The Parkland Dodge Team were all lovely to deal with over the couple of weeks I was involved with them! They found me a great Jeep.
I will say though, they told me they replaced my battery with a new one as it died once I bought it, however after looking into it my *new* battery they supposedly gave me was already 4 years old. So I guess there are pros and cons to Parkland Dodge.

I recently bought a used truck and the sales team was very nice and friendly during negotiations. When everything was said and done the agreed price was to include tax and be an out the door price. On reviewing my bill of sale a few weeks later I had realized it must not have been communicated to the finance team since the price on the sale form was a lot higher and in fact did not include gst and security etching and finance fees and a few other fees that had popped up.

I had a breakdown west of this dealership. I was also an out of province visitor. Scott Lamothe, my service advisor at this dealership, went above and beyond to get me back on the road and heading home! The mechanic was stellar and the communication was second to none! I am changing my rating after the last service was done. The issue was insufficient heat in the cab of my truck. I paid over $4000 for a lot of new parts and having the cylinder head sent out twice for inspection and testing. I had a service advisor lie to me once and another time she did not return my call because she assumed it was about my vehicle, when actually it was regarding a problem with the service loaner I had. After having my truck in twice they still did not fix the problem and basically gave up. I'm not sure what the problem is with the mechanics or service department but I believe they should have researched more and tried a few more options to get my vehicle repaired properly. Who would send a cylinder head in again after it had just been independently checked and found to be in excellent condition?
Note: I brought the truck to the dealership in Westlock, Ab and they had the problem sorted out and repaired in one day. They flushed the heater core and this solved the issue. The service manager at Parkland Chrysler told me that they had also tried flushing the heater core when they flushed the rad which turned out to be another lie as there was no indication that the heater core was ever touched, no statement on the bill about flushing the heater core, no charge for refilling the A/C lines, etc. Extremely incompetent and dishonest in my opinion.

Recently I made the embarrassing error of pumping premium fuel into a diesel truck. As soon as I realized what I had done I shut off the vehicle and called Parkland Dodge where I had the pleasure of dealing with Tyrone. He went over all the details multiple times with me and went over different case scenarios. He ensured I was able to get a loaner vehicle asap and tried to see about getting me a rental that would continue to fit my family. Due to that not being possible they also shuttled a few of my family back home for me. Tyrone kept in contact with me and the team went above and beyond during the whole process. An expensive and highly stressful and embarrassing situation was lightened due to the customer experience I received. I cannot say enough about the team here. I believe they have their customers best interest in mind. Thank you to all that were involved! Highly recommend and trust the service department!

It was a good experience, the salesman was very comfortable to talk to and allowed me to take my young kids with us on a test drive and my family was more than satisfied with the vehicle. Prior to this visit, we had been to many other dealerships and this one was by far one of the better ones. They made my family and I feel comfortable and delivered on their promises, I would definitely buy here again and encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in, ask for salesman Mike Beacham, he’s a great guy.

The folks at Parkland were really incredible. We wanted to trade our 2018 Jeep for a truck, but we’re unsure how we should proceed and even what truck would suit our needs. After going to seven different dealerships (six different companies), and experiencing mostly a lack of service and advice, it was a big relief to deal with the staff at Parkland. They were very professional, gave us an excellent trade in value on our Jeep (within $500 of what we thought) so that was a relief. They gave us cash back to upgrade the tires on our purchase and a brand new tonneau cover free of charge. We raised our sites from a used truck to a new one on the suggestion of the manager (Tyler - super helpful and friendly) and the difference in payments was only $30 bi-weekly. Our salesman Bas listened to our every detail (how they do it I don’t know) and was professional but not pushy at all. All in all our experience at Parkland was perfect, which is why I’m taking the time to write this book ;) and we would strongly suggest you visit the folks at Parkland if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. Super impressed.

Had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from Parkland Chrysler Dodge. I was greeted politely from reception when I walked in. The salesman Kyle was patient and listened to my voiced choices and went through the information for the vehicle I chose. He was also very informative when going through the vehicle following the purchase.
Abhi in finance was very professional when presenting all options available. He was very knowledgeable about financing and options.
Tyler, the sales manager greeted me with a smile and assisted me with options related to parts.

The Frontline service and sales staff are wonderful to deal with, as is the finance team. On balance, during the purchasing experience once the people in the bullpen got involved in the deal there were far too many blatant and ceedy sales tactics applied. Even some of the staff, including the finance people weren’t really comfortable with the approach. One tip/example, Make sure they give you the full feature sheet that matches the unit you’re considering; you shouldn’t have to ask twice. After asking enough times one of the finance staff came out in the parking lot and gave me a photocopy, but clearly wasn’t comfortable doing that for me. In the end I did purchase but realized after delivery two features were missing from the unit I agreed to purchase. I’m a pretty bright guy, and this was a pretty unusual experience.

I called around to the local dealers in Edmonton to get a price on an ignition key cut and programmed to my 205 Jeep Patriot. Then for Curiosity I called Parkland Chrysler and the price was way better well worth the drive. So I booked an appointment they got me in the same day. Job done new key and a happy customer. Went through a used car purchase recently. Jason, Adam, Bas, and the other staff were excellent. Very chill, no pushy sales tactics, no four squares of debt, were very upfront about information, scheduling, etc. No last minute expensive accessory sales in the finance office, either. A refreshingly positive car dealership experience, indeed.

Definitely worth checking out if you are doing some vehicle shopping.

Update time ….

Unfortunately this isn’t the update anyone wants to give but alas here we are. Once the vehicle was ours, the service stopped. Mike wouldn’t give us the time of day when we had issues with the van to the point my husband stated” he looks like he would rather it be anyone but me walking in this door and Wanted nothing to do with me ”. The van has been to two different service departments for various issues, one being that one of the TVs weren’t connected. Like the actual wire was disconnected. Another service dept fixed it; (parkland told us it wasn’t set up and gave us a brochure on how to work it, after we stated that the wire itself was disconnected however they implied we were idiots). The speaker then had an issue, the sliding door would open when driving and the start/stop was malfunctioning. We had it to parkland service where they say they couldn’t replicate anything and nothings wrong. The day we picked it up, the issue happened in their parking lot … so not sure how that works. We then take the vehicle home and have the same issue, so back it goes for service! We’ve asked to be out of the vehicle but of course will be left owing a substantial amount of money as it’s new and not their problem. We’ve asked for them to work with us with even getting into another vehicle from them, but again we are left with crazy payments. We’ve been waiting for people to get back to us and it feels like a big ol game of chase. So unfortunately we do not recommend this dealer anymore. Once they have your money and the vehicle is sold, you will not receive the same customer service.

Excellent service, friendly folks! I went to st. Albert dodge originally looking for a new truck and trade mine in and they extremely low balled me which was offensive considering I’ve purchased two other vehicles from them.

I decided to head to Parkland and they offered me a good deal on my truck and my new one. All the individuals I interacted with from the start to the finish of my purchase had smiles and good demeanour!

I’d recommend checking this place out for the service and them being honest with what they have and you have!

Purchased my truck here a couple months ago and had nothing less than great customer service from Adam in sales the entire process. He made purchasing my vehicle from out of town very easy and accessible. Adam went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and questions were looked after when I returned to him for some inquiries regarding my used vehicle purchase and made sure everything went smoothly when it came to service appointments going forward. Our experience at Parkland Chrysler was great. Dealing with Pavel was very relaxing and he solved many of our problems. Very enjoyable experience with Pavel and Tyler. Bought a 2019 Durango from here. Flew in from Calgary. Told them it must have Uconnect capabilities which they said it did. Ended up not having the ability to have Uconnect. They also didn't clean the car inside or out. They also call me for service monthly. Each time we say we live in Calgary yet they still call. Poorly trained, poorly managed.

I had a 2010 Grand Caravan that was totaled. I went in and saw Mike Abdulgany and Tyler. I ended up purchasing a used 2017 Grand Caravan. There were a few minor issues, and they addressed those without any hassle and gave me a loaner. Professionalism at its best. Would buy there again.

I have all my vehicles serviced at Parkland (various makes and models) - I am always treated kindly by their informative and helpful staff. My safety is always top of mind when they are explaining what needs to be done VS what is simply recommended and I never feel that I am being charged for something unnecessary. If you're looking for a shop you can trust, you can't do better than Parkland.

I recently traded in my old truck for a 2021 Ram. The whole experience was fantastic. The sales team didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want and were willing to help me find the right truck and keep within my budget. Had to upgrade my old truck, and after speaking with multiple dealerships across Alberta, I settled on Parkland Dodge. Mike, Adam, Mark, and the rest of the team made the process go extremely smoothly considering everything had to be done remotely with Covid. They were very knowledgeable weren't pushy at all, and were really fantastic to deal with. The Parts Manager Neil was also excellent to work with. He was able to give me a great deal on an extra set of summer wheels/tires for the truck at a fantastic price - better than any other shop by a long shot. Not to mention they were able to deliver everything right to my door 4 hours away! Thanks again guys for helping us find the new truck. 10/10 would recommend Parkland Dodge.

Customer service & getting the right Jeep is very important and I found it at Parkland. Micheal Beacham, Summer and the Manager were excellent in answering all my questions and I felt they had my interest at heart. The purchase was smooth and efficient.

I went in to have an inspection done on a used vehicle I had just purchased. It was immediately obvious to me that the people there are on commission to sell you as much service as possible. I was told that the cost of repairs would be nearly the same as what I spent on the vehicle in the first place! Thankfully I have a family friend as a mechanic to assure me that this much work was definitely not needed. Also the advertised price for an 85 point inspection is $129, when I went to pay they changed $150. They charge nearly $20 for "shop materials" they charge this with every inspection, but fail to mention it until after you have the inspection done. Over all, I left feeling that they were slimy and dishonest.

I went in looking for a manual Jeep JL Rubicon (Sept 25th), was told there was one and was asked to put down (refundable) $500 to "hold it" and that it would be in the next day (I had to ask repeatedly for the refund and finally got it over a week later). I came in the next day only to be told they couldn't get it, they then found a few more available similar Jeeps, till one was found that I though would be good (sight unseen). Then they tried to tell me the Jeeps were similar enough that the price was the same (I had no reason not to believe them) when I received the Jeep (Sept 28) I drove away and went on my planned camping trip happy as can be.till I started thinking about why was this Jeep the same price as the one I was originally getting, it had some of the same options but also didn't have all the options of the original one I had signed for, It didn't have leather seats, premium alpine sound system, 8.4" screen, Tow & HD Electrical group, Cold weather Group, Jeep trail rated kit etc etc etc. So explain to me how it's the same price?
I have asked 4 times for a price break down of the options and add-ons for the Jeep I ended up with but have not received it.

I would NOT suggest going here to buy a vehicle.

Okay, so here goes. I brought my truck here because it was having a few issues. I also had 3 recalls. They chargede $88 just to tell me there is lots of mud under my truck. Then when they "corrected" my tailgate latch recall, something happened and my back up camera went offline. When I picked up my truck and realized my back up camera wasn't working, I first got told they didn't do any work related to my back up cam. The tailgate latch is directly tied in with my back up cam. So that was blatantly a lie. I went in today to discuss the matter further and the advisor that I had already been dealing with told me they do 10 of these recalls a day and have never had a problem. I found that disgusting they could speak to me that way. So I brought my truck into stony plain and a couple hours later, they were able to get my back up cam online. I'm disgusted with this dealership and outraged that they charged me $88 just to tell me there's mud under my truck and to screw up my back up cam. Mind you I have a 2017 dodge ram with full warranty. This dealership is out to get people. Please avoid coming here. On the bright side, Stony plain Chrysler is right down the road and they are absolute life savers and such a pleasure to deal with.

I was extremely disappointed today after leaving the dealership. I was charged $190 to put my winter tires on my vehicle. Yes they needed to be mounted and balanced on rims, but I was also charged $21 in a miscellaneous shop fee. When I asked what the shop fee was for I was told for rags and different things that's used around the shop. I'm sorry but I should not be charged $21 on top of my bill to get my tires put on. I was then advised that they've changed their policy on storing tires and if I wanted to store my tires at the dealership they would be charging me $79.99 (and probably another misc shop fee). Needless to say I will not be storing my tires at the dealership. And because I no longer I'm storing my tires at the dealership I will no longer be having them switch my tires out for me.

We recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass from Grove Dodge. This was our 2nd purchase from them. Our purchase was handled with efficiency and excellence in customer service. We were v appreciative of the lack of “hard selling” and felt like we were buying from a friend rather than a salesman. Gary Powers was our sales consultant. He had us in and out - with the deal closed in less than 4 hours. He showed us many vehicles, we test drive several, he explained differing features and had a no-nonsense approach, which we really valued. Gary has followed through with every commitment he made. I would definitely buy from Grove Dodge and Gary again. Thank you! Best car buying experience we have ever had!

Took my truck in to have the heater core replaced was told it would be done Saturday didn't get it back until monday night and my truck has had nothing but problems since then from my cruise control not working to truck overheating and service brake system coming across the dash and now my ac only works sometimes definitely will not be taking my truck back ever again

Just today for work called for a sensor for a truck quoted $535.00 and one day from Red Deer, Called Great West in Edmonton same part $400.00 from Red Deer, really $135 difference, 2 other Dodge dealers in Edmonton were cheaper. You are correct the $39.99 oil change scam was Stony Plain Chrysler not Grove Dodge, my mistake, the parts pricing is indeed 100% correct fact!

Good service work completed on time. A bit disappointed with Dodge as I have been told the factory navigation system has known issues and if the download does not work will be $1500.00 for a new. Also that the dealerships no longer can download the updates. Dodge should reconsider this and rectify any issues with known models and associated system.
Overall Grove Dodge great! Dodge just trying hard but not considering the customer. The radios and associated navigation should have a recall issued! Not the thousands of customers forced to pay $1000’s to fix on their own

Best dealership in Spruce Grove. I was referred by a co-worker and have no regrets. From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable, and completely at ease. They did not ever make me feel pressured or rushed and took the time to listen. My sales consultant Egor answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. The finance guy was great & they have the sweetest lounge to hang out in while everything processing with snacks and even popcorn. Unfortunate deal was ruined by poor service of sales manager. I worked with Roman, the salesman and Dom the sales manager as well as another sales manager on a used 2015 ram 1500. Roman was great to deal with and very knowledgeable on the vehicles.

Dom was reasonable with the price and ultimately we had a good deal worked out. I had said I would think it over overnight and in the morning gave them a call and they were unwilling to give me the price stated yesterday, which to some extent was understandable given the terms of the negotiation, but after a face to face discussion later at the dealer, the other sales manager on shift was not even considering the number offered to me in the morning and was very poor at communicating that. After having left a deposit and standing at the dealer cash in hand ready to purchase, it was an incredibly frustrating customer experience to not even be close to the numbers we were discussing yesterday and later this morning and dealing with the second sales manager who was unprofessional, rude and unwilling to honor the prices worked out before.

If I were the owner I would be very embarrassed at the way this sales department is portrayed to the customer when failing to honour previous commitments even after a deposit was given.

I understand the price may change some, given how the deal was made, but the large increase and poor attitude of the second sales manager made for a very poor experience. A deposit was given, but the price not honored and at the end of the ordeal I was told the truck was being sold by another sales person to someone else.

Warning to others, do not leave a deposit with this dealer as it means nothing to them.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will certainly tell my coworkers in the area to avoid it for sales or service.

This was our 3rd visit to this dealership and as always very professional knowledgeable and pleasant. Took me 5 minutes to find the vehicle I wanted and couple signatures, few jokes and I’m a happy owner of Dodge Durango. Thank you!

I bought my first vehicle here and they completely took advantage of the fact I was a young person with no experience. They overcharged me for the vehicle and added a bunch of fees on top that should not of been there which I learned when I went through the contract with someone else later on. When I first got the vehicle I was told by the salesperson there was a 30 day return policy if I hated the vehicle (like what Volkswagen has). They pressured me into signing and lied to me repeatedly. The vehicle also had some major problems with it. Right now it's in a different dealership getting the entire rear dif replaced. The loaners they went through were not at all legitimate, they were just loan sharks and it was nearly impossible to speak with them about my loan and payments. I had to get a different loan to pay off that one because the company and interest was so ridiculous.

Do not trust this dealership or anyone they are affiliated with. I am disgusted with how dishonest a business could be. I feel taken advantage of and violated and am now stuck with a vehicle I absolutely hate and cant afford.

At no point in this did I say you forced me to do anything, I said I was pressured. Which I was. That's just proof you manipulate things to make yourselves look better. The sales person I was dealing with did lie to me about the 30 day policy and there were fees added onto my bill at the end of everything. Which I have paper proof of. You have terrible business practices and I want people to know how scummy you are so either you change or people like me won't be taken advantage of.

I just bought a brand new 2018 Ram Laramie from Grove dodge. From the moment a walked through the doors to the moment I drove my new truck away, every person that helped me was honest, straight forward and had my best interest in mind. Despite my indecisiveness and hard-nosed haggling, they were patient and accommodating! This is the second vehicle I have purchased new from Grove dodge and I would recommend them to all Dodge lovers!

I bought a used car from grove dodge thinking that I would be safe from having to spend a bunch of money on repairs as they are supposed to go over the vehicle and fix any issues. Boy was I wrong! Within the first 4 months I have had over $5,000 in repairs done that should have been caught during their inspection of the vehicle. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying a used vehicle here. Secondly, I went in to get an item fixed as agreed on during my purchase negotiations and when I got my vehicle back it had extra dings, scratches and tar all over it. I wrote the service manager an email detailing what had happened and he didn’t even bother responding. Be very careful when dealing with this dealership.

This dealership is the best one I have EVER done business with! It was our first time purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. We had seen a vehicle that they had advertised on their website. We sent them a message to talk about a test drive and to take a look. Due to scheduling, 99% of our interactions with the sales guy (Tyler) took place via text and the application was done over the phone. We came in the next day, had an approval ready to go, test drove the vehicle and took it home all in the span of just under a couple hrs. I am still completely shocked at how easy and quick the whole process was. I have never purchased a vehicle that simply before and with no stress involved. All the people we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle:)

The initial phone call to try and get my truck in for repair was easy and straightforward; they marked me in to save my place in line until I could get the truck to them. Awesome!

The service desk was friendly, efficient, and I was in and out in no time. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Excellent!

They called to confirm on the replacement of the part, and the whole repair was done in a few hours. Great!

The only issue was when I went to check on the repair I noticed the wiring harness was not seated. They fixed it right away without question.
So, I would have to say for the most part I was very pleased with the service and treatment I received.

Am I please with the quality of the mechanical work done. Yes. Everything seems to be working the way it should.

Having said that, my concern is with the lack of attention to detail. It may be a simple fix to properly seat the harness in the door, but as a customer, I should not have to be the one to double check a mechanic's work. And considering it was taken for a 7 KM road test.to make sure the window worked; I'm a little skeptical about what was done during the road test.

There seems to be a growing issue for many customer service oriented businesses where people no longer seem to take pride in their work, which is sad really. Some people don't realize just how important their role is in obtaining, keeping, and maintaining a customer's trust and loyalty. Whether you're the CEO, top salesman, greeter, mechanic, or janitor. Everyone has a role to play in customer service.

Bottom line. Would I recommend this dealership to service your vehicle. Yes, I would.

We bought a truck and such a great experience with Warren! (Best car dealer!) Adam the finance guy is a liar and a snake. He will say anything to get you sign the papers. Yea go there but dont see him.

I would say that my experience with this car dealership was a very good one. The dealer was very exceptional at what he did, he knew exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted it. My wife didn’t like the colour and gleam of the truck we were previously thinking of buying. All I had to do was tell him what the problem was and it was an easy fix! I would like to deticate my thanks to one individual named Egor, thank you for your help!

We got excellent service from Tyler, who was knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. Very positive experience, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

They don’t have the proper amount of staff working leaving customers to wait or even not get the work done that truck was booked for. After getting oil change.o asked twice about sticker for windshield.it never happened. Truck was in 4 times in the last 2 weeks and not once was a courtesy wash done. The staff were very friendly and amiable the last couple times. I’ll be back. Nice courtesy car, I really appreciated that.

Making a small mistake can cost u big money but because Grove Dodge helped me it was minimal repair with reasonable price and small amount of down time thankyou!
