Amazing service! We picked out all the lights for our new home. Staff were very knowledgeable and made the process very easy and enjoyable. Any changes we had to make we were able to come in any time without an appointment and a rep was able to take care of it easily. Highly recommend!

We are building a new home, and working with Park Lighting as our designated lighting supplier has been excellent. The extensive selection of options is great, almost to the point of being overwhelming at times; we found Park's comprehensive and informative website very helpful in narrowing down your selection options before attending in store. We found the selection process to be very transparent, and unlike other suppliers we have dealt with, we were able to make pricing decisions immediately. Also, we had the pleasure of working with Emma, Park's Building Account Manager. She was extremely helpful and informative, and also incredibly patient and accommodating with our questions and changes. If all of Park's customer service representatives are as outstanding to work with as Emma was, your selection experience should be seamless and enjoyable.

Once again we had a great experience at your store Dec 14,2023. Over the last few months, my wife and I have visited your store a number of times and were helped by Savannah De Bruin. She is always very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and extremely patient as we ask our endless questions.
We will be back again soon and hope to see our favorite Park lighting consultant.

I visited Park Lighting 3 times in the last few weeks as I had to purchase a number of light fixtures. Every staff member they have is excellent. However, on our last visit, we were particularly happy with Olami’s service.

We needed a new dining room light fixture. He was very patient, attentive but not overbearing and very knowledgeable. We also felt no pressure, even though it took me quite a while to make my final selection and we were juggling 3 young children.

I’ve already told two people in the past week to visit Park Lighting (and to seek out Olami if possible!) for their lighting needs!

Park lighting is always my go to for any lighting needs. During my last visit, I was helped by Dawn who was nothing short of amazing helping me choose new lighting. I am fairly particular when it comes to finding the the right shade of bulb, and she was very patient guiding me through the process until we got to the right ones. I have been dealing with Michelle Clarke for over 6 months on a reno project. She has been a delight to work with being very knowledgeable on the lighting and choices. She has also been great on giving design input as she has a strong background there as well.

Michelle Clarke, our Lighting Consultant was amazing. We came in to change our outdoor bulb and she went above and beyond to source the issue of why our bulb was burning out. She was able to find the problem and source a new fixture under warranty.
