I was supposed to get just a pair of earrings for my wife but ended up getting 2 pairs because of the good recommendation of Dexter. He was very helpful and knowledgeable to which piece best fits our budget and liking. We'll definitely come back for our future jewellery purchases.

I was looking for something different and I found it at Paris. I am very happy with it and look forward to wearing it for a very long time.

I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for in store but Mikala went above and beyond and was able to find the earrings I wanted online. They were shipped to the store within the week and I am so happy with them. Thank you for all your help!

Was never told it wasn’t told it was final sale then when I go in I can’t return it because it’s “worn” when I bought it the lady asked if I would like to wear it out seems a little like there money hungry for sales. Trying to maximize profits off a 17 year old kid

Have dealt with Paris for years. I have bought my wife several high quality pieces from here. Recently had a customer service issue that was resolved quickly and easily by their customer service department. Definitely recommend.

I left a medallion for repair. They had it for 2 weeks and didn’t repair it. It was suggested I take it to a goldsmith… I thought that’s what I had done by leaving it with them to be repaired … I’m wondering who they sent the repairs to if not a goldsmith.

Put in order to have a ring resized. We needed it back before May 20. We thought we would be getting it May 13 which they couldn't make. They put in a rush to have it back to us May 17. When we picked it up the ring looked beautiful. They also cancelled one of the charges because of the inconvenience of driving in to Lethbridge twice. The store staff were excellent.

I didn't belive that when you find right ring you could feel it. Well, now I know because of the ring I found here:) My fiance loves the ring. Of course, their sevice was great and kind!

Good place to get a new battery. However, the battery I got there last time lasted less than a year!? Also, last time the clerk put my watch to the correct time. This time the clerk just handed back no thought to changing it to the correct time, so this time NOT the best service.

The whole staff was very helpful and made my shopping experience very successful. I would recommend them to anybody, they were the only jeweler that was able to find a necklace for my pendant

Really really loved my experience here. Leann was the beautiful person who helped me with getting some ideas for an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. She was very knowledgeable on the mens jewellery and was able to take my ideas and provide great feedback in return. I left with a beautiful piece in hand and most definitely will return for more… That said, the jewelry here is beautifully stunning! Catches my eye EVERY time I walk by. The products along with the customer service is everything I’d wish for from a jewelry store.
