Park Place Mall

Only one mall in city but pretty small, food court is good with clean tables and ample of space sit. I feel many brands are still missing in the mall. Customer support is okey. They should keep security guard at the entrance (homeless/sheddy people always cross your way). I wish they could built small play area to keep your little one busy while shopping. Ample of parking available at every entrance.
Overall experience is good!

A great place to get good stuff. My family loves going, I'm not a crowd guy and even around Christmas time it didn't seem too bad.

Still like this Mall after so msny years.

The mall in general is fine for what it is. My review is for the Customer service, Found out they had/have a loop hole with there Gift Cards. They don't have an expiry date (as that is illegal) But they had a use before date and if you don't use that card the mall takes $2.50 a month till the card is empty.

DO NOT BUY PARK PLACE MALL GIFT CARDS!

And the 2 girls were not the greatest to deal with at customer service, Sorry for interrupting you from watching TikTok on you phones.

Good mini mall. Clean and very well kept. Has a decent size food court. Not satisfactory with the openning hours.

Lots of stores. Lots of food choices. Parking lot is a bit tight & crazy at times. Only actual mall in Lethbridge. We always visit there for something when we are in the city. Highly recommend this mall and the sttached and surrounding stores like old navy, dollarama etc

Was a phenomenal place to shop and spend time at until around 2015, as of 2023 its completely drab, congested, unremarkable and unpleasant to be inside. Carbon copy of every Mall in North America in the 2020s, full of electromagnetic fields and mind numbing modern music along with the most drab architecture

It is a ok mall, a bit crowded. And I think the food court can use more room and maybe not have all the tables for wheelchairs right beside the garages. My daughter is in one and didn't want to sit there.

I had a great time at the Park Place Mall. It has many brands to shop in, from clothing to electronics to sports. I found some great deals at Winners and Sport Chek, and I also enjoyed browsing the telecom stores. The food court is spacious and has a variety of options, from pizza to sushi to burgers. I liked the cleanliness and the maintenance of the mall, and I never had trouble finding a parking spot. The best part was the Cineplex inside the mall, I would definitely recommend this mall to anyone looking for a place to shop, eat, and relax.

I liked this mall lots of stores had good deals. I didn't feel out of place like you had to be dressed up in fancy clothes.

A fairly large shopping mall. I came to Canada to study abroad, and I come here fairly often.

Pretty cool. Went on some pretty bad dates here lol. But still my favorite place to meet people for the first time.

Great place to find virtually everything your looking for in shopping and if they don't have what you're looking for there always happy to tell you where you may find it

I find it frustrating that so many spots by your food court are "delivery driver only. " They should be at the back of the parking lot imo
