Took my Camaro ZL1 in for a few tasteful modifications. They had everything installed in no time at all. When I picked the car up it exceeded expectations. They were just as excited as I was for the exhaust system when it fired up.

Overall, Super friendly staff and amazing personable service. I’d never hesitate to go back for any future mods or service. Pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

There's not a review that does these guys justice. Fantastic service all around. In a matter of minutes we were able to come up with a solution to my problem and in the hours time frame that I had to implement and be ready to load my truck I had enough time to have lunch.

Absolutely clutch crew at Park Performance! I was on short time and in need of tires. The guys had the tires ordered, picked up from the distributor and installed in under 2 hours to get me back on the road. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Definitely will be back with more business.

This is my second time coming here as my last time when i was getting the exhaust done on my Scion FR-S it was nothing but top notch service. 1 year later, sold the car and bought myself a 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel EcoDiesel. Since the start i’ve been dealing with Rick and man what a down to earth unreal guy! Super laid back, straight to the point, no bs kind of service you get from Rick. He’s not trying to upsell you on all this useless stuff you don’t need which you get at 90% of these shops. Been going back and forth with him for a couple weeks and every time it’s been unreal service. Day 1 I called and inquired about a leveling kit, little did i know they closed at 6 and i called at 6: 30 and Rick was still their to answer my call, didn’t rush things or any of that! Just picked my truck up (same day), from the moment you walk through that door everyone’s there to greet you and just make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Extremely happy with the end result of my truck and will definitely be coming back for all my parts from now on with this truck. Rick, keep killing it you’re doing awesome! Thanks team!

Had my Camaro diagnosed by another mechanic shop as needing an entirely new pair of rear axles as the seals were leaky, but they gave up after not being able to find parts. Told me I could look online.

Took it to park performance where they assessed that we could replace just the seals. They hunted down the parts, waited the 10 day delivery and installed it promptly, saving me a bunch of time and money!

Great guys and mechanics that won't screw you around. Highly recommend.

Brought in my 2022 Challenger GT a few weeks ago to order a Borla ATAK system and have it installed. Carl and Darren were very professional, personable and made sure I was taken care of.
Job was done quickly, I was out ripping around town in no time.
The product has been awesome too, brings out a great exhaust note for the 3.6L.
Cannot recommend these guys enough, very awesome service!

Had a very pleasant experience with the guys at Park performance, I was searching for weeks to get a wheel and tire package through multiple automotive shops and was getting ghosted by sales reps continuously. Carl got me wheel and tire down to the specific size all ready to go after 1 phone call. Was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and can't wait to see the end results to the beginning of this build.

I ordered a product and had it installed at Park when I first saw my truck I noticed what I had ordered and what was installed was the wrong product. However the GM (Carl) contacted me the next business day and offered to replace it with the right product. To me that is exceptional customer service. At first I was very disappointed but Carl made it right. I am very happy with the outcome now. Thank you Carl you proved Park Performance values their customers and in todays market that goes a long way. I will be a repeat customer.

Update: No one contacted me after I had spoken to the GM (Carl) in 3 months. I guess customer satisfaction is not part of their business plan. Initially I wanted chrome window vents and they installed the smoked ones. Carl said he’d make it right and contact me once the chrome vents were ordered and arrived. Well I have heard nothing. I’m not trying to rip these guys because I know it’s tough in retail. But don’t overpromise and under deliver. I went to Truck Outfitters and they had the chrome vents and installed them in less than an hour. Now that’s customer service. It’s ur money spend it wisely. These guys only look out for themselves.

We have purchased 3 lift kits over the last few years (one for us and two friends).
The employees are friendly and kind. Great product

I recently had the catalytic converter stolen from my late model f350. I went to Park to see if they could do a DPF delete. Spoke 3 times on the phone and once in person. Requested new wheels and asked for quotes. Among another 5 to 6 follow ups by myself. Zero information no quotes. Only heard ill get back to you. Never heard or had a response. My final text was.you get anything for me. Zero response. Less then ideal customer service. Not recommended

These guys were highly recommended to me by a coworker and I honestly can't figure out why these guys made me feel super confident about being able to get my lift for this weekend where they were one of the only places open Saturday I called Thursday and Friday to be sure that the lift was going to be ordered and there for Saturday was even told the boss Carl was going to call me which I never received. Everything I had lined up with my mechanic for this weekend is out the window and I'm stuck on summer tires for another week before I'm able to install my lift. Carl also didn't seem to care too much about the mix-up. Which led me to making a review. I should also add it was not an install it was just to buy the lift to take home and do myself.

Great place to go for a variety of things with an awesome knowledgeable staff.

My Grand Cherokee oem h.i. D finally gave up and after trying to go the route of keeping it oem it turns out my vehicle is pretty fussy with new h.i. Ds so we decided to go the much better way using l.e. Ds.

They were super accommodating in changing out the replacement h.i. Ds and helping me join the l.e. D club. Had the foglights changed too, great job and product aswell.

Lastly all panels and parts that needed to be removed or loosend were handled with the ut most care and re installation.

Just completed my 2nd build with Park Performance and I am amazed once again. The quality, speed, communication and cost have been unbelievable. Carl and his team are stellar and I highly recommend Park for anyone looking to do a build!

Took our very broken truck bed cover in for repair quote. Quoted approximately $100 told them go ahead. Cover was fixed while we waited (15 minutes) then told - no charge! Amazing service! Thankyou Rick & technician; awesome unexpected service!

Having seen some of their posts etc. I thought I'd bite the bullet and get a new straight pipe on my truck. Although they were more expensive than other places I'd just get the install done there to. I ordered the exhaust and a new air filter. When I phoned to book an appointment I left a message for Darren to contact me with an availability for install. Days go by nothing. Phone again leave another message no returned phone call. Third call manage to get an appointment for install. Booked in for 9am til It would be 2 hours for the install of exhaust and 30 mins to do the air filter swap and I drove 1.5hrs to their store. I finally got my vehicle returned just before 1pm. Then they forget to put my old filter in the truck as they are cleanable. Was told it would be posted out. A week later and 2 or 3 more calls the filter is shipped back to me.

As this was my first experience with them I thought I'd give them another shot maybe it was a bad day. I run a tire shop a couple of hours away from them and locally we could not get parts for a customers car so I thought I'd give them another chance. Phoned for price and availability and said I'd contact the customer and get back to them. The customer gave the go ahead. As it was Darren I was dealing with initially I phoned on two seperate occasions and had left the details of the vehicle and parts needed waiting on a call back. With another week gone by I gave up and ordered them from another company and had them within a couple of days.

Would not go back to this location again and will not be recommending them to any of our customers incase they get the experience I had.

I read some the other reviews and i too had some of the other experiences some people spoke of. First off, i would like to mention that the car I took to Carl was a bit older and had been neglected for some time. I too had a long wait time for getting it back. Almost a whole month. Why am i giving 5 stars do you ask? Well for starters Carl was open and up front and was being careful to make sure my needs were being met while not breaking the bank. The bill came out lower than quoted and he had his technician Al come out and sit me down and chat and make suggestions, explained the work that was completed and just made me feel valued as a customer. I'll admit i was getting antsy about how long things took but when they tooks the extra time with me (almost 45 minutes), it made up for it. Lesson learned that somethings take longer when being done correctly.

Was a nice initial interaction with the customer service representative on the phone and through email.
However upon the visit to the store I had asked the front desk clerk for the representative of whom I had been in contact with and was directed to the desk behind.
It was at this point that even though I was in the store, had felt unwelcome to be there.
Seemed to be headed in the right direction until I had showed up earlier than anticipated.

Tonneau cover on my truck had a railing that was coming loose so I took it into the team at Park Performance. It was an older model cover that presented some challenges but Carl and Al got creative in their solution and had me on my way in no time!
A great experience and I'd happily visit again!

Excellent service from Carl. They gave me a few options for what I required and wanted. The work was done well and it looks amazing. Good prices as well.

I do not recommend this place, I spent a lot of money on my truck, Darren has become a totally different person from when we first met. The owners don’t care about your time money or complaints. They told me to bring my truck in at 9 am, I was there till 5 PM and nothing was done, complete joke. They gave me mismatched mudflap bolts. They stripped the bolts and left my flaps falling off, my new rims are scuffed from their hoist. I don’t care about the money, as long as it’s done right. But this is completely unprofessional. DO NOT waste your time and money at this place.

I had my truck in for some major engine work. It was stripped down to the block by the time we discovered every issue. Park Performance doesn’t skip steps. They had the expertise to source quality parts, and get them in as fast as possible despite the current supply chain issues. They were quick to respond to any inquiry on the status of my project, keeping my mind at ease knowing everything that could be done was being done ASAP. They utilized local expertise anywhere they needed too, to make sure that each part of my build was of the best quality. And most of all, if I wasn’t happy, they weren’t. I can confidently recommend the team at Park Performance.

I brought my Charger in to do a suspension upgrade including KW coil overs, sway bars, strut braces and end links. I was a little worried because installing KW's is tedious work but Darren and the team at Park Performance did an amazing job!
I'm looking forward to working with Darren on an engine upgrade package that's in my budget and suits my current setup!
Park Performance is a busy shop but if you practice a little patience, I promise you will not be disappointed!
I would highly, highly, highly recommend these guys for any performance upgrades on any vehicle!

Had some trouble with my truck on the weekend with my def going south and wanting to slow the truck down to 8 km. I have a 2014 Ram, Cummings diesel, gave Carl a call Monday morning and he was able to get my truck in that day and was ready the next morning! Quick service and they did a great job at the best price posable! I own a small company and customer service is important to me, thanks again Carl and staff!

Excellent service. Matched estimate from other shops, accommodated our out of town schedule and arranged for windshield replacement as well as exhaust repair. I would gladly shop here because of experience.

Phoned Park Performance with a 6.0l white exhaust smoking F-350 and 3 days later I'm back on the road. The truck is running better than before the problem (s).
The front desk Carl and Rick, the hd mechanic that did the repair, 5 star service. The hd, working late to help get me back on the road home.

I’m very disappointed with the service I got. I took my classic car in to replace a carb and get a tune up. My request was that it start easier and run better. Well it starts easier but runs like the motor is blown…it was rebuilt a year ago and in great shape before these guys got their hands on it. I’m not exactly sure what they did to my car but I can guarantee you they will never see it again or any of my other vehicles. It is not drivable the way it is which means I have to take it somewhere else to fix what they did.

I'd highly recommend Darren & his team at Park. I chose Park because they really understand and are knowledgeable about my 6.2L Raptor, and the Whipple supercharger. Darren took care of the full mechanical service, some mods, coordinating the new infotainment system, and anything I asked. I'd absolutely trust Darren & his team for future work. They treated me very well

This was my first experience with Park Performance, I read amazing reviews about their service and was not disappointed. Big shout out to Carl, he took the time to listen to my expectations, under promising and over delivering. These guys know their stuff, thanks again Carl. My Gladiator sounds and performs amazing!

Great place with great people working there. Went to buy myself some ams oil and a s&b filter cleaner. The people were very helpful.

Update: Had to take my car back to the shop the day of the install because I was getting a lot of feedback from my accelerator pedal. Turns out they didn't even install the intake properly since it wasn't clamped in and was hanging out. Good thing I brought it in the day of the install since I was basically straight piping intake air into my engine. Not happy at all with this shop - changing to 1 star. Wont be coming back.

Booked an appointment for 9am to have a cold air intake installed. They told me it would take an hour to install so I let them know I would wait. Nearly 2 hours later they haven't even started on my vehicle. If they'd have told me to come in for 11 or that they wouldn't be able to work on it right away that would've been fine. This whole visit has been a complete waste of time.

Thank you to all the staff especially, Darren, Chris, James. My truck sounds totally badass.they did the exhaust, cold air intake and a tune up. Thx again everyone. I highly recommend this place, awesome staff and great prices and top quality service and installation.

Don't take you vehicle anywhere but here for any AC problems. I made that mistake because another shop said they had an AC guy.he couldn't fix it. I wasted time and money. Park Performance had this fixed in less than 1.5 hrs. They have very experienced techs and I was absolutely impressed.

Went to park performance to have my muffler repaired and it couldn’t be saved. Guys at park performance not only helped me with a ton of options but they took it to the next level. I chose the street flow muffler by aero turbine and some sick blue flame tips! This muffler sounds awesome doesn’t have a raspy sound but a deep rich tone that gets loud in the rpms and mellows out as you shift. No popping on this muffler either which I love just rev up rev down! Road noise is minimal down the highway but you can still hear the rumble! Just the way I like it! The muffler and tips came with a 3 yr warranty which is awesome too! Super stoked with the product.service and price were second to none! Huge thanks to an awesome local company! 5 stars all day long! Call these guys first and don’t bother with the rest and u can thank me later!

Tried calling to get a quote for some parts, possible install. Day shy of a week later, no call still. Call them, they want to call you back again. How long does it take to look up some parts?

I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in with my 2019 ram 1500 classic warlock for some headers. Very knowledgeable staff like Carl who took care of me got it done for me sounds amazing even took time to follow up with me and update regarding other mods I wanted down the line definitely recommended to friends.

Had a great experience here. They went above and beyond my expectations. I got my exhaust done on my 2020 ram 1500 and it sounds amazing now. Thank u park performance.

I booked a appt for a remote starter and set of rims and tires on Friday for first thing Monday morning and explained I would be dropping my truck off Sunday night and leave the keys in their mail box. I actually took a extra day off work to get this completed in Sherwood Park and support the local businesses. Monday afternoon I stopped by to check the progress expecting my truck to be finished or nearly finished. My keys were still in the mail box and my truck still parked where I left it the night before. Not only didn’t they not do the work they also lied about installing the car starter and told me they do the installs but in fact another business does the starter/alarms and not Park Performance. Pretty piss poor way to run a business and I will not be returning that’s for sure.

Recently got work done on a 2016 GMC Denali, muffler, air intake and ECU tune. MJ walked me through everything, from materials to sounds and took the time to explain and ensure I understood what I would be getting. When all the work was complete, Ed, the owner, spoke to me to make sure I was happy with my vehicle overall and the work that was done. Great customer service and follow through. Strongly suggest visiting Park Performance for all your vehicle needs!

I bought a 2019 RAM Classic Laramie EcoDiesel. When I found out my headlights are halogen and fog lights, I was thinking of upgraded them to either HID or maybe LED. Park Performance has a high Google rating, so I decided to explore around their site. After finishing my reseach I called and spoke with Darren. Darren and the rest of his staff are very knowledgable in everything they do and know the in/outs of their product they sold. They answered every question I had, and I reassure me. I ended up getting LED headlights and fog lights. My wife and I took my truck out for a drive at night to test out the LED headlights and fog lights and I have to say, WOW! I'm very impress with my new LED headlights and fog lights. I am very, very happy with the work they done. I give 5 stars and beyond to Park Performance! Thank you Darren and his staff for an amazing job. I highly recommend going to see Park Performance if you want anything done to your vehicle.

Purchased Led lights and was having issues on my install, returned to the store for advice. Darren and Jack the installer were very helpful. Would definitely shop there again.
