I bought a ringfrom her and the staff was chaseing me and i slaped her and she slap d me and the monster came back and tried to take the ring but i got it first but kicked a dog that bite me and when in got home my fish ran away
Pandora, please train especially the assistant manager some customer service skills & racial manners for god sake. Only then other sales folks will behave accordingly. This location needs serious training on how to treat people.
Worst customer service. Even the store assistant manager was so unfriendly and she seem to have some racial issues as well. Pandora should really look this, as there are many efficient people able to do the same exact job much better than what we experienced today. Pandora should focus more on customer service training for each employees especially in this location.
Please Note: Hardly there was any queue or wait-time here, than the line up we saw in other locations yesterday & today.
Very unprofessional and unorganized. I wanted to do an exchange on a ring but the one I wanted was $15 cheaper than the original so I was told no I had to pick something the same price. I decided to just get the same ring but when it was rang through it was $5 cheaper than when I bought it due to price changes but instead of giving me the difference back onto a card they just kept the difference…. I had to wait around for 10 minutes so that they could find receipt paper: no one knew where it was therefore having to call someone who’s not even at the store so they could find it. I have never had such a bad retail experience. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend avoiding at all costs!
Me and my friend drove to get matching rings from Pandora, we were super excited until we entered the store. The atmosphere right from the beginning was off. Nobody greeted us or smiled the entire time. Nipa was very unhelpful and even charged us the wrong price for both rings. We ended up going back to the store 5 minutes afterwards to return both rings because we were so disappointed with the customer service. What started out as an exciting idea turned out to be a huge disappointment and I’m not in a rush to return to this store.
I went to pandora last month to buy a gift and today again I had to go and buy another gift The staff was amazing and very helpful she helped me pick the perfect gifts. Nice selection and tons of variety of charms, Rings, earrings and necklaces
We all know what Pandora is about, they have beautiful charms and rings which can make for interesting stories. I have only ever had great service even when it is very busy.
One star for the store manager Anne, No respect or care towards customers! Rudest experience. 5 stars for the two ladies Lillian & ritz who tried their best to help me out.
