Your staff all excellent all 5 stars, your shuttle driver stayed with us to ensure our car started. It was late and the car had been there for the week of the coldest weather in Calgary. Thanks

We use your service multiple times through the year and have always been happy with the service. This time we came back after multiple days of -40 weather. Two of the passengers were dropped off at your office to arrange to boost their vehicles. Our driver waited to make sure that each one of the remaining passengers were able to start their vehicles. That was very much appreciated. See you next trip!

Very helpful peeps here, customer service was also pretty good.
Got delayed on my return flight and couldn't make it back in time, called to inform them of the new changes and they were quick in helping me even when I came back.
Would definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend them.

Every time I’ve used ParknJet there’s no waiting. Upon arrival to the lot you’re quickly picked up and bussed to the airport. Same with pickup from the airport. All the bus drivers are super friendly too. Excellent service. No complaints 5 stars +

Easy in, instant pick up leaving for airport and returning as well. Easy exit. Great location

It was easy and straightforward to book and park here.just not sure why it says booking ahead online can save you money but when I get there the till attendant told me I don’t have to use to booking number and it will be charged by the same. And it was charged the same, no complaints there.just seems a bit inaccurate is all.

When are flight arrived and we went to catch the park and jet bus we wondered back and forth at the arrivals area trying to find where the park and jet pickup was. We eventually discovered that the sign showing pillar 30 was turned around facing incoming car traffic but away from arriving passengers. Totally useless for departing passengers. A bit annoying for first time users. Whoever places signage was just careless. We also discovered after the fact that the pickup pillars #30 are also marked on the parking row tag that the bus driver gives you when they pick you up in the parking lot. This part is great but unfortunately I did not look at back side of tag.
Your competitors signage was very visible!

We had no issues using park & jet. The drivers are very courteous and assist with the suitcases. We didn’t have to wait long times for buses (even at 3: 00 am) offered to help jumpstart your vehicle if issues.

I have used Park and Jet for many years and many trips and have always had a great experience until my last one. I have always had help from the drivers if/when needed lifting my suitcases on to and off of bus (I even tip the drivers for helping me). I have always had very professional and friendly service. The lot is great and ride to and from airport is quick! This past trip I had help when I was leaving for my trip but when I returned this is what happened. First we get to bus and I struggle to lift my first suitcase onto bus, driver did not even get out of his seat, then he says he only has room for 1 person. I had to ask him to slide my suitcase back over to me as I'm standing outside the door, he grabs it pushes it over, again not getting up to help or lift it down. I let people know that just showed up that he said there was only room for one. Another couple passes them gets on no problem which gets me a death glare from the lady I said only room for one. Those 2 people also get on bus (standing room only) and he tells me they will send another one. Ok so I'm 60 and am left standing there with my daughter who is special needs along with her caregiver. Another bus did come right away but again no help lifting my bag on the bus or lifting it off the bus? What the heck is wrong with that? I have never had that issue before and all the lady drivers and male drivers have always also helped me when needed. Very, very disappointed with this treatment. If this is the new rule for Park and Jet will find another spot to park!

Quick service at a good price. Made the trip stress-free knowing my vehicle was taken care of.

The only issue I had was when I was leaving. I had to pay $17 more even tho I’d prepaid for the stay and I was having a lot of difficulty with the machine accepting my card. It eventually worked which was fine. All in all a good experience.

Pick up and delivered to your car, website could use improving, didn't get seniors and ama discounts

Excellent service despite my mistake in filling out arrival and departure times (used PM when AM was correct). Stil don't know how to use aeroplan when booking online.

Upon arrival I parked at the end of a row and it was extremely cold out. A pickup van came down our row shortly after we parked. By the time the van got down to us it was full and the driver told us to wait for the next van. In the meantime, additional cars arrived and parked in the same row. When the next van arrived they picked up the people that arrived after us and by the time they got to the end of the row the van was full again. Not happy when you're waiting out in the cold waiting to get picked up. In all, we waited over 10 minutes to finally get a ride to the airport. Needs to be a better way to prioritize the pickups based on when you arrive.

Very conveniently located for the YYC terminals with excellent shuttle service and minimal waits. Friendly efficient personnel. And all-round pleasant experience.

Our car was safe and sound when we returned. It was nice to get bused to our vehicle when we arrived at the airport. We appreciate the service you provide. We highly recommend this service.

Great Service. Bus was waiting when we were leaving and when we arrived home. Driver was fabulous and assisted with bags, both coming and going. It snowed while we were gone, so fully expected to have to clear off the car when we got back but had a very pleasant surprise - it was all taken care of for us! Lot attendant helped us with the scanning process as we had never used this facility before so muchly appreciated Great service all around and very reasonable for cost! Would definitely use again and will recommend to others to use the parking.

Park & Jet boosted my truck on Dec 22 and I offered them a tip for their help, and they would not except it. Thank You very much Park & Jet. Very friendly staff, and they help anyway they can.

Recently returned from vacationing in Cuba to find that due to cold weather my cars battery had died while parked at the Park and Jet lot. I called the main office and Roshan immediately responded and saved the day by giving me a boost and getting me on my way. He was very friendly and professional despite the fridges temperature. Thanks so much.

This was pur 7th time using Park & Jet, but our first time using the pre pay and save option. It was super easy and convenient to scan the QR code to enter and leave the facility. The drivers are always so fast and efficient picking us up from our vehicle. Perry is our favorite driver. This was the 3rd or 4th time we have driven with her either to or from our vehicle. She is always so friendly and helps us with our heavy luggage. She always goes the extra mile, exchanging conversation and even waiting until we had our vehicle started before she drove away. We would give her 10 stars if we could!

5 mins from car to terminal is not even remotely accurate. It was almost 20mins while they waited for every person in Calgary to enter the lot and get parked. Will never use this overpriced joke of a company again.

Park here whenever I fly out of YYC. Quick pickup at the car and the buses come frequently at the airport after arriving. Drivers are helpful and friendly. Today Sukhi was helpful with the bags when we returned.

After a red eye and connecting flights, I arrived at Park n Jet, looking forward to just getting home. But I couldn't find my vehicle! Mike from the office noticed this travel weary, bedraggled lady wandering the lot, hauling a suitcase. He jumped into a truck and came to offer assistance. Turns out I had simply been reading my card wrong. Look on the other side! Mike drove me right to my vehicle and helped me with my luggage. No judgment, no mocking. Just a kind soul. Thank you, Mike. I will always remember your kindness.

$15 daily (24hours after entry) is what’s plastered all over the signage/online… Our car was parked there for ~5 hours more than the 4 day mark, and we were charged over $80… by my math, that should have been closer to ~$64+tax. My partner and I agreed we’ll stick to Uber’s from now on as even with a 20% tip, it’ll be cheaper.
Shuttle staff were friendly!

Flew in late and finally got to the car around midnight. Paid the bill at the pay station and noticed the pay station didn't ask for my AMA number to receive the discount. Despite the late hour, Tehran, the attendant wrote his manager an email on my behalf and the discount was processed the following day. Thanks for great service.

After a long flight delay we finally made it to Calgary. After getting through the airport we were met with a very friendly Park & Jet shuttle driver. After getting to our vehicle the battery was dead. Rohan was able to give us a quick boost and we were on the way. Thanks for all your help and the great service.

When we arrived to park, we only waited a minute for the shuttle to take us to the airport. Service was quick and friendly. Once we arrived home, the shuttle was again quick and the driver was friendly. When I got to my vehicle, the shuttle that drove us back had left and we realized my SUV was completely dead. Another shuttle came to check on us within a minute and I explained my SUV was dead and she immediately called for help. This incredibly kind gentleman came with a booster pack which unfortunately didn't work. He then ran back and got the truck and boosted again. He waited with me over 20 minutes to ensure we were good to go. Not once did I feel rushed, or like I was an inconvenience. He truly was happy to help. The staff here is absolutely incredible and I am so grateful to have had such kind caring individuals helping me out during a stressful situation. Above and beyond service!

A bit pricey for a long stay, but the service is good and shuttles run quite often. Would recommend it.

My son (5), husband and I went to Mexico last week and parked at Park & Jet for 7 days. Our experience was seamless. Harjinder Dhaliwal (driver) dropped us off at the airport from our vehicle. He was extremely helpful and friendly (he even made friends with my son!). When we arrived back in Calgary after a long and tiring flight, Donna Stephenson helped us with our luggage and dropped us off right to our car, she's so kind! Mehran Imamverdi (Supervisor) greeted us while we exited the lot and wished us a goodnight. I cannot thank the Park & Jet team enough for their amazing customer service and friendly/helpful attitude. This surely was a trip that we'll never forget!

Great service! So easy and convenient! There were shuttles waiting in the parking lot and once they saw me drive down a row they followed me and picked me up right at my car

Had a smooth experience with this shuttle service from Park & Jet when we were travelling with 2 little kids and plenty of baggage! The shuttle driver, Parjit Gill, was friendly and most of all very helpful with our luggage. We really appreciated her help as it made for a quick and easy transfer from our car to the airport.

Superb service! Highly recommended. The bus driver dropped us off near our vehicle and waited till our car was starting okay (which has been sitting for more than ten days). As he found that our car had no battery, he drove to the office for further assistance. We were then able to jumpstart the engine soon with their pick up truck. Very caring and attentive. Shuttles run frequently too to make sure that you will not be late.

I recently used Park and Jet and was extremely pleased with the service. We waited less then a minute for the shuttle to take us to the airport. The shuttle was clean and the driver was very friendly. When we returned after our getaway we waited less then 5 min at the assigned location. I really appreciate how efficient they are and again the driver was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Park and Jet again for my next getaway.

Both drivers were there right when we needed them, they were friendly, and gave great service. The man at the gate was especially great! He was friendly, helpful, and great to deal with.

Staff was pleasant and the buses were very quick in picking us up and returning us to the vehicle.

Couple of amazing service items: arrived at midnight and -28 degrees. The driver stayed with me till my car started and I was safely inside my car.
Also always very helpful with luggage. A great service!

Despite the frigid temperatures, the courtesy van was just that! Very courteous and welcoming, and we did not have to wait at all at pick up or drop off.thankful for their assistance and demeanour!

Outstanding service. First time we have left our electric car at the airport. Steven checked to make sure it was plugged in and charging while we were away and even sent a confirmation photo. Excellent service and care. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful experience here recently. They have always been my go-to airport parking and shuttle service, frequent shuttles, no wait, and the best pricing. We recently went on a 2 week trip and was worried about our car starting when we got back because of the recent cold spell, and sure enough my car needed a boost. The shuttle driver was thoughtful enough to wait to check if my car would start (which he did for all passengers) and when it wouldn’t start he drove me back to the office where the booster truck was waiting, took me to my vehicle, cleared the snow on my car, gave me a boost and had me back in my car within minutes! They went above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone!

Had a great ride with Perry! I am very unfamiliar with flying and navigating the airport, she was very kind to explain the park and jet workings to me and gave me a swift and safe ride in her shuttle! Can’t wait to be back!

Needs to hire more shuttle drivers 30min wait after calling and they say no need to call as it runs every ten minutes

Awesome. Upon arrival at lot 1: 00am, Truck frozen solid and the staff boosted it twice, let us keep warm in office and stored luggage overnight! Can’t say enough about how helpful they were!

Not all heroes wear capes, folks! Steven of Park&Jet kindly boosted our dead battery despite us being parked in the economy lot - very much appreciated. He has certainly earned our loyalty - we will be parking with Park&Jet in the future; we had no idea that battery boosting is a service Park&Jet offers! Definitely worth it in these cold months.

Please clone Donna, she’s an absolute gem. Helped us with all the questions we needed and dropped us off right at our car and didn’t let us walk when we didn’t want to bother her!

I've always had excellent service here. The driver waited to see if my vehicle would start when it was -29 and of course it didn't, so she told me to get back on the bus and drove me to meet the tow truck. The truck driver made sure I was comfortable and warm while he boosted my vehicle and cleaned the snow off of it. Everyone at pick up and drop off was friendly and helpful.

Like other comments, p and j is not what is used to be. The sevice for pick and drop off was great. However wait times for picking up at the parking lot and at the airport are getting longer - too long Yes, I am aware of covid and reduced service. As well, another incentive to park and jet was Aeroplan Points and they used to be 500 per stay and now its 99 points even after a few days. The scanning system for the aeroplan card has not worked since it was installed and when you depart you have to give the number to the cashier and they dont seem happy to take it from you. I have shared this constuctive comments my with p and j on this issue and are still working on it.
Christmas day, 8 pm, we waited 15 -20 minutes in the parking lot to be driven to the airport. I phoned to remind them i was in row 23. I was told we should be there shorlty. Five more minutes passed and when the bus showed up to pick up three car loads the driver says "how long have you been waiting, I didnt know anyone was here? "

Another passenger shared his displeasure with the driver and was really upset if you get me drift.

I felt sorry for the driver but losing 15 to 20 minutes waiting to go one km is very slow. It only takes 20 minutes to drive from the south of the city to get to the airport and takes just as long to go the last 1000 m.

I like p and j but improvements need to be made to service in the new year.

Last night we arrived from the heat of Mexico into a frigid blizzard in Calgary. Donna was so kind, she helped my husband unload the luggage and let me stay inside the shuttle. Thank you Park and Jet for Donna. We will be back.

Donna was our driver when we arrived back from our holiday. She was friendly and the service was great!

I love the pick-up service from your car. No need to walk to a central area and wait for a shuttle. They are there to pick you up at your stall once you arrive at the parking lot. Great service!

Forgot to mention the woman on the gate when we arrived back (sorry forgot her name) was very helpful getting us the Senior's discount and out!

So got to park and jet late one winter evening. The worker dropped us off and said I'll wait to see if you car starts. It did not start, so I ask for a boost. The worker replies I gotta go back to the airport and pick up more people. She left me and my gf standing in the parking lot at 2 am in minus 20 degree weather. Walked back to their office. The guy says oh I don't know when we can give you a boost. So needless to say. Park and fly is a much more customer friendly service.

So they did refund my week stay so moved a review up a few points
