The overall experience in dealing with Darren at Future Ag (Parkland) was excellent. My 20+ year old John Deere 525 finally died and had to revisit what was currently available in the market. He was knowledgeable, low pressure, and patient and answered all of my questions.

Very happy with our decision to purchase a new Toro from Future Ag.

In August we bought a 60' zero turn lawn mower and had decided to finance it. There was a misunderstanding with the sales person on some of the financing terms and once I found those out I was not happy. I immediately called and asked to speak to the Manager (Stan George), he heard my concerns and asked if he could look into it and he would get back to me by noon the next day. He did in fact call me the next morning, as promised, and we were able to clear up all of my concerns. I want to thank Stan for listening and the very prompt action he took to resolve everything. We are very happy with our new mower and Parkland Farm Equipment!

Service department has been very honest and fair to deal with. Over last couple years I've brought riding lawnmower and a blower in for service and repair. My craftsman blower is a POS and has been in a few times. They have fixed them well and have tried to save me money where they could on parts and labor.

Keep up the good/honest work and I'll be a lifetime customer! Thanks Norm!

Rude parts staff. Not at all helpful. I gave the parts person the exact serial number of my tractor (that I bought from them for 30k), and asked what type of oil and filter I needed for the transmission, and engine oil service. He responded with "I don't know", and then blankly stared at me. I felt like I was an inconvenience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Who ever is answering the phone for the parts department sounds so miserable very rude

All I was asking for is blade belts for my ride along mowers

Have used Parkland Farm Equipment before and was always happy with the work they did and the price they charged. Today was no different. My ride on lawn tractor literally blew up with smoke everywhere. It would start but lots of smoke. Brought it into Parkland Farm and Norm took a look at it. He diagnosed that there was too much oil which went into the breather which caused the smoke. I reduced the oil down to the proper level and it works fine. I expected to pay out as much as $500-600 for the repair but instead it cost me zero. I will always go to Parkland Farm Equipment first. Thanks Norm.

John and Scott are awesome to deal with! My tractor needed the rotto-tiller fixed and they were on site the same day and got me back up and running. Great service!

Had a terrible experience here, brought in a drive belt to get a new one and they wouldn't even look at it. I wont be recommending them to anyone. Terrible service might as well go to Agriterra because that's where they recomend you go.

They helped me find parts for my older craftsman lt1000. And they were a direct fitment. Price was respectable too. Thank for you help.

Had one of their mechanics do a onsite repair and service job and I highly recommend them over others in the area! Professional, Fast, Friendly, Extremely easy to deal with and knowledge was unlimited, learnt so much about the equipment that I was unaware of! Thank you!

We needed a snowblower for our lawn tractor. They gave us a great deal on a used one. But when this failed to fit properly, they ordered in a brand new one and installed it and gave us a smoking deal for the “ hassle factor” (as they called it). Such great people to work with. Really know the meaning of customer service!
They also solved a problem with our walk behind snow blower and the cost was more then fair. We will be keeping this company on our favourites speed dial list!

I cannot speak to the sales team but the service department gave me empty promossises the costed me time and a whole lot of money. I was told when when I picked up the baler and was very disappointed to find the work I asked for had not been completed, they ordered parts without calling me and the bill was x2 what they quoted and one of there machanics said he wouldn't have even fixed those belts I should have went new. (I probably would have, had they presented that option) that they would make it up to me when I come back to finish the job that was already supposed to be done. Fast forward they quoted me full rate and after alot of pissing and moaning from me they gave a very minor 30 docount on labour an hour (8 hours total to replace belts that should only be about 4 hours) and quoted me 525 for belts from ininfiniti that I checked are only 344. I will not be coming back here for service and I hear my dad voice saying if you want something done right do it yourself and that's what I plan to do.

We were first attracted to the 0% financing (no-strings attached) ; and from initial phone call to the end result; we recommend Parkland Farm Equipment.

Although, there was a couple minor hick-ups; they were not intentional and were met with professionalism.

As business owners ourselves, we appreciate the buyer-seller relationship and don't trust online reviews that appear as perfect but looking closer they are generic fluff.

I recently purchased a Kioti CK3510 from John at Parkland Equipment. John and his team were amazing to deal with and accommodated our every need (on 2 separate occasions, he came in on a Saturday afternoon and opened up the shop to allow us to test drive the tractor). On the second occasion he had the tractor set up with a snowblower attachment and afforded me the opportunity to put the unit through its paces in the yard.

I absolutely love the tractor and attachments that we purchased and I am confident that I will be utilizing John and Parkland Equipment for all future tractor/ attachment purchases.

Just bought our first toro zero turn mower and John H.made everything seamless with our purchase. When I called the day before to discuss the mower I was considering he was very knowledgeable and quickly I could sense his passion for this brand. Called back the next day as I had decided that was the one and found out there wasn’t any stock left and would have to wait 5-7 business days for new stock. With his compassion and understanding for my need to get my already over grown 6+ acres of grass handled -he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Though all dealers showed zero stock he was able to locate one from the Thorsby store and had the owner personally deliver it the next day. Fantastic, friendly service and we are leaving comforted knowing that we can pop in anytime for parts and service if needed, which is the best part. Shout out to the Thorsby store as well. ;) Thanks for the great service!

As a local business I can not believe I have not used Parkland Farm Equipment until now. Over the past 10 years I have purchased six John deer skid steers from a company in Edmonton. In the past 10 years that company has not even come close to providing the friendly, fast and reliable service PFE has in just one week! Way to go guys. I appreciate all your help, even when I have not made major purchases yet. I will be looking at their equipment options now that I know the service I can expect and depend on.
