Papa John's Pizza

Ordered pizza from here on skip. Showed up ice cold. Was a very miserable pizza experience.

What happened to the toppings? I ordered a 4 topping pizza and had a few pieces of meat, some slices had none, even my 12yr son asked! Do not order from this location, normally I enjoy a Papa John's pizza but I'd go to a different location. I understand food costs are up, but for 30$ not worth the money.

Perfectly made delicious pizza. Couldn’t ask for more. Delivery driver tonight was super courteous. Food came fast, hot, and fresh. Thank you!

Didn’t get Crush 2 liters around 2 hours ago in delivery, so had to eat pizza as it is with water, was unenjoyable experience. Delivery driver from Uber eats told they forgot to give it to him, and when I called to Papa John’s they confessed that yeah they forgot, I asked what are your actions then? They told to contact UberEats. UberEats support told they cannot help me with this order. Payed for Crush, didn’t get nothing. Ugly service. Worst experience with which I faced visiting different countries, with which you pay for something and not only don’t get it, but also won’t get the problem solved.

Do not order from here if you expect the pizza you ordered to be delivered. Consistently delivering incorrect orders with missing or incorrect toppings.

The minimum mount of cheese was used. Too much sauce. The whole two large pizzas are watery on top. Poorly made. Worse than frozen store bought ones.

First time having a poor experience at this Papa John's - ordered "double" toppings on my pizzas and spent $45 for three mediums (and special with 5 toppings!). The toppings were sparse and minimal at most. I thought it was terrible.

Best pizza I've had in a while, just cheese and Pineapple.they put the perfect amount. And there garlic knots are to die for when drunk

Ordered a the works pizza for delivery last night and it was undercooked. Dough was still raw and flimsy, and was impossible to hold without all the toppings sliding off. Frustrating when paying $30+

Walked in to order pizza. Immediately noticed 2 staff girls at front eating pizza behind the cash register. Mouths were full, food was visible, making jokes & eating at the same time! Seeing us didn't stop them eating & talking about their personal lives. Another fellow came forward to take our order. As we stood there waiting for our order to be prepared we watched these 2 dividuals consistently fix their hair by untieing their ponytails & combing through their hair with their fingers. Not only that, they had a bad habit of touching their face with their bare hands continuely. It was awful, I just hoped they didn't put their filthy hands on my pizza. Word to management: Please train your staff to behave professionally in front of customers. If you have staff who need to eat, please show them the lunchroom or staff room in your facility!

Just ordered 2 gluten free pizzas we drove 20 mins to come pick them up to only turn around because they were in fact not gluten free! Very lucky we did not eat these pizzas as we are both celiac! Only got a sorry and nothing else for compensation! We got a call 5 mins later saying that they have free pizza for us so we turned around yet again and the manager said no? Awful awful service

Ordered 2 pizzas, one pepperoni and one with pepperoni, onion, tomato on half and green pepper on the other half, when they showed up they were half raw, I called the store and the person who answered told me he made it, and it was over cooked, I said it wasn’t he continued to argue so I said I’d call his head office, he told me go ahead and hung up. Called head office and was told I’d get a call in 24-48 hours, now 2 weeks later and still nothing.

Never had a single problem with dozens of orders from here, my go to Papa John's location eventhough there is one that is more on my way home. Really good tasting pizzas, generous toppings/sauce. I always order extra sauce, and other places almost ALWAYS mess that part up, but never from here. And if it's not too busy it's ready quickly. Just ordered yesterday and picked it up, online it said 14 minutes to 24, it was already ready when I got there in 9 minutes. Keep up the great work!

Just noticed in my review last year, same thing happened. This time, I ordered again Garden fresh, half with meat, half veggie for my vegetarian daughter. And again they cover all with meat. Called right away the shop where I ordered it from, and they said deal with customer service. Called the Customer service, they took the complaint and said will get back to me in few days, nothing happened. It’s so frustrating to see my daughter won’t be able to have a bite of pizza, because of their inattention to details.

Delivery driver was rude as hell. When I called to complain the guy who answered the phone wasn't any better.

Ordered today and just fantastic! Everything tasted great. This location is hands down the best one in my opinion. The PJ website always wants to funnel me to another store further north on Macleod (which is not nearly as good, longer wait, poor service, always some kind of BS excuse, doesn't even taste as good). But with the Skip the Dishes, I can pick the location I want. I pick this location every time!

We come here a lot. Like, almost every Friday for our family’s “Fun Pizza Movie Night”.
Papa John’s is everyone’s favourite.
My 8 year old daughter LOVES to be the one who goes into the store to pay for them and bring them back to the car. The staff have always been friendly and encouraging to her ️

Me and my mother ordered pizza (shes immune compromised). The delivery driver showed up with no mask to deliver the food when i asked where his mask was he told me it was in his car this is my second time seeing him without one. Obviously this made me pretty furious with the current climate, my mom was scared to eat the food. We phoned and the man in charge (didnt catch his name) personally delivered us some new fresh food. This means a lot and thats why im giving this review a 4* not 1* because that sort of willingness to keep customers happy is very important in these times. We are regular customers from this location and have ordered many many many times, because of this Employee i will continue to do the same the owners should be very happy with this employee.

What’s the point of using the online ordering system with a pick up time if you’re going to completely miss it? We ordered for 5: 30 pick up and it finally was ready at 5: 53. The last thing I want to be doing during a pandemic is to be waiting inside your store for over 20 minutes with people coming in and out every few minutes. I was offered a 2 litre bottle of sofa as a sorry, which I didn’t accept because I don’t drink soda (I politely declined from the lady and told her this).

It's somewhere between little Caesars and dominos in quality.

I called back to change my order from carry out to delivery for a kids play date at the park. The changes were made without a fuss.
It was easy to use the website, the staff were friendly and courteous and most importantly, the pizza was amazing!

Went in and was ignored, I told the girl I had an order I was picking up. She served 2 people before me, also there’s a pandemic, she was working the cash register and going to touch boxes and food area’s without sanitizing in between! I had stress just watching her. The guy also was going to the back grabbing stuff and not sanitizing or washing his hands in between leaving the food area!

We use to love ordering from Papa John’s but the past several orders have been terrible. The pizza quality has certainly dropped and after giving it multiple chances, were done with Papa John’s.

The pizza will come undercooked with soggy doughy crust, that makes for a terrible experience. The toppings are a mess and overall the quality has been terrible. Would recommend ordering from either a different location or another company.

The only thing I want to add is that your delivery drivers are very nice and on time. However, it’s the quality of the pizza that is trash.

Got the philly cheese steak paradias and I’m Apalled they even let this leave the store it’s just green peppers and it also charged me 8$ instead of 6 like the website was offering it for there’s 3 small pieces of steak

If u like ur meat to be completely processed and then processed some more order from here. There ingredients are far from "real or nutritious" ewwww.

Extremely frustrating experience trying to hunt down my own order after there were complications with the payment after I already got charged. After running into multiple dead ends I spoke to the 'current manager' and she had a complete unwillingness to help or provide a solution, where she just kept repeating that she has no control over my order and there's nothing she can do and then hung up on me.

This is hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved and will never shop here or papa John's again.

This store’s pizza is so bad that by the time we drove and got home with it, because they put WAY too much sauce and went WAY Too cheap on cheese, the toppings flew around inside the box everywhere and created a huge mess. Not to mention the dough did not puff up at all! Horrible!

I had to threw some cheese and pepperoni from freezer and made my own. (Yeah I know it’s not looking nice but better than theirs!)

THE Most disappointing and unprofessional papa johns store ever. Totally ruined papa john’s brand. Never going there again. Waste of time and money.

Love it one of the very few Authentic pizza Crests out there very tasty original style Pizza harder to find these days with all those anti Crest pizzas out there the other day I was told 40 minutes my Pizza arrived within 16 minutes this hungry Joe was happy

The pizza here this last time was completely unacceptable. It was all sauce hardly one piece of chicken and tomato per piece. When i called
back to the store manager said okay thanks for telling me. He did nothing to fix the issue. Customer service is non exsistent. Not worth wasting money here.

Terrible service. Told it would be ready for pickup in 22 minutes, took 58. No apologies by the staff or anything.

Manager please fire the people that prepare the pizza i puke the sauce next day in the morning, i wont spend much time pursuing a lawsuit cuz is not worth it, people just be aware. Dont waste your money here

I went in to get a pizza tonight.and the one lady was training another to ring a cash transaction in the til.
The one who was training the other had pizza dough in her hands, and on top of not washing her hands before touching it, OR wearing gloves.she was touching the til to help the other girl and touching the counter.and then kept on working on the dough.

VERY insanitary and gross and definitely not what I want to see while I’m ordering pizza from there.

Told 10 min. Took 1/2 hour. Got an apology. But nothing else except an over priced 18.00 cheese pizza.

Was a good place, got slices for lunch every day for years but now that it's changed owners the quality has gone downhill. Some slices are obviously a day old and some are even cold when you get them. To top it all off the guy who served me decided to take 50 cents as a tip, (or he can't do math) it's only 50 cents I know but don't just take it. There's literally a tip jar in front of the till, if I believe you earned the tip I'll even give $1.50 on a $7 bill. Not only did I not tip on that bill but I'll now bring my daily business elsewhere.
