Amazing customer service. Management was patient and kind and was very willing to assist with suggestions. Sizing was done on the spot and quite quickly while maintaining incredible quality. I would definitely recommend them.

Took a silver bracelet to get sized down. The jeweller was too busy walking around the mall while I was waiting for him to come in the store to take measurements.
When I received a call/text to come back and pick up the piece, it was still unfinished and seemed in awful shape, it wasn’t polished and very scuffed up. Of course when I pointed it out the jeweller again was too busy walking around the mall. After waiting about 20-30 mins for the jeweller to come back, the jeweller was annoyed that I had pointed out the defects still remaining from the alterations (which are still noticeable till now). To add insult to injury, the bracelet is still too big and the piece that I had asked to be removed wasn’t.

The manager was nice and understanding, however the jeweller himself was very unprofessional, and didn’t really seem to care too much about his job.

I highly advise anyone to not go there for repairs and go somewhere else even if it costs more.

I was treated with respect and Fernando was so extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. A very professional young man.

I liked how the lady helped me narrow down my choices, I didn't have to waste time looking through everything. And helped me make my choices, because I couldn't make the choice myself. Especially with so many options.

The lady was so sweet to me, she helped me a lot with choosing a gift for my mom and I found the perfect necklace and earrings set. Very satisfied.

Staff are friendly but don't know anything about the jewelry they sell. When I told her I wanted something with diamonds she said yes these have cubic zirconia in them. Seemed like she didn't understand the difference.

I bought a chain from Paris jewellers and it didn't come with the proper part for it to clasp together so we had to pay an extra $100 for that. Very disappointed in that. I won't be back there for anything. I will go to Ben moss or people's for my jewelry.

Due to Covid we were overdue for having my wife’s ring inspected and were given a really hard time by sales associates. They didn’t want to sign it off and we had to argue that there should be allowances for a pandemic. Stress we didn’t need in today’s climate.

I went to resize my wedding band because it was getting a little tight, while I was there the customer service was superb! My ring came back very shiny hahah I love it there!

I was very pleased with this this purchase and very pleased with the customer service, definitely will be coming back to Paris Jewellers for other purchases.

I was greeted immediately, explained all the promotions and all of my questions were answered regarding different jewelry options. The sales safe was equally as excited as I was for the special gift.

The staff was very helpful. The store was closing in less than an hour but I was still greeted with a smile and shown various items I was interested in. I wasn't rushed into anything considering the circumstance and I felt very at ease and comfortable.

Since February 14th, 2020, I had some issues with Paris Jewellers at Londonderry Mall, Edmonton. I almost forfeited my money as the old manager (I believe his name is Mike) was just not capable of handling managerial position. A couple of days ago, I needed to grad something at the mall and decided to pass by Paris Jewellers. I was greeted by Eman (new store manager). After explaining the issue to her, she made it her priority to make sure that as their customer, my satisfaction is guaranteed. Eman was very professional in the way she handled the issue. Eman, Paris Jewellers are very lucky to have someone like you in a position that needs the magerial skills that will help the business move to a higher level. I'm a very satisfied customer, hence my efforts in writing this review. Thank you again Eman.

My fiancée and I went in to purchase 2 wedding bands to put around my engagement ring (Londonderry mall location). They were small bands, cost around $150 each. I wanted 2, but they only had one in my size at the store (March 2020), so they ordered the other in my size. As I was paying they offered their protection plan at around $150, seemed like a lot to me, so my first reply was no thank you, the store employee then said, if you want your rings soldered together, this will cover the cost. I agreed to it at that point. We also ordered a wedding band for my future husband. The store then closed due to Covid. I reached out multiple times by phone, to no return calls, not knowing if/when I would get them (fully paid). I got through (they did not call me) after stores reopened weeks later. I picked up my rings, but did not solder right away as our wedding was postponed to 2021.
I went in about 2 weeks ago to have them soldered and was advised that the protection plan they sold me on the basis that soldering was included was wrong. I had to pay another $140.00 to have them soldered. So now I have paid about 600.00 for rings that are only worth 300.00 total.
When I went to pick up the soldered rings yesterday the first sales associate said these are covered by your plan, to which the manager heard and quickly advised her, No, the plan does NOT cover soldering. Basically the staff has been selling the coverage plan stating it covers soldering and it does not. It only covers sizing and cleaning. I purchased the correct sizes because I didn’t want to pay for sizing, one was ordered in in my size. And as most know.cleaning is free at any jewelry store.
We had also purchased my husband to be wedding band there (around 600.00).
Manager would not do anything for us.
WORST MGMT! Teach your employees what is covered and what is not. I should have been given the cost of the protection plan back. I have no use for this 3 year plan that covers cleaning and sizing. I will never shop here again.

My dad and I went into this store location to see if he could get a few links taken off his watch. The store representative, Fatemeh, was immediately friendly and helpful. She quickly took the required amount of links off, and was a great conversationalist during the whole process. If you go to this location, you'll be very lucky to have Fatemeh helping you out.

The Manager was so amazing at helping us choose a promise ring, she went above and beyond by showing us probably 20 rings until I found the one. She also provided us with amazing discounts and a cleaner for my ring. Thank you for providing us with such a great experience!

Exactly what I ordered and looked amazing! My gf loves it. Came early too. Unfortunately I got the sizing wrong but besides that they gave me exactly what I wanted

Had a awesome experience today with the nicest person ever. Nadin was very helpful, friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. She made sure I found the perfect ring at a fair price. 10/10 would recommend everybody I know this place based only on Nadin. The store was clean, well lit and they were following all Covid 19 rules amd regulations. Defiently my go to store for jewellery from here on out.

The ladies that assisted me we were very courteous and helpful with their advice. As well, the safety precautions taken in the story were much appreciated.

My sales assistant, Fatimah, was absolutely fantastic. She asked if I was looking for something specific. I explained that I was well lit for an anniversary gift for my husband that would express the love we have for one another. She immediately showed me the men's eternity symbol pendant. It was perfect! What an outstanding of understanding of what a customer is looking for.
Also the store is laid out beautifully without crowding of merchandise and is well lit. Very clean.

My experience at Paris Jewellers was amazing. Debbie listened to what I wanted and found exactly what i was looking for in a snap.
