Carlos is skilled and polite. He effortlessly fixed fixed my faucet, re_piping drain and unplugged the whole system.

Thanks to him our flush is working again. He replaced the flush system and fixed our drawer as well.

Update! We had the pleasure of having Norman come to fix a light that was no longer working. He was speedy and always so pleasant.
When I see him outside of the apartment he always says hello and remembers my name.

Norman was here a few times this week working on multiple things in my apartment. He installed a rod in my hallway in place of the doors that were there, he fixed my sink and he put in a request for my plug in to be fixed. He did very good work and he was very friendly and pleasant. Very happy with his service he's definitely a good maintenence man!

SAID (maintenance) came as soon as we called for an emergency repair. He even called to let us know when everything was fixed. Kudos!

I really like the ParkPlace South. As i have
been there for a year. I just renewed my lease for another year. Very good and nice place to be and very cleaned appartments, parkings slot and buildings.

Said from maintenance was very friendly and helpful and did a great job fixing our door against future break ins! He was concerned about safety and did everything he could to make sure it would be safe and sturdy. A very nice man and very good work.

Hi, i recently rented an apartment at ParkPlace South for my friend. John Marcelo helped me with smooth initial formalities and provided all information over the phone (always available). John is the only reason why I booked apartment here. I must say, John is Very hardworking, an asset for the Park Place South Organization/Management Team.

My Apartment is freaking Freezing? Cold 24/7 its like living outside. The hangman said all the end units are always cool, that's not true at all the tenants below an the one's below them said there apartment's are nice an warm all the time. I want this resolved an to have Heat in my Apartment!

Lived at this location in Building K for 3 years.
Easily best value hands down in the city, but in return for that they gave me bedbugs twice. (Management has changed hands over COVID so maybe the new management will do better) old Management gave me bullocks advice about treating the bed bugs as if they were simply head lice (Telling me to bag my items for *a day*). They did fumigate, but with an in house guy who didn't treat any adjacent units, and whatever they used didn't end up killing any bed bugs, I had to treat them myself with diatomaceous earth and vigilance.

The cleaning staff is either very lazy or very overworked, I don't know which, but I do know that I had a cobweb on the wall outside my apartment that was abandoned for so long that it has been dusty (and was there for all three years, I watched.)

Overall, don't do it. I have scars from my intense reactions to bedbugs, and we tossed my bed from sheer paranoia. Also they have a weird contract where when someone moves out the whole building gets a pest inspection, so you can have multiple a week (yay).

The staff management is very professional, supportive and helpful. If there were any maintenance issues they would fix it right away. Overall, my experience was positive.

I would definitely recommend Park Place South thier bulding were nice and they take good care of them, when I went there the first time I met this agent her name was Chaimae and she was amazing, she explained all the services and facilities that surrounds the location, and she showed me this appartment that was nice and renovated, and the bulding entrance was clean and neat, and when I was trying to apply I called her and she helped to to apply for the appartment and the Insurance and the electricity as well, and on the Walk-in day the apoartment looked great and, everything took less than 10 minutes and I had the keys in my hand and I was ready to move in my stuff. That's why recommend this company.

The whole management staff has been incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process; they worked with me to ensure everything was as smooth as possible! Chaimae was especially present and seeking to make certain everything was cohesive. Very pleased with the understanding and genuine characters I've interacted with.

Management staff was professional and made my move-in process smoothly. Chaimae was there from beginning to end. She made sure that everything went nice and smooth as I was new to the city and also did take a follow-up after we moved in to make sure that we are comfortable and don’t have any issues.

Excellent people in the office, professional, so friendly and understanding. Reasonable and willing to work with residents on a multitude of circumstances. I actually can't say enough good things about them and would continue to rent from them.and would do so again.

The manager here, Patricia, is very kind and helpful! I really enjoyed having her as a landlady. Shes always willing to go out of her way to make you happy!

My maintenance issues are always dealt with quickly, the staff are always very polite, and Thea was incredibly helpful in advising me with a difficult situation.

Patricia the lady work at park place Apartment, i have no word to describe her, she has best customer service, best smile, what a wonderful human being she is.i moved from park place but i still miss her smile and her kindness.

It's cheap and the location is nice BUT I bet it's better to just rent somewhere. I used to live at building G for 2 years then we decided to move to a different unit because we wanted laminate floorings (which they have in a few units) then things became BAD. Building * was in such a bad condition. Homeless people are ALWAYS sleeping and littering in the hallways and they also poop in the laundry room garbage bin. The building doors don't close properly. The hallways smell like urine. People always park in my parking space because there's no indication that it's a private parking. The faucets are too tiny to wash pans in, the shower temperature has a mind of its own that goes from warm to cold in an instant. The laundry machines are often broken. The loading machines are always broken too. I tried contacting management but they don't answer the phones often and when they do they don't do anything about the problems. We used to have a good experience with parkplace when we were at building G but now we can't wait for our lease to be over so we can move. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE. GO RENT SOMEWHERE SAFER EVEN IF IT'S A LITTLE BIT MORE PRICEY.

Maintenance is very poor especially winter time.there is high risk for fall.wish to remove snow atleast the walkway.very scary.

Bunch of slum lords run this place. Called the number for the office posted and it puts you on hold and then hangs up in 20 seconds. Many times I tried to contact you guys and used the website under my login with no call back. Like I said you guys are a slum.

The entrance of building J sucks, the carpet in the whole building stinks and is in really bad condition with lots of stains and dirt.

Lots of mice and roaches.they've been advertising the gym and the pool but the truth is its not accessible for more than 2 years now.outside lòoks deceiving.they only returned 99$ from my deposit but the truth is my 500$ deposit is not enough to pay for the damage from what the mice did to my things.reply with your comment:

i know no matter what i say you would still be inconsiderate to give the deposit back just because of the exhaust fan, oven, etc.compared to all the bad experiences that we had like the block heater that is not working, the stove that only 1 burner working, the fridge that keeps on defrosting and the mice that we keep on reporting.if you did not recieved any reports about the mice then that means your people are not doing good with their jobs.

I have lived here for almost two years, good and decent rents. Only issues is the pest control. Roaches from day one and i have tried everything to get rid of them. The more i try the more the roaches. Its very frustrating especially when you have little kids trying to catch roaches. I clean my floors and vacuum EVERYNIGHT trash out. Nothing. Park place needs to get another pest control because the one the are using isn't working. Am seriously thinking of not renewing my lease.

Smelly and never vacuums hallways.my hallway has a stench and the carpwt in the hallway is filthy. Raoches, and rodents (mice) in the summer. I Caught the mice myswlf who made a huge hole in my closet. They came sealed up the hole and put traps around but by that time it was little too late. Decent gatherings and events like bbqs. Office workers are polite and professional, its not their fault some apts are a mess. Rents cheap, u get waht you pay for. Theyve got small gym which is nice and flexible office hrs, and convence store. Good for singles, students and inbetweeners.

It is a good place to live, great location for families with 4 schools in walking distance. Doesn't allow marijuana to be smoked, grown or stored in the suites, I'm very pleased with that.

I moved here in May with my 3 year old daughter while on a government funding program and in school. This place is a joke, you pay for a busted pool, the oven I had in my suite electrocuted me, the water from the faucet was never neutral if you wanted warm water only scalding hot water would come out and burn me. Now my funding is up and my daughter and I will be homeless because I can no longer afford the rent at this place. I have no money to pay the “fee” of moving out and they don’t care if I can’t pay it. I’m currently looking at a women’s shelter to live in and I have notified them but they have no compassion or mercy. Don’t move here it’s stinks constantly in the stairway and hallway, the carpets have mold. And the front door lock is broken, there is no elevator, and the balconies are not safe for children to stand on. This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had.

Its only 3 months we are living in this apartments our experience is really horrible. None of the things are working here specially the laundry machines, heat and drainage system and bugs n roaches in the apartment as well. We already regret our decision to choose this apartment. Even the management did not pay any attention though we compalint more than 6 times. They don’t have even visitor parking here. They don’t deserve even 1 star here. If someone is looking for the apartments i would suggest them please don’t come here!
