Parkland Nurseries & Garden Centre

No offence but the way the staff cleans is posing a health risk. I came with small kids and a newborn baby and then you started sweeping the carpets with brooms shooting clouds of dust up in the air. I immediately left the store. I believe there is a safer way to clean or at least wait until the customers are gone. However, i will not come to the store again. It was just very disgusting and upsetting because i brought small kids and a newborn there and they had to breath dust. There can be anything in the dust, parasite eggs you name it.

We bought a few shrubs and plants these past few days. Carol who works in the Perennial garden was a great help. She is very knowledgeable, offers good advice and is very friendly. The Nursery/Garden centre has many selections. I would recommend getting all your plants here.

My 2 previous visits at Parkland nursery were unsatisfactory. Both visits I asked a staff member a few questions and they didn’t know the answer and didn’t offer to go find someone that could help me. Both times the items I purchased rang in higher than what the tag said. Yesterday they were doing a scratch and save that seemed like the cashier didn’t know how to operate. I was charged more for mulch than was listed and was given 10% off that wasn’t actually taken off my bill. When I went back to the cashier she didn’t figure out the correct amount that was suppose to be refunded so she just handed me a $10 bill when I paid with Visa. I tried going to another cashier and waited 10 minutes. Went to another employee told her the situation and she replied with, “oh”.

Christine is awesome. She knows her stuff and very polite on the phone. She's super knowledgeable, I will definitely go back there. Thank you

We love to come here and browse the trees and plants. This last time we even stopped and got a coffee on site and although a bit pricey, it was great!

The staff are exceptionally helpful & friendly. Trudy helped us find trees for our bird sanctuary, & we are most definitely planning to return there for more! Thank you again Parkland Nurseries!

Great place & amazing staff! There so many plants to choose from & at a great price! Love that they have mini markets there. Can't wait for them to start up again!

Magical unicorn hiding near the fish pond

This nursery had beautiful plants, trees and vegetables plants. It was pretty busy and very well layed out. Despite that I cannot give it a 5 star rating, simply because of its exorbitant prices.

They are customer friendly, intuitive to serve and do things with excellence. Things are grouped together.

Beautiful trees and plants. Good quality. Staff member we dealt with was very professional. We had mistakenly drove into the nursery the previous week. The woman who told us that this was not allowed was clearly upset with our mistake and thought we should have known. Unfortunately we were just not aware and clearly missed the sign. We took ownership and apologized. We had an appointment the following week and encountered same woman who reminded us of our mistake the previous week. She was very rude and sarcastic. Behavior unbecoming a person representing a business. We have a budget of several thousand dollars to plant trees in our backyard and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
