Zero stars. From the receptionist to the doctors all of them so unfit for the job. They mess up the referrals, calls you to book an appointment for a test result that had no concerns and then when you go with a concern they don't examine you, give you the right tests or refer you to the right place. Their docs will see you for a maximum of five minutes while you wait way longer for an appointment that you booked. You are not allowed to discuss more than one health issue at your appointment. They tell you to make another appointment to discuss it, they dont care if the two issues are related or not.
They just care about their pay check, want you to keep coming, more visits, bogus treatment, no care or humanity, just care for the money they make.

One of best Doctor here is our Doc. Ahmed who always give us the best medical care and His assiatant Zarinah whose been so nice and kind in assisting us.
I Recommend this medical clinic as we always have a great experience with them. Thank you very much Doctor Ahmed and Zarinah.

Really disappointed with how the doctor handled things. Made me go to a lab for no reason, (even the lab said i should get a different doctor) when he could have submitted it there and then. I’ve gone there before for the exact same thing and got it done and this time he refused to do testing for me. Don’t recommend this place, just go somewhere else.

This clinic is absolutely appalling. They have no concern for patients well-being, and only care about their billing. I had an infection and Dr. Anwar refused to look at it because I had already brought up another concern, but they have no problem calling you in and worrying you about your blood tests to then be told everything is fine after you’ve taken time off work and been worried (I have also previously asked to only be called if blood tests show any concerns). I asked if I could then just go back to the lobby and sit as a walk-in as an infection is pretty urgent, she said that would not be allowed as one patient can only be seen once daily and refused treatment. She then told me to find another family doctor as I walked out in disgust.

Dr. Anwar is very nice and patient, always listening and answering your questions and concerns. Unfortunately, she has limited availability as one of the few female family doctors in town.

But the receptionists are rude especially on the phone. Moreover, I don't understand why they booked me appointment to check the lab result when the result is good and no follow-up is required, it is such wasting of patient's time.

Called at 5: 20pm and they are open till 6pm. Requested that my son is in pain and we would like to walk in to see doctor. We live just 5 min away and could have reached at 5: 30. They said they cannot accomodate and didnt seem to really care if someone is in pain and needs to see doctor specially a child. What's the point of being a doctor when you are not considerate of someone in pain and need to see you

While we’re waiting for our turn we saw rude behaviour by the both of the representatives to the people doing walk ins today.

I waited for more than one hour to see the doctor for a requisition form for X-ray. After one hour the receptionist was like “oh wait, let me tell the doctor you’re here”. The receptionists started talking to each other in Hindi. She told the other receptionists that she forgot about me and laughed. I got to see the doctor after 1 hour and 45 min.

Dr. Omar Hadi is a great doctor and he used to be our family doctor. He is very knowledgeable. The receptionists are rude, when you call them for walk-in or book appointment they will not give you time to see the doctor and hang up the call. When you can not visit your family doctor when your sick or need them the most what is the point to have him as a family doctor. Either we will go to 52street location or will change our family doctors.

Dr Ahmed is my family doctor and he is a great doctor. But today I got disappointed by staff. I called to inquire about my lab test result the, I was told they arrived and I can come right now for my test results. I went in and waited around 2 hrs but didn’t came my turn so ended up leaving the clinic.

Dr Saadia is my family doctor and very nice lady, professional and calm. Listens and never rush our appointments. Even though we speak same language but she never begins random chats and waste time. I’m glad she’s my and my kids doctor.
Dr. Ahmed is my husband’s doc and he is very satisfied with his doctor as well, very professional with positive attitude.
I never had any trouble with the receptionists, they are available to answer all our questions but not there to entertain anyone. They’re busy!
Overall! It’s a good clinic with professional doctors. Recommended!

Called yesterday morning to see if I could bring my daughter in as a walk in as we're not from Calgary. The receptionist was very helpful and she was able to see a doctor and get the medication that she needed.

How can you be open at 9am with no doctor till 10am? Very misleading please change your hours so people stop wasting their time.

I’ve been going to this clinic since I moved in the community. Dr. Omar Hadi is my family doctor, very reliable, and helpful to all my health concerns. Kudos to receptionist Zarinah for her patience, and fantastic job. You are all amazing!

We have been going to the clinic for many years and have never been disappointed. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and empathetic. I will like to thank Dr Ahmed & Dr Saadia for always taking care of our family’s medical & health needs.

Visited my family doctor omar for my annual physical test which he explained to me the result very well, and her assistant zarinah is very kind and entertaining

Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor. His assistant is very helpful and friendly.
Walk-in wait time is crazy so I suggest book your appointment. Clinic has a fresh look but still looks undone. Patients often flip over Covid screening but we have to realize they do this for a reason.

Dr Ahmed is one of the best doctor I have ever met. He is very knowledgable and kind hearted doctor. I am so grateful I have him as a doctor for my kids.

The Filipino girls that works in front desk absolutely rude and disrespectful.i Suggest they should get a job a McDonalds to improve their customer service skills

I just visited Dr. Omar Hadi and I was instantly met with a very friendly and warm atmosphere from him during my appointment.
I had arrived early and the front desk workers were eager to answer all of my questions. I appreciate the efficiency they had and how the staff let me in at the exact time of my appointment.
The clinic maintained a professional and clean look that made me feel at ease while waiting for my appointment.

Receptionists are absolutely rude and make it so you don't want to go back! The doctors are great but the clinic itself needs to rehire or retrain their customer sevice.

Dr Ahmed is a great doctor with excellent work ethics. He cares and will take the time to listen to your concerns. This clinic has great staff and good doctors. I highly recommend.

We moved from Edmonton to Calgary. We found a clinic near our house called Panorama Hills Medical clinic. We book a family appointment with Dr. Sadia Anwar. We need a referrel to a fertility doctor in Calgary. My wife was referred but fertlity clinic advised that I need the referrel as well. My wife went to Dr. Sadia Anwar in November for my referrel. The fertility called and said they have not received any referrel. Then I booked an ppointment with Dr. Sadia Anwar for a referrel. Yesterday, I checked with fertility clinic and there is no referrel. Last night, I visited the Panorama Hills Medical clinic and inquired and still they have not referred me to fertility clinic. I asked the Manager of the clinic and I was given Ms. Harlene Espiritu as manager. I called her and complaind about it as well. The quality of services provided by this clinic is so poor. If you visit the hold you and talk to someone on phone and if you call you are on hold for at least 5 minutes.
I received a call from the clinic and somebody put responsibility that fertility clinic is responsible and today we sent a fax for another referrel. Please be careful!

I’ve been to this clinic many times, the front staff is always kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. The doctors and their assistants are amazing and always go out of their way to make you feel better. I would 100% recommend this clinic to any of my friends and family knowing they would get the best care.

I wish I could give -5 stars or at least 0. My appointment was at 2: 15, they didn’t take my bp until 3: 00, waited until 3: 25 to actually be seen. I am appalled at not only the wait time (for an appointment I had booked 2 weeks in advance nonetheless) but the service I got from all the staff. Just plain rude. The Receptionist gave ME attitude for asking when the doctor will actually be seeing me after sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I will never be coming back and I would suggest you go elsewhere to find a decent doctor that is organized and has friendly staff.

I've been there a couple of times. Let's be honest who really likes going to the doctors But at this clinic the doctors put my mind at ease with there professional advice and treatment and there friendly faces. The staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing and very calming to patients who may already be anxious and worried enough. If you want excellent medical care and knowledgeable and FRIENDLY staff then go see them at Panorama Medical Clinic

This clinic is great, staff and doctors are very nice! My family doctor Dr. Hadi always provides great care and the pharmacy is also great and very convenient.

I have seen two doctors at this clinic, each time they have been very helpful in addressing my concerns. I have had to wait as a walk in but feel the wait times are just and fair as most clinics work the same way and they do their best to accommodate you. Also the main front reception is always welcoming and kind, and the nurses are very friendly as well.
Overall a great clinic to visit and I would definitely recommend to any of my friends.:)
