearly (I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO)
and advised me to go see a different doctor who can help with my pain.
I requested my money back since he couldn't treat my tooth or diagnose my pain and I'm still in pain after more than 10 visits and 11 X-rays + 1 Panoramic X-ray
He refused to give me my money back and said he tried to fix it. Really?
You charge people for your trials? Good to know

So if you are looking for a clinic that TRIES to fix your teeth but fails after consuming all your insurance money, then Panatella clinic is the right place for you

After consuming all my insurance without anything in return. Dr. Trask refused to continue working on my tooth to fix his "failed trials " because of his ego after I confronted him that he couldn't fix my tooth and I paid for nothing.

If you don’t like going to the dentist, come to Panatella Dental. Dr. Thrask, receptionists and the hygienists are all so good at their job- and beyond.

Amazing job, great service and friendly staff. Dr. Breton Trask worked on both of my crowns. He was very gentle and always made sure I felt comfortable. My teeth finally feel healthy and strong. Highly recommend. Staff is very kind and genuine. Thank you for the great service!

The reception girl was nice and helpful but the dentist ruined the good impression the receptionist gave me.

Great first time experience. Office is clean and staff were helpful. Very impressed and happy with my treatment. Dr helmy is very efficient and thorough all the while being very friendly. He humoured my curious questions and ensured I have a clear understanding of my scan results. I was very comfortable while getting my fillings finished. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand and make decisions for future care.

My experience of fillings at a different office wasn’t super great, but had a good experience at this one. They heard my concerns, they explained the process clearly, and were very reassuring. I was in and out with no issues.

My family and I were between dentists when we moved. We originally went with redstone, but they only have 1 hygienist which was inconvenient for our family. All of the staff here at Panatella dental we've encountered have been very kind and professional. Such a great team and very family friendly.

I’ve been coming to Panatella Dental for as long as I can remember - my mom is a former hygienist and she brought us to the clinic as children because they had a stellar reputation even amongst other dental professionals. Even now, in my mid-twenties, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’ve always received stellar care here, whether for a routine cleaning, a scheduled procedure, or even an emergency appointment. The staff are wonderful, the clinic is spotless, and I completely trust the Panatella team with my teeth. I’ve had many hygienists and dentists over the years, and every single one was been excellent. Highly recommend.

I had my first filling done here Friday. And was supposed to get another one done today. But the dentist Nicole Adam's after seeing my teeth and not having my x-rays from my periodontist said it's best to wait to get everything before they perform work that's not in my best interest. So happy with thus level of care and integrity!

I love the calming and gentle nature of Andi as my dental hygienist which keeps me at ease during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Brayden as well for being so detailed and thorough in providing the best dental care that I need. He always exceeds my expectation every visit and I would love to be under his care as he goes above and beyond.

We have been visiting this place for about three years now. Their staff and service is always amiable, from the receptionist to technicians to dentists. The waiting time is rather short, as their staff is readily available. I highly recommend their clinic.

My kids had such a good experience at this dental office. It’s very kid friendly. The hygienist that my 3 year old daughter had for the first time in teeth cleaning was wonderful. I was amazed how my daughter was so content and didn’t resist at all during the cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office if you live near by here.

All my children have always gone to Panatella Dental and they love going. However, I was abit nervous to take my 9 year old non verbal and autistic boy to get his teeth cleaned as he does not like it and I was unsure how the dentist/hyginist would manage. I AM SO HAPPY with our experience! They were so patient, understanding of his conditions and so kind. Having a child with a disability worries many parents of finding the right clinic that fits their childs need. I am beyond happy and grateful for all Panatella Dental staff for making this experience effortless. We are excited to continue to come to Panatella Dental for all my childrens dental needs. Amazing service! Root canal was painless and very professional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, it got so comfy and seamless that I might’ve accidentally taken a short nap while they were doing work, keep up the great work!

Been a patient here for years, and now my kids also go here. They aren't a true "Pediatric" dentist, but after having been to a couple of those, the staff here is so much more patient with kids.
The team here is top notch, from the admin staff, hygienists, and dentists. The waiting room is always immaculate, as are the treatment areas.

I have been using Panatella Dental since they opened (many years!) and they have always given my family the best and friendliest dental care possible. I highly recommend them!

I go to Panatella Dental clinic in Panorama Hills for my dental issues. I found the entire staff to be extremely professional and very welcoming. Reception ladies are very pleasant who tries their utmost to accommodate you and is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Dental assistants are also very well qualified and do their jobs very well. Mostly our family has seen Tashaye (Dental Hygienist) and my kids love her, super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and explains about her tools as she uses them.
My dental work was done by Dr. Thurmeier who I found to be very attentive and professional. He explained everything to me in detail and in my best interest. I have also seen Dr. Nicole Adams for my children, she is very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly! Overall i am very happy that we have this clinic with knowledgeable professionals in my neighborhood. We have been going to this clinic for about 11 years now!

I've been seeing Dr. Bhalla for over 10 years. All my family including my parents love seeing her. Even though I no longer live in Panorama NW, the drive is 100% worth it. She always puts a smile on our face and always goes above and beyond for all of us. She is very caring and always treats us like a family member. I can't fully describe how happy we are to have such an amazing doctor in our life. Thank you Dr. Bhala for all your work! Much appreciated!

I would also like to thank the front desk and hygienists at Panatella Dental for their great work. Very friendly, knowledgeable stuff. I always recommend Panatella Dental to my friends and colleagues.

Hygienist was great and the dentist like most offices do a quick checks so nothing new.

However, be sure you know your dental insurance plan very well. They do a very poor job of helping patients who are unfamiliar with it. Even though they have your insurance plan on hand, they won't use that information when booking your treatments. They will book treatments that aren't covered, won't inform you it isn't and bill you fully afterwards.

When I asked about it, the front desk said I should have asked them to check first or that I should know what's covered or not. Wouldn't the best person to help me understand that and the process be the dental office? One of their staff reached out after the survey but same spiel.

Great place to have your dental needs done. Panatalla Dental is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable every visit. The hygienist are helpful and makes sure you leave with content. This place is amazing!

I switched my daughter to this dentist after some pretty negative experiences at a specialty paediatric dentist and they took the time to make sure she was empowered and comfortable and afterwards she told me she wasn’t scared of the dentist anymore! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

Really great experience, I loved the massage chair and hot towel at the end. My hygienist Raman is quick, efficient and mindful of my sensitive teeth needs. I felt very comfortable there in her space. I also loved how much education she gave me on new dental hygiene that no one ever told me about like proper brushing, not spitting out the sensitive toothpaste at night time to help cleanse my nerves in my receding gum line. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The hygienist and dentist were both very thorough and informative. They took the time to discuss each of my questions and were extremely helpful. The hygeniest took time to explain typical insurance coverages when what I needed was not covered, and recommended a course of action. They helped me develop a course of action that suited my insurance coverage and were honest about the importance of each of the issues, saying most could be held off on for a while. They made me aware of any additional charges that may be incurred and asked before performing them. Overall great experience, and in particular a shoutout to my hygienist Karen, who was beyond friendly and was extremely helpful in guiding me through the most efficient course of action in regards to insurance coverage.

10/10 would recommend!

I have been a patient at Panatella since it’s doors first opened. I live on the opposite side of town but the staff make the trip worthwhile! I am pleased with being accommodated at last minute due to my hectic schedule. I always receive a friendly greeting on arrival and the waiting room is lovely, although I don’t ever have to wait despite how busy it is.so I like to come early to enjoy the complimentary cup of tea. The staff seem to always have everything running smoothly. The clinic is sparkling clean, which is very important to me. The Hygienists and Dentists are up to date with the latest technology and the complimentary hot towel, lip balm and massage chair are a nice touch!

Panatella Dental provides excellent service in a safe, professional manner. My appointment with Branka was wonderful as usual. She is gentle and thorough and is dedicated to her job. The entire team works together to provide the best experience and I always appreciate that.

The hygienist was great with my son as this was his first real appointment. Last time he wouldn’t even open his mouth but this time he opened it for her and the dentist and even allowed her to clean 1 tooth. Hopefully next time she’ll be able to do even more cleaning.

I went to Panatella Dental for my 2 year old and the staff was so kind and patient with her. My daughter was quite shy and didn't want to open her mouth but they tried different gentle approaches until finally giving her a toothbrush so she could "show them" how to brush her teeth did the trick. They then listened and answered all my questions on how to help with my daughters dental hygiene. When it came time to make a payment the staff really went above and beyond to entertain her and get her a toy while I completed the transaction which is something they didn't need to do but really made an impact on me. Finally, I felt completely safe and comfortable with the new Covid safety measures they had in place. Best Dental office in YYC. Definitely recommended.

The experience was amazing. My daughter is generally scared of the dentist however, she was really comfortable with the new hygienist, I cannot remember her name she was new and Nicole was great and knowledgable answered all our questions
