Carter Walker is amazing! He is honest and up front, and genuinely wants to get you into a vehicle you love. I was stuck between 2 vehicles so I took a couple days to think about it, and when I came back I was able to give my preferred one a extended test drive to really see how it is. He was patient in the decision making process and let me make up my own mind. I felt no pressure to make a quick decision and I truly am leaving with a suv I love! I had bought a used Ram 2500 back in April of this year with the full extended high tech warranty. Which covers all electrical and bumper to bumper for 3 years or a million kms.
I noticed a few weeks ago that my backup camera had gotten some water inside and was not working. I was told to bring it on in and they will take care of it. Upon bringing it in I was informed that my extended coverage was not going to cover the moisture that has gotten into the camera and that I was on my own to fix the issue. Upon talking to the great sales staff (Ben) who directed me into one of the finance offices I was assured that they would make it right. Within 24 hours I had gotten a call to bring the truck in and Mazda would cover the cost of a new camera. The Mazda Team went above and beyond to make my situation from bad to awesome and I'm forever grateful that they went above and beyond to make things right!

After service is not good. I was calling for my lease question to finance department but Staff was irresponsible as well as lazy including finance person. They just sitting on the chair & told me that busy with other but no one is there just doing waste of time. But no one even give me call back & still I am waiting for them call to close my lease. I feel once you bought car than after service is not good at this location in compare to other locations.
I strongly recommend if you want buy Mazda bought from other locations.

Tried to buy a car from Park Mazda. Booked an appointment and drove 2 hours to Sherwood Park to be told when we arrived they had sold the car the day before. No call or text to let us know to not waste our time. Very Very poor service.

We love our new (to us) family vehicle from Park Mazda. Ben Klak offered a smooth, no pressure sales process while also making sure that no detail was left unchecked. He additionally went above and beyond by checking in after the sale was complete to mail the missing manual and block heater cord. Park Mazda is lucky to have Ben!

At first I was happy with the sale. I bought a mazda 3. I found out a lot of issues with the car after I bought it that the dealership failed to tell me. They told me my car starter was built in when I picked it up (even though I paid $800 more when it should have came with a $32k car). I found out after I took it home it wasnt built in and they didnt compensate me for anything. I had to wait over a month and a half to bring it back in because apparently they failed to mention they didnt have it installed when I got it. The car doesn't lock if you start it with the normal fob. The starter doesn't even heat the seats or steering wheel up. They lied to me saying mazda only had their starter when there is after market starters for it that work better. I paid $800 for a car starter that is basically useless. They continue to charge me 3 days early so my account gets over drafted because I put it in my savings till the actual payment date comes out. They told me when I bring my car in they give you a loaner. I dropped my car off and they only have a bus line that drops you off in certain locations, not a loaner. Honestly if I could go back and buy my car I would have bought it elsewhere. I don't reccomend this dealership. They don't give the full details that they should and they dont care about their customers satisfaction. If you make a mistake on your end you should compensate your customers.

I will start that the service advisors Kyla and Landon are awesome and have great customer service. The advisors are the only part that make the experience great, I have never had issues with either of them and they are very helpful! 5 stars for the advisors

Terry in finance is a great guy! He is the only good thing about this place.
Kevin decided to not only raised his voice at me but degraded me as a person about my personal credit. Saying I wouldnt/couldn't get a vehicle anywhere else. I cannot believe I was treated this way! I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years and in management and I would NEVER have talked to someone the way he talked to me. They lost my $40,000+ sale solely due to HIS BAD ATTITUDE!

This is the 2nd Vehicle we got from Charina, and in both times we are happy, she explained everything well. We will highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for vehicle. Thank you Charina!

2nd time buying our vehicles at Park Mazda. We purchased both times through Chris Anhil and are very comfortable every time we had visited. We actually had looked at vehicles multiple times and walked away with no expectations to sit down and " talk numbers ". But when we found our vehicle and discussed, everything was out on the table. No one wants to sit and waste time. Chris is transparent and willing to find the right fit for you. I also want to give a shout out to their finance manager Terry. Had some great conversation and helped us dig in for the finance we were comfortable with, instead of rushing us out the door and signing up with whomever.

10/10 definitely recommend asking for Chris and Terry. Not to take away from any of the other amazing staff there! No one there was a vulture!

Purchased a used vehicle here. Everyone was friendly and the experience was alright. The off-putting thing was the final money hand off and we were pressured to leave a 10/10 review on their Mazda survey because anything less than a 10 wouldn't cut it. The guy said it has to be a perfect score or there are negative effects for the whole dealership. If that's true, that's awful because honest reviews help improvements. If that's not true, it sucks to feel pressured like that, especially since there was room for improvement. The service department was the best people I dealt with there though, they were really nice and helpful.

Amazing service from Regan - I was in the market for a new car and he asked a ton of questions to help me choose the right vehicle. This was done before the test drive so that when it was time to come in and drive, he had selected the exact perfect car for me! Size, colour, price and features were everything I had asked for. I had time to understand and appreciate the vehicle that I was purchasing. I went here last year of October to try their service, staff are courteous& friendly no doubt and I would give them 5 stars, however paying alot for servicing a new parts for my vehicle was cheap out. Assuming i would instead get a new parts that will last for a year. But ending some problems and quoted almost the same price. Its really not something I am expecting again.

I bought a used 2019 cx9 signature from this dealership just recently experience was fine no issues, the vehicle they had included alot of extras compared to other comparable vehicles I had seen at other dealerships. It was also nice when dealing with my product advisor Chris as he was always pretty quick at getting back to me when I had inquiries and the sales manager was able to work with me on the price to get it to something I was willing to pay. Big shoutout to Edwin from finance though super cool guy very easy to talk to.

After asking a number of times what the final price was on a new vehicle, we received a phone call indicating the price was now higher due to additional"fee's".
