I purchased a complete system with all the bells and whistles. Spent over $20,000. The install was done by Preston out of Arizona. My disappointment is with Par2Pro. With very few hours on the projector it quit working. After calling Preston he reached out to his corporate office to be told that the warranty had expired and the projector had been discontinued. The fact that the unit had been discontinued tells me there were issues with the unit. Disappointed with Par2Pro and their customer service. With several friends that are waiting to see how my system performs I can honestly NOT recommend Par2Pro to them or anyone else!

I purchased my golf simulator software from Par2Pro. The service was outstanding. Tim went above an beyond in assisting me with the set up, making sure I had the necessary updates. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have had our sim for several years now and the service has been great! Calls are always answered with a friendly, cheerful voice and any minor hiccups have been fixed quickly. Tim has been especially helpful and accommodating - a real gem for those of us less technically inclined! They helped design the best system for our space and requirements. What can be better than golfing away the long winter months with friends! Thanks to everyone at Par2Pro!

Support second to none. Really good experience with a problem with my mevo+ that the company solved with speed

Ordered CCE hitting strip, Protee VX launch monitor and the sports screen studio. Dealt with Alex for the sale and Tiffaney for payment and shipping info and both of them are excellent at what they do. Received the launch monitor and hitting strip within 2 weeks (closer to one week actually) but a month later and the impact screen studio is still yet to even be shipped out. I know this is beyond the control of Par2pro however if you state on your website that it “should” ship in 10 to 15 business days then make sure it does. Would have been 5 star review but paying for a product and not having yet and not knowing when you will have it just feels bad.

Great company and a great team. If you’re looking for a company that cares about you just as much as it does about its products, you’ve found it.

My experience with Par2Pro was excellent! I purchased a Mevo + online from Windsor, Ontario. They promptly answered my questions prior to purchased and gave me great support after purchase. Their pricing is very competitive. Delivery was quick and the Mevio + is working very well for me. Thank you to the Par2Pro Management and staff.

For anyone thinking of building their own golf simulator, I'd highly recommend working with these folk. They have all you need, are incredibly knowledgeable about all the various pieces and offer expert advice and fantastic support on the products they sell.
The indoor golf simulator landscape is a minefield and having advice and help avoids stepping on any of them.

These guys are the best if you are looking to purchase & set up a golf sim! It was a process but Trung, Tim & team were all there to support me throughout the entire build! I strongly recommend these guys at Par2Pro!

So happy I chose Par2Pro to purchase my hitting enclosure and the Uneekor EYEXO Sim. The staff was always friendly and available. And like most major projects, you experience issues or need to troubleshoot things along the way.they were VERY helpful. The quality of the enclosure was spectacular, fairly simple to install, and it looks amazing. Performance.being I have had it setup only a few weeks, it has performed as good if not better than expected. I would highly recommend buying from this company if you are looking for the highest quality enclosure. The fact I can use a remote to roll up the entire unit in just a few minutes.game changer. I can’t say enough how amazing my experience was with this company. I had questions about my entire golf simulator setup due to the smaller room size I had. Every question was answered super fast and I was ready to order within a couple days.

Denise from customer service was incredible. She helped throughout the entire process from order, shipping to delivery. I had a very minor issue with the simulator screen and a new one was shipped out within a day! Now that is customer service!

Highly recommend and will be purchasing all of my golf simulator needs through this company again!
