Highly recommend park and fifth Calgary location. They were so accommodating to let my young daughters be present. They made me feel so comfortable and didn’t once feel like I was rushed. All their staff is so personable and helpful. Best experience

We booked a bridal and bridesmaid appointment at Park and Fifth for Nov 4! We had an amazing time with our stylist Aliyah. It was our first time trying on wedding/bridesmaid dresses and she made the experience feel very special. She was the perfect balance of professional and friendly. This is a great shop and all the staff were amazing throughout the day. We will definitely be back for any dress relate needs! Five stars!

We found Park & Fifth while hunting for a wedding dress for my sister, and after multiple stores this one was IT! Not only is the location beautiful, and the staff so wonderful, but they have a great selection of not only wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses, but also great outfits for attending special occasions. These ladies were also super accommodating with not only mine, but a couple other bridesmaids dress adjustments and I couldn't be more grateful. They also referred the BEST alterations shop - Anna's Alterations. All around, a win-win-win!

The dresses are stunning but my favourite part of the experience was Reagan! She was incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down which dress would be best for my occasion! Also offering suggestions of many different ways I could style the dresses. I will most certainly be back!

I went to P&F twice, once for myself as a bride, and once for my 3 bridesmaids. We were given the employees full attention and she listened to what we wanted, even when we were jumping a bit all over the place. We never once felt like a burden for asking for a different dress or a different colour.
My bridesmaids ordered their dresses to the store and we got them 7 days later!

Was so excited to try on a Park and Fifth bridal dress in person. I was going to just order my bridal dress online but they convinced me to order in store after my appointment. They were able to add buttons and some length because I wanted to be sure heels would work with the dress. They INSISTED I order 2 sizes up. I explained my body would not change as I have been the same weight for years. I measured at a 2 on top and a 4-6 on the bottom. They made me order a 6 on top and an 8 on the bottom. The dress got delivered to me in Onatrio and I was swimming in it. It was way too big and they do not offer any exchanges or refunds for custom bridal orders. If I would have just ordered the dress online in a medium I could have returned it if it didn't fit properly. I've spent $500+ in alterations to get this dress to fit. Listen to your gut. Order online if you can

Brought 5 girls for bridesmaid dress shopping and had a great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff, lots of selection and colours to choose from, even had some wedding guest dresses as well.
Very efficient and we were able to find what we wanted before our hour appointment was finished!:) highly recommend

Absolutely loved our experience at Park & Fifth. Vanessa was attentive to my descriptions of some colour palettes and styles I was looking at. She anticipated what styles, material, and colours my bridesmaids would want to try next and helped guide us through the appointment. She offered her thoughts and alternatives, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this boutique for something you can absolutely wear again!

I went to Park & Fifth to try a few different wedding dress styles and the experience was lovely! The staff was friendly and the back corner for try-ons was so cute and cozy. If you love minimalist, beautiful dresses this is a must-visit.

Leanne was so helpful and patient with me and my mother as we looked at wedding dresses. She listened to what I wanted and suggested some fun things to try to make it unique. She even helped me whip in and out of two different dresses (both of which needed pinning to fit) while my sister was on FaceTime. Would absolutely recommend Park & 5th to anyone wanting an intimate dress shop with caring and calm non-comission staff!

Forgot to write this awhile back but in August I bought a dress online for my moms wedding in September and after the summer it no longer fit and since I live in Canmore it wasn’t an easy trek to get to Calgary on my days off.

I had to fly out of Calgary in the morning and they got me in for an appointment soon as they opened and helped me look around for a dress and helped me exchange the dress.

Absolutely beyond happy I was able to get help for a very important day and would recommend them
Over and over again.

We had a lovely and relaxing experience trying on wedding dresses and left having bought one. Beautiful dresses in great fabrics, with plenty of options for customization. Will absolutely recommend!

Have bought multiple dresses here, including my wedding dress! The staff are so lovely, as is the space, and the dresses themselves of course too.

Love the dresses but very disappointed with the customer service. When my dress came in they sent me an email saying that the 14 day return period had started. The wedding I bought the dress for was cancelled so I asked to return the dress. They told me the email was generic and they were unable to honour it as they “special made” the dress for me. This dress was not special made. I’m a plus size gal and I guess the plus size dresses are “special made” even though I still have to get the dress altered and it was NOT made with my measurements in mind. I hope they figure out how to send the correct emails.

Had my appointment with Leanne, she was absolutely lovely to work with. She really put me at ease, made sure I fun trying on dresses, and she answered all of my questions. This was my first appointment to try on wedding dresses, and the dresses were amazing and flattering.

This team does customer service better than most! I pre-ordered a dress but wanted it for a specific day and they made sure it was ready in time! So easy to work with and absolutely lovely people. I love buying dresses from them because I know the quality is always there but also the customer service is top notch! Bridesmaid dresses and pretty much any occasion, you have to shop here!

I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses at Park & Fifth after a recommendation from a client of mine. I had recently gotten engaged and had tried on dresses at a more “traditional” bridal store and just wasn’t feeling it. Once I checked out the website and seen that P&F had some more simple, classic options that wouldn’t break the bank, I knew I had to make an appointment. Leanne was an absolute doll and was so helpful. The set up of the store is so nice, the try-on areas feel very private and intimate, and the overall ambiance of the store is perfect. I was there for all of 25 minutes, tried on 3 dresses, and found one that is perfect. Not to mention, they have much more affordable options than lots of other places. They’re also Canadian and female-owned which just makes it that much better. Would highly recommend any bride to check it out

We booked an appointment with Park and Fifth for my best woman dress. The attendant was helping the other 2 appointments in the store at the time but she was kind, attentive and helpful! The space is so cute and shared with Lovenote bridal so definitely a good one stop shop. Highly recommend you check this place out. Super cute dresses for every body and event.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating! Quick and thoughtful. Found all my bridesmaids dresses! Dresses were flattering on all body types and the ladies found them to be very comfortable. Highly recommend this store!

I came yesterday with my maid of honours and mom’s, and the entire experience was lovely. Leanne was very knowledgeable and helpful, and although we were on a time crunch she never pressured us to leave. I found some great options for bridal dresses and will likely come back for my bridesmaids, too.

My mom and I went to park and fifth in Calgary for a bridal appointment, and I ended up saying yes to the very first dress I tried on! Leanne was relaxed, kind, and made us feel like we were at a friends house trying on dresses. I highly recommend making an appt with them!

I have been to Park & Fifth twice, once for a bridesmaid dress and once for a dress to wear as a wedding guest. The same person helped me both times (not sure of name!), and she was so helpful and lovely. Shopping here takes so much stress out of the process and is really enjoyable. Beautiful dresses, excellent bridesmaid options. Lovely to have a one-on-one shopping experience and the ladies are very helpful and talented. They are able to assess your body type and choose dresses that look nice. Would return again. They also have nice more casual occasion dresses too.

I have been shopping at Park & Fifth since 2019 and will continue to be a returning customer because of the amazing service (Leanne is the BEST) and the quality, fit and price of the dresses cannot be beat. Any major event (rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid, wedding guest and social occasion etc.) - Park & Fifth should be your go to! Some people collect shoes…I collect Park & Fifth dresses.

A nice store with a large selection of dresses from casual to a bit dressier. It was great one on one service. It took a while to get an appointment and I am not sure why we still need them when all other restrictions have been lifted. Overall a good experience and some lovely dresses

They were able to accommodate my large party of 6, and went above and beyond to ensure we tried on every dress we were interested in, and ensured accurate sizing for each different body shape. This was the first and only place I went to for bridal dresses. The collection is so amazing, the dresses feel so comfortable and flattering and they have a wide range of options that can accommodate different budgets which I love about it too. Leanne was so lovely and helpful! We came in for a bridal dress and ended up finding bridesmaid dresses too within the hour which was amazing! I loved how private it was for my me and my family, we had the place to ourselves to look around with no rush. Such a great stress-free experience and would absolutely recommend park and fifth to everyone.:)
