I love this store. Just an amazing story, and they are always there to serve. When my wedding plans changed during Covid, Paris totally came through in a pinch after I messed up ordering the wedding band. Paris had the beautiful sapphire and diamond band delivered on very short notice just in the nick of time for my wedding. This year, my wife is receiving a beautiful sapphire cross for our anniversary. It is one of many sapphires I intend to buy for my wife from Paris jewlers.

My Fiance got a call on Wednesday that my engagement ring was ready to be picked up after having it sent out to be re-sized. I decided to make the trip from out of town to pick it up on Thursday evening. When I arrived to the store I was nervous that the ring would not fit because when I was sized, the saleswoman did not pay much attention. I had specifically asked her to help verify the correct size as this was important to me and I wasn't sure what size my finger was. She briefly looked over her shoulder and told me that one was fine and sent the ring away. The ring took 2 1/2 weeks to come back, and I thought picking it up would be a quick five minute errand. When I arrived in store, I told the saleswoman working that I was here to pick up my ring. She told me that it was odd because they don't receive their shipments on Wednesday's. She proceeded to look through the drawer where items that had been sent out were kept. After going through each item, she told me it wasn't there. She asked me again if I had received a phone call stating it was in fact there. She then looked up the file information and told me that it wasn't due until a different date. The date that she listed was in fact the day prior to when I went to pick it up (the Wednesday that they called saying it was in). She went through the drawer several more times. She went into the back room and still came out empty handed. At this point I was super nervous about the situation. She then asked if I could come back the next day, To which I responded "no, I am not leaving until you find my ring. " I then questioned if my ring was lost or given to another customer. She said there was no way that was possible because they have checks in place. She then called two other employees in front of me asking if they had seen the ring. One of them told her they did and that it was put in the drawer. She proceeded to rifle through the drawer again. Still nothing. At this point she offers to drive my ring to my house the next day. Absolutely not! It has been 25 minutes and my hands are shaking at this point. She goes through the drawer one last time and it's there. It was there the whole time. I am then instructed that I need to pay the $80 for the sizing (which might I add the first sizing should have been free as the ring was sold too large to my Fiance because they could not get the proper size in in time). I was too stunned to even argue and I just wanted to get out of there. I paid (regretfully) and left. To add to this, the ring was under my Fiances name. Not once did she question this. Nor did she ask to see the matching slip to pick it up. What kind of "security checks" are there then? After telling this story to a family member, they looked up other reviews of the store. Low and behold the day after this happened to me, it happened to another lady. Almost identical story. Take your business elsewhere as this seems to be a common thing! This should have never happened, and they should have comp'd the sizing fee for the heart attack they caused me.

Will never ever go there again, my fiance has been waiting 4 weeks for her wedding ring, they called me today to tell me its ready for pick up, so she got very excited she can finally put her ring on a show it off.i made it very clear that she will be there today to pick up and they "mis placed it" and she waited for 20 min and they kept on trying to tell her to come back we cant seem to find it right now.unprofessional and terrible service.called me 3 hours ago.its a wedding ring! Extremely unhappy, my finace is in tears and im fuming.unbelievable.be more organized or hire competent staff.

Back in October I was getting married but my hubby still had not managed to get himself a ring 5 days before we were to be married. The staff at Paris jewellers were absolutely amazing and did all that they could to make sure we had his ring ready to go for the big day! I appreciate their efforts and would recommend everyone to shop there!

Immaculate service. Showed me many options was very accommodating when it came to sizing of my watch efficient and the staff here was over the top friendly came in with a group of 3 and we all left smiling ear to ear! What an amazing atmosphere really makes you feel confident buying products from here
