Parkland Rehab Physiotherapy

I’ve been getting physiotherapy at Parkland Rehabilitation for about 2 years now, I have a chronic condition that requires maintenance. In that time I have had the pleasure of working with several therapists, all of them are top notch. My most recent therapist is Kerri, she is very good and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist.

First visit with James was really good. It made me less nervous about the journey to come.

Very friendly and professional therapists and staff! With private and semi private beds, the therapists are certified and listen to your individual needs, sports injury and work injury specialists even if you have a fender bender they are the pro's you need!

Kerrie was very forth coming with instructions & very helpful when came to perform exercises for movement. Very helpful with stretching out & moving of my shoulders. I’d recommend parkland physical therapy to anyone in need of assistance

Very thorough examination to determine what is causing my issues. I felt very comfortable that my physiotherapist was knowledgeable and very professional.

I had my first visit to physio for a chronic knee injury, I was immediately greeted by friendly service at the reception desk, followed up by my very compassionate therapist James Duke. He was not only sympathetic to my situation, but I felt listened to. James took his time to explain my injury, and to plan a realistic approach to rehabilitation. Thumbs up, and thank you for helping me on my road to recovery!

Place is nice and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the service I have received is fantastic! Keri has made the journey so much less painful for me!

My visit was my first at Parkland. I had hurt my knee. James was very thorough with his assessment. He put me through a couple of treatments and sent me with some exercises to do. I highly recommend going to see them if ever needed!

Kerri Mathew’s is wonderful. She knows her trade and helped me out greatly after a broken shoulder/surgery. I highly recommend her. Facility and other staff also very good.

My first time here and won't be back. First the kind of snotty/rude lady up front completely messed up my appointment and I get there for them to tell me I don't have and appointment, then for them to figure out it was booked for the wrong day. They got me in an hour later and honestly it wasn't worth the 100 plus dollars it cost me. The guy was nice, but didn't provide any sort of concrete diagnosis or plan to fix my issue. I'm out time, money and frustration and no further ahead on my injury.

Super friendly and approachable. Kerri got a good idea of what’s going on with me. She worked within my perimeters. She came up with a good plan that was acceptable to me. Over all just a really great experience.

Kerri is an excellent communicator. Everything was well explained and she knew exactly how to help.

I was treated very well from the time I entered the facility to the time I left. Mark made me feel comfortable and like he cared about any pain I would insure having physio.

Mark was thorough and friendly. He asked questions and answered all my questions. He gave me easy exercises to do at home, taking into consideration my health issues.
