This was the first time I used their service, it was fast, efficient and reasonably priced for the service. So nice to get help with the luggage and get into a warm vehicle.

Our first time using park2go for 2 weeks during harsh cold snap. Drop off and delivery were easy and efficient. Upon pickup, there was a bit of confusion due to format of messaging causing about a 15 minute delay. It got sorted out fine. The gentlemen working there were pleasant to deal with and friendly and got us sorted out asap. We used the valet park service and will definitely use them again. Value for money was good. I certainly felt sympathy for the difficult time the employees must have had when it was -40. Thankfully when we returned it had warmed up substantially.

Used their services a couple of weeks ago, it was easy and efficient
both in the beginning and end. You get a text message when you are coming back in town and you just responded to it, request your car and pay. Easy breeze!

Great experience. I left my car for 3 days without any hesitation. And as soon as I arrived the shuttle bus was ready and my car was ready to go. I don’t need to wait. Easy payment method. Convenient service.

We always use park2go when flying out of Edmonton. It’s super efficient and they have you vehicle running and warm for you when you arrive. Great service. 5 stars.

This was my first time using Park2Go Valet. Everyone I encountered was friendly, efficient and reassured me that they would take care of my vehicle and have it warmed and indoors upon my return. I was concerned because my flight was cancelled by the airline and rescheduled. I called and was again reassured that this was not a problem. The text and email reminders and instructions were greatly appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend Park2Go and will be using them again when I fly.

This was the first time that I have used Park2Go. Check in went really smoothly and the shuttle took us directly to the airport. I received a text as soon as we landed with a link to request my car. The shuttle arrived less than a minute after we were at the shuttle stop. The car was warm and inside ready to go when we arrived. The only difficulty I had was using the online app for payment. For some reason it did not go through and I had to pay as I left. I will definitely use Park2Go again.

Great service. We did valet for a week, smooth drop off and pick up and getting into a warm vehicle in this cold weather was definitely worth it!

I used self park. I phoned when I was in the airport returning and was told they always have a shuttle waiting at the airport and that there would be one parked on the other side of the road at departures door 9. The shuttle service was great. The parking spots are marked and if you make note of which spot you are in before your trip, the shuttle can bring you close to your vehicle upon return. Upon return after my trip, I was told by the shuttle driver that I would have to go inside the building to pay before I can go through the gates that I used to enter before I left. The back garage door of the main building opens automatically and I walked in to the far side of the building, paid, and they gave me a receipt. I then walked back to my parking spot and drove to the gate outside, scanned the receipt to open the gate and drove through. It makes more sense for a self park customer to be dropped off inside the building so they can pay and then walk out to their vehicle. From what I read on their website, sometimes there may be someone in the kiosk/booth outside by the gate to accept payment but no one was there when I was leaving. In the winter it may be too cold for someone to be there for very long. I also read that you can pay on the shuttle but the driver never said anything about that.

The experience was excellent and made it very convenient to get to the airport for a short notice flight. Staff are all very friendly.

This is one of the easiest places to park for YEG Airport access. Vehicle is warmed up and inside when you return, the shuttle driver is very helpful with baggage and you can't beat the price!

Always a stress free experience. Van to airport is right there and leaves right away. Car in the garage ready for us to leave- never have had any problems. Great value and appreciate AMA discount
