Honestly the best clinic in Spruce.
Had to take my 9MO kitten in because he ended up getting blockage after eating a chunk of a dog toy when we weren’t home.
I was absolutely devastated but,
The vet staff were so unbelievably helpful and amazing.
Even trimmed my boys nails when he was under which is phenomenal.
His surgery went great and I couldn’t recommend a better vet.

Words cannot express how very grateful I am for all the staff at Parkland Vet. They are so awesome with all of my pets especially my timid boy, Hank. I honestly have never found a vet clinic full of such compassionate people as Parkland Vet. They are the best!

Parkland Vet went above and beyond for me and my dog Sadie today. This is our regular vet but we had recently went to Sangudo for a spay and neuter promotion where non dissolvable stitches were used. They offered to remove them for us and upon getting there my dog COMPLETELY freaked out. She was non stop barking for 20 mins straight. The nurses got on the floor with her and kept throwing treats at her to get her a bit closer and to trust them. This did not work unfortunately, I was then informed of all of my options and things I can do in the future to make this an easier practice. We ended up having to sedate her and re try again in 45 minutes. She could barley stay awake but upon re entering she fired back up. But did they give up? No, instead they had me bring her back to my vehicle to calm her back down and two people came out to remove the stitches for her in the back of my vehicle. WOW is all I can say, that really was above and beyond service, I was expecting to just be sent home to try another day. What should have been a 15 minute appointment ended up turning into a hour and a half of utmost patience and understanding. Thank you ladies, you turned an otherwise very stressful situation into a great experience for me and my girl.

One of the worst experiences I've had with vets, the old lady that works their in the back is terrible, I've since traveled an hour away to avoid this place who charged me $500 and the issue still isn't fixed, maybe this place was once good but I'd never go back and I recommend you steer clear

Everyone at the clinic is amazing! It's kind of a given that when you go to a vet that their love for animals is evident, but above this, the doctors and staff obviously have great care for people as well. They not only informed and educated us, but soothed our concerns and anxieties. They are absolute angels! Chloe (our dog) was in the most caring and loving hands imaginable! Thanks guys for all that you do!

Excellent centre, very kind and patient staff. Dr Waterman is fantastic, he actually cares and is thorough and told me all the things my dog is at risk for. New to the area, so this was the first time my dog saw Dr Waterman and it was very positive.

This was a very difficult day. We said good bye to our beloved Harley. Thank you Dr Wood and your staff for your compassion and professionalism. You are one in a million

They were able to see my dog, recommend surgery, perform surgery, and release him to my care with detailed instructions for further care in an extraordinarily short amount of time. An absolutely wonderful collection of staff that cared for my dog today and I am extremely grateful he is in your care. This is the best place to take your pet. Thank you so much.

I find Dr. Wood very amusing and down to Earth. She tells it like it is and her experience shows through her no nonsense and skilled approach. I appreciate her direct ways and I believe that my pets do too!
