Gave them nearly 4000$ and my truck is now parked and not driveable. Was told I HAD to replace a 600$ part. Come to find out that the part is easily rebuilt. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They couldn't own their mistakes after several unnecessary trips back to have the same issue "fixed".

Steve and his crew were great he was recommended by a local relative. I drove down from Yukon and got some engine work done to my diesel pickup he was honest and to the point. My truck performed better than brand new on the way back to Yukon. Thanks Paramount Diesel. Good job.

Professional, very nice people. They keep you updated, work for a very decent price (considering heavy duty fixes can be quite expensive). The value of a trustable mechanic nowaday is worth better than gold, we drove hours to deal with them and it was worth it.

Best diesel shop in Grande Prairie. Very knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. Plus Steve the owner is awesome got truck in even when very busy and needed repair done quickly.

The customer service is great, the man on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. I got the injectors replaced on my Ford 6.0 and a few other odds and ends done. The quality of work was awesome, reliable, FAST and fair priced. He also answered all my questions with great knowledge and provided some tips to keep this old girl on the road. I wouldn’t look any further than Paramount Diesel, if you want it done right. Thanks again guys.

The customer service was amazing. They rates are fair they are quite a bit cheaper than the dealership. Pretty sure my husband will get all future work done here, the last 2 times have been awesome.

If you have a Ford this is the best place in town to get any work done. These guys specialize in Ford upgrades and repairs. Steve is a great guy along with his team of mechanics.

I have been using Paramount Diesel for over 13 years, they are our first go to guys for all our mechanical and service needs. Owner and staff are friendly and always look out for the best interest of their clients. Our fleet of a dozen F350's stays working and on the road thanks to them.
