Not impressed by Matt.
He showed his true colors about 3 months into my home search.
As a first time condo buyer there was a lot a I didn't know (like special assessments), but Matt was more focused on completing a deal sooner to earn his hefty commission. He wasn't patient when I asked him a lot of questions, which is expected for a first time buyer.
Do NOT recommend Matt.
Go elsewhere for your real estate needs.
Use Wes Morrow at CIR Realty. Bought me a 2nd property thru him and he was 1000x better!

I will definitely contact Matt and Park Real Estate when I have plan to sell or buy another property in future. He was so professional and all advice he gave us was valuable. He was very intelligent and an adroit negotiator.

Matt For bell make my first home buying experience super easy and very smooth he is very knowledgeable about home marketing and works to fill full the buyers needs he never push you just get done the work and get his commission.he always try to help you find what you are looking for it was a pleasure working with Matt and definitely I will recommend him to anyone who needs help to buy or sell a home. We were referred to Matt Forbell by our Mortgage broker and since, the overall experience has been amazing. We started the hunt late last year, we had to put a halt on everything during the Covid 19 shutdown period, then restarted again in the beginning of summer. Through this whole time, Matt has been very patient and understanding. He also advised us when was the best time to restart the search with no safety concerns.
When my husband and I finally decided on the property we would like to purchase, Matt demonstrated very impressive experience and wealth of knowledge of the market, values, negotiation strategies until the deal was closed. Furthermore, he provided us with support for the move-in.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience with True North Mortgage. We had been looking for a very specific home and location to begin our life and eventually family together and True North helped us every step of the way. They were honest, helpful and personable throughout the entire process and really treated us as family.
