Park2Go Value Valet & Self Park YYC

Quick Story. It was -50 in Calgary when My wife and 4 young kids got back from Orlando. I left my wife and two youngest at airport since the littles were sleeping in stroller and I went with my oldest two to get our van at Park 2 Go. (bad choice i know) I grabbed a bunch of bags and went to get van. It wouldn't start too cold. Now i am separated from my wife I also have unknowingly taken her wallet and phone charger.while on the phone her phone dies. The Park to Go guys went and got her in the airport and drove my and my wife and kids to the hotel which they didn't have to do. They then tried again the next morning when it was warmer (still -27) to start my vehicle and they got it going for us. Now they do have a policy that if they have to boost a vehicle they charge. They probably had at least 6 guys and three vehicles help me between those two days and they didn't charge me for any of the boosting. I sat in the truck with a nice older Indian man with a mask to stay warm and we chatted. (i think his name was Sanjdeep) he came in on his time off to help his team out. Their manager was out in the parking lot helping two customers when i went back to thank him for the help. The girls behind the desk were swamped with people and car troubles that they were helping everyone with. I cannot put into words how much these people helped everyone over those days. It needed to be witnessed. They have my Business forever and I highly recommend this business.

Was not overly impressed with this service.

Dropped off my diesel truck on 6 Jan and made arrangements for it to be plugged in as we knew it was going to be cold. Came back on the 18th and when we arrived the truck was not ready. Was told truck was completely dead due to the cold. Was initially told it was plugged in and then told it wasn’t and then told it was plugged in three days prior to our return. When I went to the truck they had another vehicle boosting one battery with a battery charger and the other battery was hooked up to two battery chargers. At that point the truck was plugged in. They said I could get in a try starting it. I got in and ran the glow plug three times before I got it started.

I am not sure what their experience is with heavy duty diesel trucks but it was not what I expected or paid for. After waiting for almost two hours in their little service hut, the vehicle was finally ready to go.

Overall not impressed. May use this lot in the summer with my gas vehicle but will have second thoughts parking a diesel there in cold weather.

Love Park2Go! Reasonable rates. Waiting shuttle service to and from airport. Car warm and running for my return. I use them every time.

We love this option, especially in winter - it's very close to the airport and you return to a warm, running vehicle that has been cleared of snow & ice.

I get really god consistent service with Calgary Park 2 Go. It is especially great in the winter when you get your car warm and ice free.

Super fast pick up and drop off. Love the text reminder and link to request the car on arrival home. More affordable than a taxi for where we live.

They had a spot for me on 2 hours notice, for a decent price and the pick up, drop off and service are very efficient.

Park2Go is my preferred parking provider when flying. The entire process is simple and seamless, including reserving my dates, checking my vehicle in, getting to and from the airport, paying, and retrieving my vehicle. I also appreciate the discount offered to AMA (CAA) members.

The driver stopped to let us off at our vehicle and then pulled away without closing the doors or looking and trapped my wife in between the doors as he drove away. He stopped and said sorry and then fled the scene. He was charged by Calgary Police with failure to remain at the scene of an accident. Park2Go refused to provide us with the drivers name or insurance. Had to get everything from the police. They never even asked how she was. Beware using this lot. Police said Park and Jet has far less problems. Stay tuned for lawsuit against these clowns!

Awesome service. Didn’t have to wait more than a minute for shuttle bus to arrive. My car was ready when I arrived at the lot.

This place used to be very good. But this time I waited 20 minutes outside for the shuttle just to show up. And then had to wait 5 more minutes on the bus waiting for more passengers. This was at midnight when I am just trying to get home quickly. I will never park here again.

Quick prompt service. Always great to come back to a vehicle that is ready and warm after my flight.

Forgot to bring our charging cable for our EV. Power was running low, and Lal and Amar took it upon themselves to get one from another vehicle and have our car charge for a few days. It’s the little things that matter and it was nice to have a charged vehicle when we arrived back home. Always had great service here, this was next level.

Horrible experience yet again. Last time was asked to give 5 star exchange of $25 gift card that i refused. This time money was stolen from my car. Also when I called in the office whoever answered she was super rude with zero empathy towards customers. Will never use this service

Park2Go is is “go to” Calgary airport parking! It’s so easy to book ahead of time, getting the vehicle when I’m back is a breeze, and in the winter it’s especially nice to have a warm car ready to go. Love the service and everyone is professional & friendly! Highly recommend.

Very convenient and easy experience! Everything was smooth from the time of arriving and dropping off the car, to picking it up when returning. I texted in when I landed in YYC and the bus was right there to get us, you pay on your phone before you get to your car and then the car was turned on and ready to go when we arrived back at the parking lot - which is great in the winter! The price was reasonable, and I got a discount with AMA which was a nice bonus! I would book here again for sure.

All other one stars are 100% true this place will mess with things in your vehicle, break things, will not start your vehicle as stated, and boost it without your permission. I had my own booster in my car for when I returned. The customer service is horrible. They are very disrespectful. Worst service I have received in my life. You are better off going anywhere but here. Do not trust these people. They also love to gaslight you about their mistakes. Will NEVER return here and when people ask where to park I have told them NOT here.

Perfect parking serivce!

Everything went smooth just as you want it to be. Drop off at the parking, shuttle to the airport, shuttle back from the airport, everything! We left there our car for 2 weeks without any problem. They also gave a boost to our car because it was pretty cold during the time and the battery was drained.

Everything was super easy with this park service and it's exactly the thing you want - Totally recommend!

Such a great service! 4th time using this service! So reasonable in price compared to taking an Uber or taxi to and from our home. So nice to have the car warm and started waiting for you when you arrive back to the car! There is always a shuttle waiting and we've never had to wait to get on! Great service and will be back again and again.

Park2Go is a great place to leave your car - anytime but especially in winter. Recently I parked my car there and the battery died in the cold. Park2Go jumpstarted my car and had it running and warmed up for me when I got to the lot (you text them when your plane lands and they fetch your car and have it ready for you when you get to the lot).

I haven't had a bad experience here, they are helpful friendly, attentive, and professional.

And very reasonably priced!

This service is cheaper than the actual airport parking and your truck is warm and clear if snow when you return. What's not to like?

The crew here was great. Had trouble starting my Diesel in the extreme cold but the team lead was knowledgeable and took the time to do it right.
NOTE to diesel owners, they have plug in services available.

Wonderful service! The shuttle was there when I arrived and my car was warm and heated when I got to it:) Much faster than regular airport parking!

Pre-covid I traveled a lot and used Park2Go almost weekly. Thier system/buses and facility are top notch. But what sets them apart is thier people. The few times something didn't work perfectly the staff dealt with and resolved the issue. Business travel is always a challenge, but as we return to the new normal, I know I can depend on Park2Go to provide a quality parking experience.

Great experience! Used the self parking (with a Groupon), super easy and quick drop off at the termunal. Very friendly staff. When we landed, quick and efficient pick up and dropped us off right at our vehicle. Will definitely use them again!

Will only use them for my travels! Always very welcoming and accomdating. I love using the valet service and coming back to a warm vehicle.

I found the drop off to be good, there was someone there to take me to the terminal with no fuss. However once I landed and called the number on the card, there was no reply. I tried a few times with no success. Only once I got through to the office did they send someone to pick me up. When I got to the car park, my truck was running (which was great) but I found the cost a little high. I was due to be away for around 3-4 weeks but my trip got cut short to 10 days but I feel they charged me what I had booked rather than what I actually used. As a comparison, in Edmonton airport I paid a flat fee of $29.99 no matter how long I stayed.here was over $120!

Always great valet service! Reasonably priced and the shuttle is very convenient. I have used park2go many times and will continue to do so.

Great job to make parking professional, fast and safe during Covid. Really appreciated the small touches to respect social distancing and everyone was friendly and professional. I didn’t try the self-park but thought it was a great option for people wanting to avoid having others in their car during the pandemic.

I've been using this parking service since they opened and the prices are reasonable, the service excellent. Reserving or registering online gives you a discount vs drive in, and if you have an AMA membership, you get 10% off as well. The prices have increased this year, and they now have the self park or valet park option. Contactless payment available as well.

I misunderstood my group on voucher and they still honoured it. Very pleased with their service. They even turned my heated seat on for me!

Been using the valet service for a couple years now and haven't once considered another service. The staff are friendly and helpful and if you call them upon landing, you're seldom left waiting for the shuttle. My car is always warm and waiting upon my return.

I have been parking at park2go every week for the past 20 months. Each of the workers has been friendly and professional every time that I see them. Two individuals stand out.

Sunny is the manager, I found a dent in the side of my truck when I picked it up one Friday evening. Sunny came out to talk to me, he was so friendly and professional throughout the conversation. In the end he gave me contact information at the head office, they reviewed footage of my truck entering and exiting the lot. The dent had happened before I drove in. I was impressed that both Sunny and the head office were calm, organized, polite and professional.

Terri, on one flight my son was joining me. He was showing Terri a dinosaur tooth that he had been given that day. None of us noticed that the tooth was dropped. My son let me know that he couldn't find it. We called Terri and he went outside and he found it. He placed it in the truck for our return.

I will be flying back and forth for two more years. These guys have won my loyalty.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Was given my ticket and asked if I’d like to have the car valeted or self park. I went with with the self park and was shown where to go.

I was taken to and from the airport in a timely manner.

When I arrived back I was taken to my car, in the same condition I found it. And then paid on my way out. This is exactly what I hoped with the entire experience.
