Would not recommend park power for internet to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service and brutal internet. We requested internet through them on Sept 2nd (we were moving into our new place September 15th so lots of time). We hadn’t heard a single thing from them so my husband contacted them on September 12th (10 days later) and all they stated was “we are still processing your request”. 2 days later they call us and tell us they are JUST shipping our modem out! 12 days before they even ship it. Brutal. Then we get it and we STILL didn’t have access to our internet for another 4-5 days because they were waiting for their 3rd party to approve it. Then they tell us on a Friday that our internet should be up and running. Sure enough we get home from work and it’s not even running and we called and left a message, no one contacted us over the weekend, and my husband had to call back Monday because they still didn’t contact us. They ended up getting it connected on the Monday but charged us since the Friday even though we didn’t have internet all weekend. It took 24 flipping days for us to get internet. And that’s just the start. We are paying for internet 300 and the internet speed is reading at 60. When my husband inquired about it they said “that’s just how it is”. We also completely lose internet when we go upstairs. And on top of all of that, my husband can’t online game (they must have some kind of firewall) when my husband inquired about it they said my husband had to do data capture commands on his own computer and send them back the info he got. They should be doing this themselves/sending a tech out. Absolutely garbage service. Literally paid more money to switch/cancel/go with someone else because we can’t stand dealing with them anymore.

Excellent customer service experience. Called today to setup my utilities for home. The customer service representative named YAWIE helped me from A to Z to go walk through the entire process and helped me set up smoothly. I really appreciate her customer service skills and great positive attitude. So happy to be with Park Power. I am surely in good hands.

Far and away one of the best customer experiences I have ever had, and that's with any business not just an energy company. They routinely go out of their way to help out and I have never had an issue getting a hold of anyone. In fact I have had numerous back and forth conversations via emailing that have not only been friendly but extremely helpful, and at the rate of instant messaging. Cannot recommend them enough

We switched our electricity, gas and internet to Park Power in 2022 and have been very satisfied with their service. Prices and services are excellent. Our internet bill was cut in half! Any questions that we have had were quickly dealt with by phone. Park Power is a local company and supports local charities. We highly recommend Park Power.

Cannot tell you how much stress we DO NOT have each time we get our bills for Gas and Power. So fair and consistent. I’m so happy our friend recommended them. We have been with them for 2 years already!

The customer service here is phenomenal! They made it quick and easy to get my utilities set up when I only had a couple days left before my move-in date. 10/10!

Been with Park Power for 3 years now and it has been fantastic. Not only have my bills been lower but their customer service is amazing. Switching was simple and easy and I recommend them every chance I get.
