PANDORA

We love shopping at Pandora at Market Mall. Teea the manager and her team always make for a great experience and are very helpful in helping sort through the plethora of options available.

Very disappointing experienced with TAYLOR. 2 to 3 times a year Im always in this branch for my wife and daughters gift. I just bought today 2 charms and requesting 2 separate box for it. TAYLOR is not happy. Sarcastically saying more than this box she can not give me. I know you're tired but that's not enough reason to talk to your customer like that.

We came in to pick up an online order from the store on a Saturday afternoon. The store is quite small and all the staff behind the counter were busy with other customers going through in detail the items they wished to buy. I'm sure this was a good experience for these customers but it leaves other customers waiting an extended period of time.

While we were waiting, we noticed another staff member who was rearranging their displays. She noticed we were waiting a long time and ensured us someone would be free soon. We explained to her that we were only needing to pickup an online order and she told us we still had to wait. I'm not sure why the girl who was rearranging displays couldn't take 5 minutes to go grab our order but that was rather annoying.

When someone finally was free, we got our order. When trying to sign for it, their system crashed and we had to go through it again which was rather annoying.
