The service was a bit slow and our server was missing a few details about the menu and options. However, the real disappointment was the food. I had their full breakfast at lunchtime, and I'm sure the bacon and sausage were left over from early morning. Terribly overcooked. Eggs and toast were fine. I ordered breakfast because that's one meal that's hard to screw up. Welp.there you go.
This place is a gem. Course is always in awesome shape. Everyone of their staff members is awesome and very friendly. I highly recommend stopping in for 18 holes
Nice place to chill in the heated swimming pool and golf course. Not so far from neighbouring attractions. Very relaxing but be wary of hidden charges from the resort. They usually take extra money for cleaning etc. Food in the canteen is not worth eating. Lots n lots of add on charges for practically everything.
Recently played here for the first time in a golf tournament, which was challenging and fun at the same time. Course was in great shape, and the setting along the old man river was incredible! Great course!
Paradise Canyon in Lethbridge is my new happy place. I have stayed there five times, in three different apartments, in the past nine months. All of them are beautiful with their own unique feel. These super clean, well-appointed, cozy condos are located in a beautiful, quiet, residential neighborhood on a golf community in the canyons. I feel absolutely at home when I am there. Everything you need for day to day living is provided for you: dishes, utensils, washer and dryer, towels, cleaning supplies - everything. Check in and check out a breeze. Mike is very friendly and professional and promptly responds to any needs you may have.
Please know that there really isn't any shopping or restaurants (besides the clubhouse) in the immediate vicinity; but it's just a short 5 to 7 km drive into the friendly community of West Lethbridge, for restaurants, groceries, gas, banking, fast food, etc. I didn't mind the drive at all.
I really enjoy the beautiful views of the Coulees, the golf course, and all the deer that come strolling by in the evening. The sunrises are spectacular.
Cant give a rating to the rooms or service of the actual resort staff. But the staff of the golf course is horrendous. The only decent workers there are the ones that slave away in the bottom of the hill, the ones who get your carts for you and use that machine to pick the range. The pro shop was awful, it had a grown man who appeared to be chewing dip running the counter, I also heard a rumour. Which is that these poor workers get no breaks. If that is the case then this place needs to be fined a tremendous amount.
We had our wedding at Paradise Canyon the other week. It was unbelievably nice. Brent and his team were amazing. They were able to accommodate for anything we asked or needed. They were able to mak all the food gluten free for my wife. And the lamb was amazing. I highly recommend thinking of using paradise canyon for any type of big event you may have. Thanks again guys for making our big day as stress free and amazing as it was!
Really nice location. Wide open course so tough if you don't hit straight. But does allow for some wiggle room. Well maintained course and for sure a place to check out if you are in town.
Beautiful course, people are friendly. Only con was the food is very meh and expensive for what you get. Recommend the course, also recommend eating first.
Great place for golfers but not otherwise. No access to the river on any trail due to golf course. Very quiet however! It was autumn. Long drive up the hill to stores, other activities etc.
Stayed in their condos. Very clean, spacious and have everything you need. Great value and very affordable. Didn't golf, but it is absolutley beautiful. Great pool. Will come again.
Nice development. Although I wouldn't consider it a resort. Thank goodness for the golf course. All other amenities were closed. Relaxing weekend with family. Must have a car, or bike to travel around. Lethbridge is very spread out and valley trails are ample kms.
My rating is just based on the golf course. I live nearby so I have never stayed at the resort.
The golf course is well maintained and challenging. The greens are fast and can be challenging to putt on if you are on the wrong tier. The scenery on the golf course is beautiful. There are many houses that line the fairways of various holes, so watch your drives.
Price is fair considering how nice the course is. Would highly recommend trying it if you have never been there before.
This isn't a hotel and u cant just use the pool. Also the tennis courts are completely shot. Y dont u have a new picture of how run down they actually are. It's just an overpriced golf course. That's all.so over priced they wont even put it in the options for the reviews
My Family and I recently stayed here for the Family Day long weekend. We had a bit of an issue with our upstairs neighbours, a lot of noise late at night, but when we voiced our grievance with management they went above and beyond to make up for the situation. The rooms are great! The full size kitchen makes traveling with three kids completely manageable. Clean rooms, with a washer and dryer. We have nothing but good things to stay, we will definitely be back.
Was there to scrutineer for an election. Also to see a rattlesnake presentation. Lovely well maintained building and friendly staff. Not a golfer; so can't comment knowledgeably on the course.
Our server, Lauren, was a delight! Food was good, cooked well, and great pains were taken to ensure dietary needs were taken into consideration. Lovely experience.
Not as advertised, The 2 bedroom sleeps 6 is a lie, unless you consider a cheap blowup mattress as a bed for 2. The other 2 rooms only have 1 double bed in each, not a queen and no multiple twin beds. Very disappointed because we needed the extra space for our family and the front desk staff was no understand at all and wouldn't help. Bbq was rusted out, brush with no bristles to clean it, toilet kept running constantly, ect. Not well maintained.

We rented a place there when we left she said we broke everything. If you ever go there make sure you check everything right after checking. The place is very clean.
Lovely place for a small group gathering. The view from the Riverview room is great, service and food were wonderful and I loved the background music as well.
Just beautiful. Stayed a week. Golf course amazingly maintained. Wonderfully friendly staff - special thanks to Jim. Pool, hot pool, gym all clean and great. Day trips galore. So much to see and do. Waterton spectacular - nerd a full daily. Pavan Park. Henderson Park. Just loved our time
I haven't golfed here but we came for dinner one evening. The food was mediocre at best. I had the gluten free pasta bake since I'm celiac and it was dry and bland. A survey of my friends' plates indicated that maybe the steak and potatoes were alright but everything else seemed below average.
The gulf course is awesome! Super challenging! The food is too notch, I took my wife here for valentines day and we were pleasantly surprised! Matt, Chris and Adam are the golf pros and they are all super friendly! Get on down there for a round in the coulees!
