The staff was great, We arrived late, they were already gone, but left us the key and note on the door, I will be back next summer.

This place is so beautiful. The location is right by Lake Louis. The view is amazing. Wifi ran pretty well. We got the 2 bedrooms and it was spacious, clean with everything we need. Staffs were nice.

Came here for our Anniversary. We will definitely come back again. Cute place. Impeccably maintained and clean. Our room (#41) was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Gas fireplace, in room safe and 2 TVs. We raced out early one morning and returned to find our dishes washed, bed made and room cleaned up as if we had arrived the first day. Fantastic service. Really happy we found this place.

I discovered this place a couple of years ago and have come back several times since and have stayed in various cabins, as well as suites. I absolutely love this place! It’s in a beautiful location fairly close to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise and surrounded by endless beauty and hiking trails. The resort itself is well maintained, cute in appearance and I love the mixture of mountain flowers surrounding the main office. You can tell the owners take pride in their resort and have high standards, as the suites and cabins are cute, cozy and very clean. The staff in reception are welcoming and I have to say this is my number one place to stay in the Rockies for its location and all it offers. This place really is a part of paradise and hope to go again soon! Thank-you

We stayed here for two nights. It’s a beautiful resort. The resort even have a playground. It’s about 20 mins walk to lake Louise. Hotel room is very clean. The one we stayed has full kitchen. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

As Lake Louise parking lot is super busy, we parked our car in another trailhead then hike up toward the lake view. This lodge looks good while we passed by.

Great place to stay. Lovely staff on reception and in maid service. Ideally placed for Lake Louise and Lake Morraine. Lovely cabin with barbecue facility.

This lodge is 4 minutes drive to Lake Louise OR 27 minutes walk and 14 minutes drive from Moraine Lake. Due to airport delays I had to cancel my other hotel booking and the last minute booking I made with this lodge is over the phone. Their check in is at 4PM but I got an email around 2’ish that our room is ready and can do early check in. The office is very neat and cozy and cute. The staff is very friendly.
It’s foggy when we got there but as it clears, the mountain view from our room is amazing. The suite is cozy with separate heat control each room. They have microwave, water heater, coffee maker and fridge. Plates and cutleries are also provided even the dish soap. New tub and shower is also a plus. It says you can use the griller outside but we didn’t have the chance.
For check out, you can just drop the key at the drop box outside the office. Anyways, they have flexi glass by the reception.
Overall, our stay here is very pleasant and will definetely recommend it and come back for next time.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The cabins are cozy and beautiful, with excellent carpentry. It’s very private as each cabin is a few meters apart from each other.

Amazing stay, super cozy cabin equipped with all that you need. Very convenient location as well. Not sure why people said the WiFi was poor… I thought that the internet had very high speeds. Will definitely come back!

Paradise is a good name since it is the Cleanest place I've ever seen, I really felt Blessed to spend some time there.
The outdoor part is so Clean that the grass is Shinning Green in the summer.
The lodge is obviously as Clean, Every single piece of equipment you need in a kitchen is provided, probably more equip than your home.
Also these Lodge are so well Located that it is a 10-15 minutes Walk to Lake Louise.

Loved our cottage very comfortable and clean.the staff are very nice and smiley. I would give it 4.5 since it would be great to have some sort of basic breakfast to complete the experience

We loved our stay. The cabin was spotless, no bugs, no cobwebs, no dust, no smell. The surrounding area was clean and there was ample space to park our car. The pillows were very comfortable. The main bed was a little squeaky and the sofa bed mattress gave little back support and was uncomfortable. The heater was easy to use, just adjust the thermostat. The bathroom was gorgeous and a pleasant surprise for a cabin. It is evident that this y property is very well maintained.
The staff (front desk and the girl who cleaned the BBQ) were so so friendly and accommodating. We loved using the BBQ as we didn't have to clean it before or after using it (Paradise staff took care of this). Tip: remember to call the front desk ahead of time to book your time slot. When you show up for your time slot, the BBQ will be cleaned, turned on, clean utensils placed close by, ready for BBQing. It was turn-key and short steps from our cabin. When we needed more coffee pods, no problem. Got that from the front desk.
This property was very easy to find and is located a few minutes by car to Lake Louise.

We stayed here June 2021 for our elopement wedding in Banff National Park. We stayed in the Temple Suite. It was a beautiful room that gave us a great starting location for our trip. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the view from the balcony and watching the weather change over the mountains just outside. Very close to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine which made nice evening visits when the crowds are less busy. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the great trip and being part of our wedding memories!

This place is amazing. All here is spectacular. Service is great. Accomodation are one of the best in this area. The cabins are equipped with all you need. There are beautiful in and out. I stayed a couple of nights in a Wilson cabin and I had a great experience. You'll love it. People who is running the place have everything in excellent shape and very well maintained. You won't regret spending a night here.

A family run business and a truely amazing location. The property is extremely well kept, beautiful and is close to Lake Louise

The internet is completely horrendous, the fridge does not even cool our drinks, the thermostat is broken, and there's no air conditioner. When you're paying $200+ a night you'd expect everything to be in working condition. Overall, quite terrible. Do not recommend this place to anyone, find any other place that can accomodate these things and you'll be golden for the vacation.

Excellent location in beautiful mountains and super friendly & helpful staff. Cabins are so well cleaned and maintained. Customer service is exceptional and i don’t think anything else u need to make ur stay awesome with ur family.

We came here only to asking, the price amazing, the staff was friendly and the place incredibly and clean, will reserve it for next summer. Good luck

I have been talking to Jack for the past couple days. He has been running the business since 1990 and now passing it over to his son! They are such an amazing family and I am so grateful I got to know them.

Such a beautiful property in an unrivalled location. The owners Cody and Catrina are fantastic and so friendly! Not to mention the rooms are super clean, especially the carpets.

Totally enjoyed my 5 night stay. Friendly staff, cleanest room I’ve stayed in, great view and location. Everything inside and outside was next to perfect. Very pretty place to stay.
I always drive through the park but this year with covid was able to enjoy. Felt safe with their covid rules. Thanks. Needed a vacation!

We stayed in a cozy cabin, it was perfect for our stay! The front desk unexpectedly gave us some champagne which was quite a nice touch.

Wouldn't reccomend this place. We came here late to find somewhere to stay after driving all day. She said we couldn't get a room and leave our pets in the car. Since her entire hotel only offers ONE pet friendly room we were going to compromise and she asked us to leave. VERY UNWELCOMING

Very well kept small cabins within nicely groomed grounds. Excellent location close to all the Lake Louise attractions but a km from the high traffic townsite. Very friendly staff. Will certainly stay here again.

The lodge was directly on the kicking horse ski resort. The view was amazing. Very picturesque, and quiet. The room was very clean and it smelt like mild cleaner when we went in. Staff had check in and out perfect with minimum interaction. A few restaurants are close.

We stayed in a Wilson Cabin, which was clean, spacious enough for two, and had convenient amenities. However, even though it is described as being located in the 'center of the property' our cabin faced the busy main road, which was very noisy with heavy traffic - not the serene Rockies experience we were hoping for when we booked. The staff were very friendly but could not change our cabin as the property was fully booked. Nevertheless, some ear plugs did the trick to help us sleep soundly at night. The location of the property, which is just a few minutes from Lake Louise, was perfect. I would definitely come back and stay at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows, but hope not to get the short straw with the cabin facing the main road ;)

Perfect cabins that are well taken care of and quality finishes. Check in is very friendly and you can tell they take pride in customer service. The location is a 3 min drive to lake louise and a few minutes from the village. Cabins are smoke free on balconies which is great so you can enjoy your space. Highly recommend.

The cabins are cute and clean. But for the price of the Wilson Cabins, I expected some privacy. Instead, you have neighbours close on both sides and the cabin layouts are the same so when they're out on the deck you're essentially visiting with them.
The sheets are so crisp they're actually hard on the skin.
There's one BBQ to share on the property - again for the price each place should have its own BBQ.
We wanted privacy and finally decided we didn't want to ruin our trip by staying so we checked out a day early. It was 4: 30 but unfortunately all cleaning staff had gone home so we recieved absolutely no discount.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Walking distance to the Chateau and easy to get into town. The room and patio were comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Would not recommend for many reasons:
- the rooms like an old motel style with bed facing a front door and extinguisher;
- the kitchen is outdated, very old equipment with stove top aluminium kettle (! And it’s featured that they have electric one) ;
- the area is a dead place, it’s not the Lake Louise and not the village, and there is no nature around it as well just a very busy road;
- you have to do all your dishes even if you used a coffee mug or a wine glass and there is no dishwasher;
- ok, this is the big one! We were in the beginning of September and the temperature was -3C at night. The heating system doesn’t work properly, we were freezing with all thermostats on maximum and gas fireplace on. I went to bed in wool sweater and pants and the place warmed up only around 4am.
- another big issue we faced, we booked room with a mountain view, and we found zero mountain view when we woke up. I literally had to go on a balcony, turn 90 degrees sharp to see a part of the mountain, unfortunately a next door room balcony was also a couple feet away. Mountain view is a lie - we paid for nothing!

The only nice things were the shower and the kitchen sink, so if you want to take a shower or wash your hands for $300+ per night, it’s the place for you.

Good customer service and clean room but the beds are old and noisy uncomfortable which gives us back pain doesn't worth the money.

A memorable stay in the cabin. So cute and cozy. Has all the amenities we needed. Excellent hot shower especially after a long day of hiking!

This is a charming, stunning, CLEAN, friendly property with amazing views. So much heart goes into making this a magical place to stay. Highly recommend! Fabulous location - the hiking and biking from here are spectacular. A gorgeous get-away!

Perfect location, design well integrated into the environment, meets and exceeds traveler expectations of cleanliness, friendly service and atmosphere. Don't spend thousands at the hotel up the hill, this is the place to make wonderful memories.

For the price you pay it definitely does not live up to it. Stayed at the Fuez Cabin which was very quaint and nice but this place is neither walkable to Lake Louise (unless you hike 20 mins) nor the city center. The place does not have any food options, not even breakfast. I have never expected a lodging in the middle of no where to NOT have food. For someone who is not prepared this will be highly inconvenient. The lake louise town has a lot of options and even has some decent tucked away places which give a similar experience with all the amenities expected in this day and age. I just felt it's not the least bit value for money. There is one better options up the road if you want closer to lake and has food / drinks or the township which is literally 15 mins drive from the lake and has all amenities. This is a glorified glamping experience which costs a fortune.

The best stay in Banff! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The cabins are clean, cozy and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere! I would absolutely return to this wonderful place and most likely pick same cabin to stay in (Feuz cabin)
We had a treat time and have nothing but positive feedback about our stay at Paradise Lodge Resort. Thank you to all the staff for having us! What an amazing experience staying at such a beautiful place. Also the location is great too. Walking distance to Lake Louise and plenty of restaurants options nearby.

Charming cabin close to town. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The cabin was clean and large enough and we couldn’t fault the setup.
We would have preferred a slightly firmer bed though.
We were in the 4th cabin from the road and we could hear the traffic in the early morning.
In spite of this we would stay here again and would recommend this place to stay in Lake Louise.

Far better than my expectations. For someone who travels a lot, this place is exceptional and anyone who doesn't think so needs to look closer. We were in the "Preferred Saddleback Suite" and you get designated parking just steps from your bright red door.

Firstly, clean, very clean. You can tell someone who cares cleans the place because it was clean when we got here but when we left for a day, it was very carefully cleaned and respectfully organized. It doesn't smell like scented cleaners or sprays (which we both dislike) it is just clean.

First impression might throw you off a touch, it looks a little unusual from the street but the rear walk ups/Bungalows and cabins are all extremely well cared for. You see it in the wood finishing and the upkeep of the units. I thought much of it must have been replaced this year but on careful inspection it is just very well manicured. I would imagine that the units up by the street are a little noisier but they are also cheaper. Most of this area shuts down by 10pm anyway but people are up on the road early (something to think about if you like to sleep in). Rear areas are almost silent.

Please take a look at the pictures and notice the details in the way the lawns are kept, how the rooms are presented and even the cute Moose Privacy door hanger.

It is almost right across from the entry road to Moraine Lake which is a huge plus when trying to gauge when you can get in there (difficult at times). And is only a few minutes drive from either the Village or Château Lake Louise by Fairmont. There is no substantial meal place on site however they provide fruit bars and other snacks as well as great coffee. Our unit came with a microwave a Kuerig style coffee maker. Some others mentioned having a BBQ but frankly the sites to see in the area require driving or buses and there is plenty in both the price spectrum and food types all around the area so we did not find wanting with food.

I should mention staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi works fine, it isn't hugely fast but reasonable considering the location. I was just so impressed with the other stuff, almost forgot to mention these!

As advertised. A good deal if you want to be inside the Park. But they are not near any of the bus stops and there is no good way to get to either Lake Louise or Maligne Lake (even though the entrance to the drive up to Maligne is immediately across the highway.) Quite annoying actually. Parks Canada needs to figure out how to deal with the crowds if they want to advertise for tourists.

I love this hostel. The whole organisation is great. The stuff there are so friendly, always a smile in their face, a felt like home just after a few hours. The rooms are big and clean, with lockers for everyone. There is also a big shared kitchen with all equipment you can image. So cook whatever you want! The living room with TV, couches and so on is perfect for chilling after skiing. Otherwise you can go to the hostel bar, which has specials every evening. The included breakfast is ok, nothing special, but totally enough. In my opinion it is a little expensive but this depends on your budget. After all I can recommend this hostel without any doubt. And it is the easiest way to stay in Banff, and this is absolutely amazing!

Nice and comfy lodge with some great mountain views! You can walk directly to Lake Louise from here (approx. 15 min walk).

We stayed two nights in the Paradise Lodge Bungalow with two bedrooms. It was super clean, updated and the small touches like granola bars, tea and organic local coffee was a bonus. The check in staff and cleaning staff were all extremely friendly. Will defiantly recommend to others as well as a return visit!
