This place is a beautiful bird wetlands area with 2 bird viewing platforms that extend into a lake. It also has a boardwalk style trail that weaves through the wetlands and on into a meadowed area. It is peaceful, spectacular and a joy to walk.

The river is shallow, just an FYI. I love this whole park, it’s calmer and quieter than the bow. I would recommend. They also have picnic tables and fire pits if you reserve the spots on 311.
